Fantastic experience: I arranged a sympathy bouquet to be sent to a family member on behalf of various other family members and myself. The flower arrangement got comments such as "Wow!" and "the most beautiful arrangement they had ever seen", etc. Thanks to Quinn and Kim for taking such care with the flowers I ordered.

Negative experience: I can no longer see my review on your website and am unsure if it has been removed. You had previously responded to it, but it has since disappeared. I intended to reply to your message. I think you should speak with your staff about how to treat customers with respect. The experience I had there was very disappointing and felt very disrespectful. Her judgment was poor in handling , and because of this, You asked me to return, but there’s no way I would come back after being treated that way. I won’t be returning. Overall, the experience made me feel very uncomfortable in your store. This is not what I expected based on what I paid.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be there in Saskatoon to hug my sister and brother because of a death in our family I googled “best florist in S’toon” and up came Quinn and Kim I loved their website and placed my order. My family called to let me know how stunning the arrangement was that I had chosen from the website, they were overwhelmed! That was the hug from me that I wanted to give them. And what impressed me also was how reasonably priced there are!! And I also want to give mention to the person taking my order over the phone, she was polite and really paid attention to my request AND the delivery driver I was told by my family how caring and compassionate he was in offering his condolences!! Thank you Quinn and Kim for such caring detail to your floral expertise and your amazing staff! Elizabeth Lewicki Kelowna, BC
