I ordered some flowers they were out with what I purchased and called me directly, we figured out something else and had it delivered within the timeframe I requested. Negative experience: Booked a bouquet for my girlfriend’s birthday, totally disappointed. Spent $153 The first picture is what they showed on their website, the second picture is what I received. The actual bouquet looks more uni-colored than the picture, all pink flowers, no orange no yellow. Flowers look not fresh, some are curling. Talked about it with the staff, they told me that it’s because the flowers just arrived fresh today and that they are still in buds. Totally disappointed, and I feel bad giving this for my girlfriend even though I spent 150 dollars.

Negative experience: I was in a bit of a time crunch, so I decided to stop by this place to get flowers. The whole experience was awkward and unpleasant. I wandered around the tiny store (lone customer) and was not offered any help. Eventually, I asked for help and it seemed I was bothering the lady. I selected a 50 dollar bouquet, and asked if they had anything small I could give a little girl for Valentines. I was told “go look in the refrigerator” with no further help. I selected two purple roses and a card to go with my 50 dollar bouquet. My total somehow came to 93 dollars. So two roses, a card and taxes added 43 dollars? Upon entering the store, I was also greeted by a small barking dog, who was jumping up on me. I don’t mind dogs, so this wasn’t a huge deal for me, but not everyone would want a dog barking and jumping at them. If I had the time to go somewhere else, I would have never paid that price. Rip off price and awful customer service. Don’t go here.

Negative experience: Honestly very disappointed as I did not get what I was looking for in a dish with plants. Two totally different looks and I chose a white dish and it came in black. Did not have ivy or peace Lillie’s. Will not order from here again.

Fantastic experience: Patti's did a fruit and nut basket for us for a customer and it was so beautiful. The produce was fresh and the plant gorgeous. We will be using their services again for sure. It arrived just as requested as well.

Negative experience: Like other few negative experiences i still given the chance to visit this store on this tuesday 16th, i bought 5 red rose and got charged around 60$, that i felt is overpriced . But i still bought without giving a second thought, but the quality wasn’t good at all the petals start falling even before i reach home. I was so disappointed. Apart from that one of the girls was super nice but the other lady didn’t know how to treat customers. The way she talk even i guessed from her single word that she is the one customers are taking in the review section about. When i left the store i noticed she started talking something about me with the other girl, business should pay attention to her now after this continues negative comments.

Negative experience: Edit: The response is a great reflection of customer service. I didn’t “order” flowers. I went into the store, as I mention in the review. I will also add that I’ve not confused this experience with a different place. I chose to leave a review of my experience. I purchased flowers for our neighbours who had lost a loved one, but unfortunately, they began wilting within just a few days. The customer service experience was also disappointing — the lady who had assisted me seemed irritated that I had come in. For such an important occasion, I expected higher quality and more compassion.

Because of the Teleflora connection, the selection is amazing and Patti ensures that the flowers are fresh, vibrant and delivered on time. I usually opt for a hand-tied bouquet or a 'Florist's Choice' and provide instructions for what to include (or not). Patti is quick to respond to any enquiries and the recipients always comment on how gorgeous the flowers are. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Today I went to this store with my 2 year old. Upon entering I encountered a lady who looked at me as if I have entered her home without her permission. She seemed arrogant, and hardly answered my question. It seemed as if she is doing a favor on me for letting me enter her store. We decided not to give her any business. It is to be noted that there was no other (not 1) customer in the store at this time, even then the behavior was so unwelcoming. Highly not recommended. Please enroll in customer service 101 classes. Negative experience: I went in to the shop yesterday, hoping to connect with a new florist in the Guelph area, as I buy flowers on a weekly basis. Upon entering I was not greeted though the woman looked me directly in the face and barely acknowledged me. When I asked her two questions, about product and pricing, she literally rolled her eyes as she answered. I felt incredibly unwelcome and will not be bringing my business here in the future.

Fantastic experience: Hi Patti, Just wanted to share this story with you. I live in Alberta and my parents live in Guelph. I ordered flowers for my mom on Mother's Day and she loved them. Having the added option of chocolates, which she also loves, was a great touch. What made this extra special was that my mother had spent the past week in the hospital with my dad, who has cancer and is battling a bout of pneumonia. She got the flower delivery on Sunday as she was heading out the door, to go see my dad. Times are tough right now and this order was able to bring a little bit of joy to my mom as she continues to navigate this difficult time. Positive experience: Flower arrangement was beautiful, but had hardly lasted a week. Half the flowers have died off, and it was only delivered 6 days ago.

Negative experience: Mothers Day, we expect to pay bigger prices..but to a point!! My daughter went to your shop to get me something. We live a 1 minute drive from the store. I put them in a vase. Within the hour they were completely dead!! Shirveled up touching the counter!! Couldn't even make it till tomorrow. It was 1, what looked to be a hydrangea, a sprig of weeds and baby's breath. Disappointed for her to say the least. I saw many people leaving the store with arrangements of same flower. I hope theirs lasted!

With no prior knowledge of her shop she treated me like part of the family during the passing of our dear Uncle. The flowers arrived on time, (even when a specific flower was requested and only arrived at her shop on the same morning as our first visitation). She created a stellar bouquet with the changes I requested quickly and with no issues. The compliments on our flowers were endless and I couldn’t have been happier. Well worth every penny. Negative experience: New to Guelph and stumbled upon Patti's Flower Boutique, as they were voted No.1 in Guelph. The flowers are not worth the price, the roses and lily's are so small, the entire boutique just doesn't look pretty - flowers at the grocery stores are a lot prettier to be honest . We tried to give the flowers a couple of days to let them bloom ..but they haven't at all . The roses on the second day were already droopy .

Negative experience: Small shop with enough selection. Well stocked. No reason to visit the shop as online orders appear to be preffered by store. Note these teleflora bouquets can be ordered from many shops. Save yourself the disappointment. The employee was far from welcoming and made us feel like we were in the way. My short written request for a custom order could have been left there and an email quote sent to me. She could have taken a moment to answer my question and taken the request out of my hand at least.

Negative experience: Was very disappointed with the arrangement ordered. For a minimum vase arrangement of $65.00 ($7.00 vase) the flowers where more for a funeral then get well. I requested pink that is usually a bright cheerful color & white. Mums are very much considered in a funeral arrangement. Carnations, mums, daisies & austros deep wine color are not what I consider cheerful. I am a retired florist/owner and by my standards this was not a very nice arrangement.

Negative experience: Quite disappointed in an expensive but lacklustre arrangement that I had ordered for my wife for Valentine’s Day. Just a run-of-the -mill arrangement that any flower kiosk in a grocery store could slap together any time. Edit: thanks for the reply Patti but I believe it’s intended for another customer. I received confirmation that it was delivered on time and it was not. Patti returned my call and she passed on that the local florist attempted to delivery it on time and no one was home. The Ring camera proved that apparently this did not happen?? Not sure who to believe but I appreciate that Patti herself responded.

Positive experience: I have used Patti's Flowers twice in the last week for 2 seperate birthday arrangemenst and I have been truly impressed and thrilled with the end results. The flowers were vibrant and fresh, absolutely beautiful. I ordered the "Birthday Cake" bouquet for an 85th birthday. A birthday cake made out of flowers...it was amazing and everyone thought it was a real cake, it even almost got cut up for the real cake..lol. The other arrangement was also a birthday bouquet that was absolutely beautiful. I will for sure use Patti's in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have sent flowers through Patti's to my mother-in-law several times over the last couple of years. The arrangements have always been beautiful, fresh and delivered promptly. At Christmas, we sent a gift basket that was full of goodies, beautifully packed and very much enjoyed, and the Easter arrangement that was sent this past weekend was superb. My mother-in-law was absolutely delighted with the arrangement, she said it brightened up her house and her Easter. In our current strange times, when getting together for Easter with family was out of the question, Patti's was instrumental in making her holiday brighter and a little less lonely!

Negative experience: I'm actually in disbelief as to what just occurred. I called to order flowers for this Mothers day, 2 orders and I am a regular repeat customer. Told them I was a little disappointed in the last arrangement I ordered in March and the delivery was late. It wasn't so much as a complaint as just an observation. I was immediately told that if I was so disappointed maybe I should go somewhere else. I replied "Did you actually just say that to me". I tried to explain I'm making a constructive comment, it escalated to the point that she claimed I was yelling at her, which believe me I wasn't. She then hung up on me. I understand Mothers day is one of their busiest days and very stressful but I'm not too sure that was the best way to handle this situation. I will NEVER use Patti's again.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to send some 'Get Well' flowers a couple of days before Christmas. Found most florists were no longer taking orders for delivery before Christmas. Patti's Flower Boutique didn't seem to have a cut off time/date so I placed an order with them. I did follow up with an email, just to be sure of delivery and I received a prompt, friendly reply. The flowers were delivered within 24 hours of my transatlantic order. The person who received them described the arrangement as 'epic' and was very happy with them. I was delighted as very often what is delivered bears no resemblance to what is ordered. However, Patti's Flower Boutique was 100% accurate. Thank you.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers for my mother's funeral on their website. They quoted a price and then called me to tell me they had to charge me more. I told her to cancel the order, however they delivered part of the order and charged me for it even though she agreed to refund my card. The second florist did a much better job with the same bouquet. I disputed the charge and received a refund 2 months later. Not very professional and additional stress put on my shoulders.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this business. I would give a 0 if it was possible. I received a call today. 1 week before my wedding day and they tell me they cant do my flowers anymore because the owner is going to go on a trip.1 week! I now have NO flowers for my wedding day because everywhere else is busy..I find this so disrespectful..I have no words. This should of been told to me when I placed my order or call me atleast 2-3 weeks before.. not a week! This could of been handle alot better ..

Negative experience: Disappointed in the arrangement. I understand about possible substitutions based on supply but it was nothing like the photo. I could of easily bought a bouquet that had more flowers and fillers from a grocery store for a much lesser price. The colour combination was ok but it lacked fullness and was not well balanced, it did not look professionally put together. I appreciate the same day delivery (hence 2 stars) but it wasn’t worth the money. We ordered another flower arrangement for another relative in a different town, from a different store but exact same price point and the difference in quality and amount of flowers and fillers was incredible. Unfortunately we won’t be using your services again.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. I live in Nova Scotia, and my daughter just moved into her first place, she lives in Guelph. I googled florists in Guelph and Patti's came up. I picked out my bouquet, placed the order and paid online, and the flowers arrived LESS THAN 3 HOURS later at my daughter's place! She was surprised and thrilled.
