Negative experience: Expérience épouventable aujourd'hui. J'ai reçu un email disant que la date de livraison ne serait pas respectée et j'avais besoin de mes fleurs aujoud'hui même pour des funérailles demain matin. En me rendant sur place (rue St-Paul), je comprends que Fleurs Concept est fermé. Donc on fait affaire avec une autre compagnie, non rejoignable. Donc aucun suivi possible. J'ai paniqué donc je suis allée acheter d'autres fleurs à 14h. Finalement, les fleurs de Fleurs Concept ont été livrées, dans des boîtes, par Purolator à 14h30. J'ai donc finalement acheté pour 600 $ de fleurs plutôt que 300$. Pourquoi m'envoyer un email me disant que ce ne serait pas livré? Et pourquoi ne pas dire que vous avez fermé vos portes il y a une mois? Pourquoi ne pas répondre au téléphone, à vos email, à votre chatbot et à votre messenger? Une fille qui a des funérailles le lendemain ne devrait pas courir ses fleurs la veille. ca faisait longtemps qu'elles étaient commandées.

Fantastic experience: Il y a eu une erreur de la réception, d'où mon courriel précédent. Les fleurs envoyées en mon nom étaient très belles et ont été vraiment appréciées. D3solee pour mon courriel précédent plutôt négatif, et n'en ten3z pas compte. Je suis ravie des commentaires que j'ai reçus. Merci infiniment pour ce bouquet accompagné d'une carte en mon nom. Negative experience: I’m reaching out regarding a Mother’s Day order I placed with Fleur Concept in 2025. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I ordered a bouquet valued at $110 for my mother, but what she received was an extremely minimal arrangement with literally three flowers. I immediately contacted your team. At first, I was pleased with the customer service I received from the young woman who answered me—it was courteous and professional. However, things became more complicated afterward. I was only offered an in-store credit, which is of no use to me as I live in Montreal and cannot visit your shop in Quebec City. I chose to support a local Quebec florist, under the impression that your arrangements were made in-house. I later found out that you work with BLOOMEX —a company I’ve had very poor experiences with in the past and whose service practices I do not support. Had I known this in advance, I would not have placed the order. I feel somewhat misled in this situation, as I was expecting a personalized experience from a local florist—not a third-party delivery service. Since then, I’ve tried calling the boutique twice to speak with the owner (who I was told is based in Calgary), and each time I’ve been promised a callback. I’m still waiting. I’m respectfully requesting that this situation be reconsidered and that a fair solution be offered—something other than an in-store credit—since I did not receive the service I paid for.
