I was late, but was called and ground guided in. The Owner, Olga put an awesome arrangement together for me as I have no eye for these things. Awesome service! This will be my florist going forward.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been ordering birthday and Mother’s Day bouquets from Brantford Blooms for the last 5 years or so and I’m consistently impressed. The florists are lovely, and they’ve always been able to accommodate my order and requested delivery time even when ordering on short notice. This is much appreciated as I am from out of town. The arrangements themselves are always exquisite. My mom sends me a pic every year after delivery and I’m just as excited to see as she she is to receive them. Truly some beautiful and unique work from the florists. I won’t order from anywhere else and I’m often bummed I don’t live closer so I can get my own flowers here too.

Рівень обслуговування ну просто топ, мені надали таку різноманість ідей для букету та різноманітність квітів, що здавалося б просто прийшов купити квіти, а все вийшло розповіддю опису людини для кого квіти, опис людини, улюблені кольори, характер людини. Вислухавши опис людини мені порадили перелік квітів які підходять для цієї людини, букети які б підходили для неї ну і звісно пої побажання. Народ реально такого підходу до клієнта я ще не бачив, всім рекомендую відвідати цей квітковий бутік - магазин і ви не пожалієте ні на каплинку…. Власниця Українка, тому проблеми з мовним бар’єром не буде. Залишаю геолокацію і фото цього шикарного букету. Здавалося простий букет , ніжний, елегантний і нічого зайвого.

Fantastic experience: What an absolutely gorgeous floral arrangement. Gian was so helpful, making sure that this "pick me up" arrangement for my daughter was perfect! It's hard to order flowers when you are not there in person but he showed such kindness and concern! He helped me choose the specific flowers, colors and container, and when the delivery address was changed at the last minute from a rural to an address in the city, he even told me that he would add extra flowers to compensate for the reduction of the delivery charge! His superb service made my day and the flowers made my daughters day, a win win!!! I highly recommend them. Thanks a "bunch" Brantford Blooms!!

Negative experience: went in 3 weeks before anniversary to order, day of the anniversary at noon they call me at work saying what I ordered was no good and replaced with other flowers on a $150 order, and instead of an anniversary card they sent a birthday card. will never go here again.

Positive experience: Flowers were for my boss’ birthday. I wasn’t 100% impressed with the service. The initial phone call to book was lovely and said she wrote down all my details. I requested the flowers be delivered before 12pm; they were delivered at 1pm…thankfully my boss was able to hang around. I also wanted Gerber Daisies as the focus of the arrangement as they were her favourite and those weren’t even included in the arrangement. Going forward if I chose them again; I would be very very clear about your requests.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the arrangement they sent to my friend....especially for the price! Arrangement looked very cheap! Never again.
