Fantastic experience: Great experience with Patti's flower boutique. Negative experience: Booked a bouquet for my girlfriend’s birthday, totally disappointed. Spent $153 The first picture is what they showed on their website, the second picture is what I received. The actual bouquet looks more uni-colored than the picture, all pink flowers, no orange no yellow. Flowers look not fresh, some are curling. Talked about it with the staff, they told me that it’s because the flowers just arrived fresh today and that they are still in buds. Totally disappointed, and I feel bad giving this for my girlfriend even though I spent 150 dollars.

I was surprised to read this review as no concern was mentioned at the time of pickup. Had anything been brought to my attention then, I would have been more than happy to adjust the arrangement right away.
The flowers in your bouquet were extremely fresh and had just arrived that morning. Many blooms such as lilies and alstroemeria are intentionally delivered in bud form so they can open naturally over the next few days and last longer. This is standard practice for fresh floral design and allows the bouquet to become even fuller as the flowers open.
The arrangement you received did include the orange and peach tones shown in the design and was created full and fresh. As with most bouquets, removing the cellophane wrap allows the stems and blooms to naturally settle and display more openly.
I did attempt to reach you by phone today because I would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns directly and make sure you felt good about the bouquet you were giving.
