Our last arrangement was even more beautiful than the picture and we had all kinds of compliments on how full and gorgeous it was. This store will always be my go to.

Negative experience: Really sad experience. My husband bought me two dozen red roses for my birthday. I followed all the care instructions. By day four the water was brown and foaming. I changed it, retrimmed the stems under water, and hoped the blooms would come around. It's day seven and the bouquet had to be thrown out. I tried to salvage what I could, but the petals just fell off every time I picked up a flower. For $150, I'd expect it to last longer than six to seven days. I have had grocery store roses outlast these. Such a thoughtful gift that faded way too soon.

Negative experience: Over priced. And not very friendly. Went in looking for grad flowers the girl literally just stood there staring at me asking me if that’s what I wanted. I told her what I wanted she still just stood there staring at me. I asked if she understood and she said yes but still just stood there. I asked her if she was ok and she said yeah but you’re just staring at me too. I kind of laughed because it was so weird. She got a bit of attitude so I just left.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best!! I was out of the country when I had called them and needed an arrangement to be delivered with short notice and the associate Blossom and the the store owner really came through for me!! They were very understanding and were able to put the arrangement together along with helping me pick out the extra gifts they have to offer as well (plushies, cards and chocolates). My gf was very happy with the flowers and the extras. Amazing selection of flowers and gifts and phenomenal customer service! I will definitely be returning to this location going forward whenever I need flowers! 5 stars and A++

Fantastic experience: The owner of this establishment is a LITERAL ANGEL! We were in a pickle, and needed pink roses ASAP for a wedding the following day. Alex the owner, stayed open an extra half hour for us, DIDN'T RUSH US, AND accommodated us in every single way possible. This woman LOVES what she does and it shows through her work. Thank you a million times Alex! P.S. Erin is also a complete angel, and was brave enough to ask the owner if they could stay open for us. Bless these and bless this flower shop!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time purchasing from the Brantford location for a local delivery. I had a budget in mind but I wasn’t sure of what I wanted. The employee on the phone was more than friendly. She proposed ideas based on availability, theme and budget giving me options on the spot. They are thorough and efficient and I left the call feeling very confident with the service and therefore my purchase. I highly recommend Forest of Flowers.

Negative experience: I was in on Saturday, spent over $400, asked for delivery, was told $12, got home and looked at my bill, I was charged $24, I called them and they say its because you pay per item, even tho 3 items going to same address. If I was informed prior I would have taken the 2 small vases with me! I liked getting my flowers there, but after being ripped off, I will NOT be back!

Fantastic experience: The owner cheerfully, quickly, and graciously rearranged a bouquet to create the arrangement I'd seen on the website. My friend who received the flowers told me the roses were just lovely and lasted a week. She was so happy with them. I'd previously ordered an arrangement for someone and it lasted at least 2 weeks. The service has been excellent in all aspects and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. A pleasure to do business here.

Fantastic experience: We used Forest of Flowers for bouquets and boutonnieres for out wedding in July 2023. Tamara was very helpful, easy to communicate with and the entire process was completed by email and telephone. We sent Tamara a link to our wedding colours and a few photos of sample bouquets and left it up to her team to make the floral arrangements. The pricing was very reasonable and the arrangements were beautiful. The flowers were delivered on time, the morning of the wedding, in a box and vases that were easy to transport to the venue. Overall, I highly recommend Forest of Flowers for all your floral needs!

Negative experience: I had previously used Forest of Flowers for my son's and husband's funerals and was very pleased which is ehy I ordered Flowers from them for a friend's funeral. I saw the large tropical plant online for 69.95 and asked if anything a little more showy. She said she could with an orchid and something else. There was an orchid but plant didn't look much better than original picture. Not sure what I got for extra $40/50??? Anyway won't bother again. Disappointed

Positive experience: Ordered 2 bouquets for a party with requests of: light and airy, whites and pinks, daisies and larger flowers (was looking for a large/full feel without the pricetag). They had only made 1 bouquet with no white or daisies at all. The redeeming points: they quickly split the one they made for me in two and filled them in with white daisies. The bouquets turned out nicely (though not the look I was going for) and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. I was in too much of a rush to request a discount, but also feel they should have offered some type of compensation for something that was evidently (to both parties) their error.

Negative experience: Gotta be honest. Feeling a little ripped off here. Went in to order flowers for Valentines Day about 3 weeks before the big day. Associate at the counter told me it was a good idea to do early then I wouldn’t pay marked up prices. She was very helpful and showed me some arrangements on her computer screen. This is definitely not what I received. What I paid $100 for was really disappointing. A very small vase with a small amount of flowers. I can’t imagine what $100 would get you on the actual day. It would be so small. This place seemed to care so much more when it was Passmores and not part of a chain. Guess it’s time to start finding a different florist.

Fantastic experience: This florist is absolutely awesome. They are my favourite florist by far. I have gotten many absolutely beautiful arrangements from them. This weekend my son purchased a presentation bouquet from them for my birthday. It was lovely but the next day I noticed that the greenery and some of the flowers were turning brown and unsightly. This surprised me given that everything received from them has been top notch. When I gave feedback on their chat line, they were back to me within an hour to apologize and arrange for a new bouquet to be delivered. It is lovely and made my birthday even better. We couldn't thank them much for the wonderful arrangement they did for my mother's funeral. The flowers were all fresh. Our whole family was truly satisfied with the good service and quality of their flowers. We' highly recommend them to anyone who needs flower arrangements for any occasion.

Negative experience: BEWARE I went into the store and ordered 11 red roses and 1 white rose to be put in the middle of the bouquet in a vase with babbies breath and greenery. Also a ribbon banner. To be delivered to Toll funeral home on June 4th. The celebration of life was June 5th. They never arrived very very disappointing. You dont mess up on a funeral or a wedding because you cant make it right after the damage is done. Then for them to tell me they did go there. I had a funeral director take care of that for me to let them know they did not arrive to the funeral home.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't be happier! I ordered a bouquet for my mother for this past Mother's Day. Mom called me to advise just how beautiful it was. It had been delivered a week prior to the requested delivery date. I called and left a message advising of their error. It definitely is a busy time for them, I am sure. In turn, they called and left a message for me to let me know that they would deliver a fresh bouquet to mom on the true date that I had originally requested. Mom was over the moon!
