Fantastic experience: I was thrilled with the experience I had at Four Seasons today. We are attending a wake and funeral of a dear family friend this weekend in Guelph and I googled local flower shops and came across this one. I called and was warmly greeted by Page. I was really hoping to find a large peace lily to send to the funeral home which so amazingly, they had! I asked Page to hold it while I checked to make sure other family members were fine with this selection. . She had taken my number and actually sent me a photo of the beautiful plant in the pot which helped be feel confident in my decision. The transaction was seamless and I was happy to support a local business :)

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed in the quality of the flowers, I relied simply on reviews and saw that they were relatively high and chose them. I purchased online without going in and the picture of the bouquet looked much more appealing than what I received. For an $100+ bouquet I will never be returning to this place. Feels like they were rushed by Valentine’s Day and could not provide the same service they do the rest of the year. I understand it’s a busy day but when youre charging customers a price like this for a bouquet so pathetic, it’s pretty disappointing.

Negative experience: Attempted to put in order for same day delivery before 2pm local delivery time wouldnt take order fo same day, when attempted to call and inquire was hung up on after multiple attempts to contact. Took business else where. I suggest you do the same

Fantastic experience: Four Season Flowers is a terrific place to buy bouquets from a local business! I ordered two bouquets and both turned out great! I think the flowers that were chosen look beautiful and vibrant. I like how the main flowers that were included matched what I expected from the website, with some creative liberties from the florist for the smaller decorative greens!

Negative experience: My friend was thoughtful enough to send me a sympathy bouquet this weekend. Here are the flowers that were delivered. (vase is mine). Upon seeing the flowers, my friend was embarrassed and disappointed. She said that she had relied upon the reviews and thought they would be nicer. She asked that I voice her opinion in a review that it looked like a leftover cheap grocery store bouquet and not a professional display from a florist that cost her around $75 to be sent. I guess you can make your own assessment. The flowers were fresh, the fall colors were vivid and i just basically put them in a vase as delivered ( given my own lack of artistic flair). I'm thankful to her for her kindness. The flowers?....meh. I suspect its tough to be in the florist business in November in this economy though.

Negative experience: Unbelievable! Received a beautiful orchid for my birthday on Monday. After unwrapping it, I found it was housed in a flimsy, thin clear plastic disposable container with a rounded bottom being held in place with some coloured tissue so it wouldn’t tip over in the square cardboard box it was delivered in. It couldn’t be placed on a flat surface. Nor could it be watered because the cardboard would get wet and fall apart. When I called Four Seasons Florist to tell them the plant was not in a container they responded by informing me the pot would have been an extra charge. How would anybody know this when they were ordering and even more importantly, who would do it that way? I’ve never received flowers or plant that weren’t ready for display. My friend ordered it from BC on the Website Floral Images - 68 Delhi Street in Guelph. He was so upset when I called to ask where he had ordered it as the wrapper was tossed out after removing it from the packaging so I had no idea where to call. The person I spoke to was so matter of fact, and the attitude was, “too bad that’s the way it is”. Perhaps my expectations are too high??? Call me picky but they don’t deserve to be in business.

Negative experience: I arranged to have flowers ready for my mothers funeral yesterday and after speaking to the designer several times , her sending me pictures of what it would look like, knowing exactly what I wanted , even sent me pictures to confirm yes it was what I wanted.. I showed up at 9:30 yesterday to pick up the flowers, service at 10. When I arrived the girl working had no clue what I was talking about. After calling the designer she went to the back and came out with my loose flowers that were in a bucket of water, not put together. There was to be a ribbon with the word mom on it.. she asked if it was ok to tape it on the ribbon as she quickly threw my flowers together in a bouquet. 10 plus minutes of stress , what a disgrace! They did offer $20 back , I told them to donate it to Hospice. Until they get a new designer never again!!!! Disgusted!

Fantastic experience: This flower shop has always been very nice, helpful, and is very well priced in my opinion. My father and mother brought me here as a child to get flowers for my older brothers grave as well as my grandparents too. Over the years it just became a tradition that we came here before any special event, any grave visit, or just everyday roses for somebody special. I will not go to any other flower store at all. Now that my Dad has passed, I always make sure to bring him his favourite flowers from this store! I'm glad I can continue the tradition with my kids. This store always packages the flowers so beautifully even if they know it's going to a grave site. They also lay the flowers down perfectly, unlike any other! Overall, I'd honestly say that this is the BEST flower shop I've ever been to.
