Negative experience: This one star is for the disrespectful and careless staff that answered the phone, also for messing up the delivery and ruining a surprise delivery. Half of the purchase was delivered and when called to ask about it, I was told if I could wait 3 days for the rest of the delivery.. Absolute nonsense. I hope you fix some of your customer service issues. You do a great job ( based on reviews) but most of the bad reviews are based on your customer services.

Fantastic experience: First time ordering from Nicol Florist. I was not sure what to order for a sympathy arrangement and very pleased with what was sent. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement had a calming feel to it.

Fantastic experience: I had to order flowers for the church for my mother's funeral. I had previously ordered flowers from Nicol for an organization I am involved with. I had heard good things about those arrangements but had never seen them myself. I called Nicol, gave my budget and simply said that I needed a couple of arrangements suitable for a church. I told her some of the flowers my mom liked but also told her I trusted her judgement. A week ago I had to pick up the arrangements and was met with exactly what I hoped for. They were beautiful and looked lovely and appropriate at the church. A week later I am looking at one of the arrangements in my home and it still looks amazing. I can't believe it still looks great a week after - especially since the arrangements were transported back and forth a few times in very cold weather. I am very pleased with the arrangements Nicol provided and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in ordering from this company, do not recommend reason being called to request not to tell the person who the flowers were for where they came from and went against my wishes after I called the store personally and requested that my confidentiality remain.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience. I placed a same-day order which was delivered quickly. We received updates by email with the order status and then once it was delivered, which was really helpful. The recipient sent us photos when they received the flowers and the arrangement was really beautiful!

My first time to order from them, used their one-day delivery and let them make the arrangement, just trust their expertise. It was delivered on time and my Aunt loved it!! Negative experience: I'll be honest..... for the cost of a dozen pink roses on Valentine's Day, I kinda sorta expect the flowers to not already be brown and wilted by the time they get delivered. Especially since I live within 1.5 km's of the business. Overall they're a great local business and I've supported them through the years, but... man..... $130 for already dead flowers is highway robbery (I get it, they're fresh cut flowers, they'll be dead within a week).

It was wrapped in a beautiful plastic but water spilled out of the vase so when she opened it, water went all over. I guess that can happen with live flowers . It was beautiful.

They have a huge selection of perennials and annuals for your outdoor flower beds. As well as a large variety of indoor plants which is available year round.
