Negative experience: The birthday flower cake was a disappointment for the money it cost. The photo of the arrangement looked totally different than what was received there seemed to be a lot of flowers that were missing and not near as many roses as shown and one candle was broken. Misleading

Fantastic experience: Ordered a birthday arrangement for mom and she is in love with it. So happy with the flowers, smell and nice touches. The ordering experience was great too. Everyone was friendly and obviously put their best efforts forward for a random customer. I was surprised to even get a call from the arranger to discuss colours and traditional vs modern designs. Great experience and I highly recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: I'd like to take the time to say, that this floral shop saved me for my wedding literally a week before my wedding. Long story short - I had to do my wedding in 3 weeks - EVERYTHING. I decided not to get a real bouquet and just do fake flowers - save some.money. Then I realized NO im the bride, ive been working my backside off for this wedding and deserve a beautiful arrangement to go with my dress. So I walked in the owner was so sweet I truly adore her, I showed her what I wanted, the price i was ok with and she made it happy without hesitation. I chose red roses with white Calla Lilies. It was beautiful! Her son (sorry don't remember the names ) but came to deliver my bouquet AND surprised me with a boutenir for my husband. Her son was so sweet as well, we talked a little bit, but the delivery was no issue, on time, and delivered with a huge smile and beautiful wishes! I 100000% recommend this floral shop for every type of celebrations! THANK YOU again for making me a beautiful bouquet, and putting a smile on my face and making me feel special! I'd like to add photos of my bouquet but I cant seem to add any photos on here no option for me which is weird

Negative experience: I had a positive, then terrible, then positive experience with this business. I wanted a corsage to match my daughter's graduation dress. I had called 4 other florists who informed me that they either didn't have the flowers i was looking for, or didn't have the right colours. This Florist said they would order the White Orchid i was looking for, and had some appropriate red flower accents, with some red ribbon. I specified that the red had to be a 'cherry red, more orangey red' in order to match the dress, preferably more 'wispy' in design, and inquired if there was much 'greenery' that they put on their corsages > to which they replied "No not much green", and that I could speak with the florist when I arrived. This sounded perfect to me. I was impressed that they would order the White Orchid I was looking for, and although they quoted me the most expensive price from all the florists i spoke with, I figured it would be worth it, given the effort to supply me with the flowers I had been searching for. They took my full payment over the phone, and informed me that i would receive a notification via email or text when the corsage would be ready the next day (the day of my daughter's graduation). By 3 PM the next day, I had not heard from them, so I called in and they said it had actually been ready for me to pick up already. Ok. Upon pick up, I discovered the corsage to be mostly greenery, with one White Orchid stem (that had a wilting leaf), zero red floral accents and only a ribbon that was BURGUNDY rather than the 'cherry red' I had asked for. I tried to hide my disappointment, and focused on selecting some roses and other accent flowers as well for a graduation bouquet with the florist, Taz. Eventually, her son Amyn came over, and I asked if he was the one I had spoken to over the phone with my order. He said he was, so i mustered up the courage to say: "I'm sorry, you said that no one had ever complained about your corsages before, but I am really not happy with this." I repeated the details of our phone order discussion > which had not been met (likely he failed to relay to the florist). His response? Well, it was not to take any accountability, nor to apologize, nor to make any effort in reparation. Instead, Amyn's response was: "Well you can make your own corsage if you want. I can give you a refund right now. You are so nitpicky, and I don't appreciate you hovering over our florist like that" > ... I was shocked to say the least. He and I both knew that my daughter's graduation ceremony would be happening in just a few hours - leaving me no time to go to another florist. But I was so insulted, I simply said: "Fine, issue me a refund now then, and i will be sure to write a Review on how you treated me here", to which he replied while shooing me towards the door "Oh you're going to be THAT person are you". I retorted "You already ARE that person" just as he pulled the door closed to keep me out. I was reeling, mind racing with what options i had to find a corsage for my daughter at this point. As i reached my vehicle, I realized that I had not actually been issued the refund. I made my way back to inside the store. Amyn was no where to be found. Taz was there, so I asked her how I was to get my refund. She replied that it would be sent via email, but then proceeded to suggest that she would make the corsage over again for me, with the specifications I had originally requested. I really had no other options with my daughter's graduation looming, so I agreed. Taz eventually made a corsage that perfectly matched the dress as per my original specifications. She also informed me that usually, mothers will come in and speak to her first about the order and look over the available stock. Taz is the only reason this business gets any stars from me. Amyn ... needs to get a grip. Despite Taz's best efforts, I regretfully cannot recommend this business. As other reviewers mentioned, the flower selection was sparse, and the rose stock i had to select from were all old/had blackened outer petals. Would not return.

Fantastic experience: Taz and Amyn do such a beautiful job of their flower arrangements. They listen, stay within your budget while incorporating all the ideas you bring forward. Even deliver and set up. Very current and bring in beautiful pieces to make your arrangements pop!

Fantastic experience: Great customer service! They helped create the bouquet for my sister's graduation, and she loved them! I was very specific with what i wanted, ans they helped me see my vision. My sister loved the flowers said she felt boujee ! The bouquet looked more expensive than what I paid. The store front is beautiful and the inside is so relaxing. Ordering and pick up was quick and easy. Overall a lovely experience :)

Fantastic experience: Great service, I wasn’t home when it was delivered and they were concerned. They gave me a call and they dropped it off at my neighbours for me. Also the flowers were top notch.

Positive experience: Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day on February 5th, called them first to see if they can deliver flowers to a business during business hours, they re assured me that the business deliveries are prioritized in the morning. However afternoon rolls around and still no delivery so I called them at 1:35pm to remind them and at exactly 4pm when the business just closed the flowers got delivered. I am so disappointed as my girl already went home for the weekend. Please train your staff better. Also tried to cancel my delivery after 3 but no one would pick up the phone.

Positive experience: Giving 4 stars because my friend who received them loved them but as the purchaser I had a couple issues that in the end are probably mine and my own. I attached the photos (I know they can’t be exactly accurate) and I just feel they didn’t have as much as I thought it would. I ordered the in between option, I think deluxe. IMO I feel it could have been more full, but that could be on me so I included the photos. Also, I truly believe a call to the recipient should’ve been made in advance to know if they are home or not rather than showing up, and delivering it to the neighbours address instead of hoping the neighbours are friendly enough to keep it for the person I sent it to. That is the kind of service I received in the past with flower deliveries and I just thought it would be the same. Again, that is me and maybe this is just a very neighbourly friendly place. But the recipient did find it a little odd as well. In the end the recipient was happy so I am happy. I just wanted to explain my experience. The Balloon add on and the print out of what I wanted to say was perfect.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the floral arrangement I ordered to be delivered in Guelph on October 15. I indicated very clearly that I wanted the orange pumpkin base and the florist indicated that he had located one after I waited a day for him to search. When my girlfriend showed me the picture of the arrangement I saw that it was placed in a white pumpkin base. This is not the look I wanted, nor paid for. The flowers didn’t tie in with the white base and the fall look was ruined. If I was told about the white pumpkin base I would have just asked for a vase. The flowers also looked boring.It appeared to be only lillies and some kind of mum - there was no extra visuals or wow factor like the “jack o lovely” photo on the website. A lot of money for the disappointment.

Negative experience: Very disappointing with the services provided by this company. I ordered my bridal bouquet, husbands boutonnière and fathers boutonnière from them and picked it up Saturday August 24th. I gave them 2 stars because my bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful and I loved it. However, the boutonnières were a disaster. They kept falling off my husband and father. The rose on my husband’s was dangling and is visible in photos. My fathers fell off while walking me down the aisle. I left the company an email and never heard back from them. Super disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I contacted this store on Wednesday, looking for black roses on short notice for a funeral. I didn't get the owners son (I believe) name. He was so pleasant and helpful. He tried to locate black roses on short notice, and when he couldn't, his mom did the next best thing and spray painted red ones. They turned out so beautiful and exactly what I had pictured. Pick up was such a pleasant experience. Both Mom and son were so kind to myself and my boys giving us cold drinks and they even went as far as to carry the roses out to the car and buckled them in for the trip to Milton. I definitely recommend this flower shop and give them 100 out of 10. The customer service was nothing I've ever experienced in my 14 years living in Guelph.
