Fantastic experience: I was feeling down and happened to finally catch a flower bundle on the TGTG app so I ordered it and went in the afternoon to grab it. I honestly thought it was going to be a bag of cast-off flowers, bits and bobs that were close to being done or left from a larger bundle. I was so pleased to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers that was wrapped and came with some flower food. It instantly brightened my mood. The young lady who served me was very sweet and clearly quite talented in her area of expertise. A week later and my bouquet is still in good condition and it certainly brightens my spirits. The store smelled delicious, there were some forever flowers as well as gifts to add to a flower purchase. I was in on a Wednesday afternoon and the freezer was empty, but I assume that might be end of week for them and restock is Thursday, hence the date of the TGTG deal. I would recommend to call ahead of time to see what they have in stock as I am sure they will be able to make something on the spot. I waited less than 10 minutes for mine, but it would probably still be prudent to call ahead; I look forward to getting another TGTG when the offer presents itself (checked this morning at 4am and it already sold out). Big thanks to Flowers by Gerry for adding a little bit of happiness to my day. (The bouquet in the photo looked better before I put it in my vase as I had to rearrange a few things to fit it by my window/make sure the flowers got the sun).

I had a detailed consultation where Viya sat down with me and went through my floral options and worked with my budget and vision to design what I wanted for my wedding flowers. Communication was great, and delivery was on time!

Fantastic experience: The service is amazing, The flowers I purchased had a little mistake and they ended up dying a few days later due to how busy it was for Valentine’s Day, So I contacted them and they apologize for the inconvenience since it was so busy that day and it was only one worker doing plenty of orders, then Flowers by Gerry proceeded to personally deliver me A new set of flowers and a letter to apologize for the inconvenience. They are amazing company and their flowers are amazing. It was just one odd batch of flowers that had a little mistake, they fixed that Mistake and made me a happy customer.

Fantastic experience: I walked into "Flowers By Gerry " with one thought in my mind, yellow roses. I was greeted by a very pleasant woman (I'm sorry I don't remember your name) who listened to what I was interested in. I was there for my best friend's birthday and price point was a concern. As it turned out, the woman who greeted me, is the mother of the owner, Angie. Angie was friendly, inventive and so knowledgeable. What a wonderful team they make! Between the three of us, I easily decided on what I wanted. I was so relieved and above all, happy with my choice. Even more importantly, once my friend received these twelve, beautiful, long stem yellow roses (delivered) she cried! She called me right away and sent me a picture of them. Absolutely lovely! I must also mention that the delivery was prompt and I was sent updates through email. Needless to say, yes, I sincerely recommend this business.

Negative experience: I am posting this under a pseudonym. I wanted to support local but was not happy with my order from a few months ago. The $100+ order did not match the picture at all and looked like grocery store flowers, which I could have bought for $25. They called a full week ahead of the delivery date saying the order was ready and seemed like they kept the same flowers for week which ended up dying a few days later. Very disappointing.
