Bloomex Quebec City Flowers & Gift Baskets

Negative experience: I place an order 3 weeks ago for Valentine ‘s day and the order never came. I call many times the company and they never help about the situation (they were unprofessional) . I try to talk to a manager but it was not possible because « we don’t have managers in that company ». I try to have a refund but it was not possible. Clearly something is wrong about this company. I saw many comments that have the same experience has me. I don’t recommend this place . Run as far as you can!

Negative experience: My basket was never delivered, I called two times to complain and get a refund and nothing has happened up to now!

Negative experience: This is what I received after ordering 24 pink roses. Complete scam, please run away!!!!!

Negative experience: They emailed me after charging the amount that they were not able to deliver at the address. I asked for a refund and never got it, I fought with them for 3 weeks to get the money back and they never did. they also never delivered my flowers 134$ in the garbage. Be careful.

Fantastic experience: Edit: Guys, never order from this website. You will only receive embarrassment. Rain, a sales executive at Bloomex helped me place an order and she was a great support. I am yet to receive my order and will update this review with the quality of the order once I have it.

Negative experience: I ordered a very large bouquet and a few hours later, I received an email that the flowers I had ordered were out of stock and would be replaced. The replacement bouquet was hugely disappointing, not up to the standard I had ordered. I signed up for follow-up by text message and received nothing, not even notification that the flowers had been left unwrapped on the doorstep near the street... Very disappointed...

Positive experience: Beautiful flowers. I did want purple as the contrast colour, but all was white. Not a problem really, for the convenience of ordering late at night on a holiday Monday.

I will tell everyone not ever go through this service. It is a rip off. Refused the flower. They are saying only store credit. Why would I won't store credit if I don't like the amount of flower they sent. Does. Not make sense. Don't make the mistake from buying them. Go to Walmart

I turned to the assistance of the Live Chat and the agent on the other end was extremely helpful and assisted me in picking individual pieces to make the package (with a discount) and made the process extremely easy - even with a dropped connection.
