She totally understood my vision of what I wanted for colors and created arrangements that were even more beautiful than I could have imagined! Excellent communication, planning and she was so good about our frequent emails and questions. . We wouldn’t hesitate for one second to recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Everything was perfect. Flowers were gorgeous, instructions on taking care of them were clear, and she was happy to answer any questions I had in a timely manner.

Negative experience: Tried calling and emailing for months and never got a response. Showed up at business during business hours and never got a response.

Fantastic experience: Michelle was a wonderful vendor to work with for our wedding in September 2025! She took the time to understand what we were looking for, and we were so impressed with how both my bridal bouquet as well as the corsages and boutonnieres turned out. She was easy to communicate with throughout the wedding planning process, and I will definitely be recommending her to others!

Positive experience: We used Michelle as our wedding florist in July 2025. Overall, our experience was mixed. The flowers themselves were gorgeous and exactly what I imagined for my bridal bouquets. I received tons of compliments on the quality and colour! The only downside here was my mom's corsage breaking before the wedding even started, which was quite unfortunate given the high price we paid. The primary challenge we faced was lack of clarity surrounding the flower set-up and take-down process. For our reception, we were told that set-up would be quick and easy. Michelle did include brief written instructions with the floral drop-off, but we still felt lost. We did not know that we would have to actively construct and cut the greenery ourselves, which ended up causing lots of stress the night before the wedding. My poor cousins were up making centerpieces into all hours of the evening, unaware that none of them would come pre-made. We were also unclear about the supplies that needed to be returned to Michelle in Saskatoon until after our venue staff had thrown most of it away. We ended up having to pay to replace a number of items (vases, shears, etc.), which was fine, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. I would still consider Michelle as a wedding florist but would encourage greater transparency surrounding the set-up/take-down process.

Fantastic experience: We couldn't be happier with our wedding florals from Michelle's! She truly understood the vision and I trusted her fully to create such beautiful arrangements for our day. She is so talented and we received so many compliments on our florals throughout the day.

Fantastic experience: If you're interested in old school cool in terms of customer service, this is 'the' place to go. Don't waste your time looking for a better option because there isn't one. She has a remarkable talent for translating her client’s requests into the most stunning arrangements… she was inquisitive and thoughtful about the vision I had, and created the most beautiful bouquet that I still dream about today. Since then, Michelle’s Flowers has become my favorite local florist for any occasion (birthdays, sympathy, holiday arrangements and “just because” flowers). Seeing Michelle and visiting during floral pick-ups is the cherry on top. I always look forward to a quick catch up with her, and we excitedly share stories about our travels, families and dogs. Can’t recommend this wonderful woman enough!

Negative experience: I booked Michelle’s flowers for my wedding in August. Initially she was great at communication but as emails went out there were weeks between replies. I was very excited after our first meeting, I had given some suggestions for flowers I liked and she tried to work within my budget to get them. However, when I picked up my flowers she did not execute my vision at all. I received an all white bouquet despite specifically asking for certain colours. To top it off, my flowers were partially dead on my wedding day (day after I received them) and I had to pick through my bouquet to to get rid of the brown flowers. Along with my bouquet dying, so did the bouts we had ordered which were so small it was hardly worth having. Overall very disappointing experience. I wish that as a florist she would have chosen different flowers because she knew that the ones I had asked for would be temperamental. She did offer to send me flowers when I showed her my dead bouquet but I was on my honeymoon at the time. Overall she’s a lovely person but her business caused more stress and is quite expensive for what you actually get.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved the Christmas arrangements Michelle created. They made wonderful gifts! I can’t wait to see what she comes up with next for Christmas 2023!!

From the very first time I reached out to her she was extremely helpful and organized. She worked with us to design our dream day. Fantastic experience: Our flowers were absolutely stunning for our wedding. I gave Michelle a color scheme, but I personally knew very little about what I wanted in my arrangement. Michelle took the little information I gave her and created something amazing. She was on time dropping off the flowers the day of the wedding and did a beautiful job re-using the flowers from our ceremony at our reception. She also stayed within our budget that we gave her initially. The only small critic I would have is sometimes it took a while to receive a response, but with an extremely busy wedding season in a pandemic she did her best and even though it took a while to hear back sometimes, we were never forgotten. She also gifted me a small bouquet of lilies just because she wasn't able to incorporate them in our wedding arrangement, but remembered I had said they were my favorite. Thanks Michelle! Would recommend!

Negative experience: Florals were beautiful - communication was terrible. We met with Michelle and received our quote before the pandemic and then ended up having to postpone our wedding. She was very understanding during this time and sent out an email with more information about what to expect, one item being there would be a price increase, but that it generally isn't more than 5% and that it really should not change our quote. We completely understood and expected and budgeted for a small increase. We picked a new date and confirmed it. I reached out a couple months prior to try and sent up a meeting to go over everything. I reached out twice, and after not hearing anything for quite a while (I believe a month or so), I found her on Instagram, thinking that maybe my emails were going to junk mail. She then replied to my emails saying sorry and that it has been busy. She offered me some times to chat. I responded within the hour and within that time she filled the spot she had offered. We finally found a time that worked for both of us and had a chat about what we were looking for. I sent my inspiration pictures again and explained the look I was going for - which I felt was basically what I was wanting in my last talk and quote. Anyways, we got an updated quote just under a month prior to the wedding and it was basically double what we were expecting. I told her it was too much and so we changed it for me and I ended up having to get rid of some florals and cutting my own centerpieces to get the price were we needed it. With that, I had to pick up the greenery for my tables the Friday prior, which was fine. She gave me the directions and told me to text her when i got there, as the shop was closed. So, I got there at the scheduled time and texted her. I didn't hear anything for 10 mins so I tried calling. There was no answer. After waiting 20 mins, I decided to just go see if anyone was home. I should have knocked sooner, but I was just trying to follow the directions I was given. She came to the door. I walked in, and the greenery wasn't even ready for me to pick it up. Luckily, the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly. She dropped off the flowers and I got lots of compliments. The florals were the only saving grace to my experience. It seemed that every time we had communication there was a problem. I personally can not recommend Michelle's Flowers. I have had a couple friends reach out and ask how my experience was, as they are planning their weddings and I have told them to go with someone else. I generally am not one to write negative reviews, but even months after, I am still upset.

Positive experience: We had Michelle’s Flowers do our flowers for our wedding in July 2015. I was referred to the shop by a friend of mine. I had a couple of colors and flowers in mind but am pretty clueless about flowers! Michelle met with my parents and I and allowed me to pick flowers from books, she then went through them with me to decide what would look nice together. After our meeting she sent me some quotes with different price points. I did bouquets, boutonnieres, flower arrangements for our ceremony and hydrangeas for our centre pieces. I love the creative ideas that Michelle came up with! The day of the wedding arrived and we picked up all of the flowers, they were indeed beautiful. A few complaints though. I had asked for teal, purple, blues, white and greenery for everything but no white in my bridal bouquet. Unfortunately all of the flowers were only white and purple with greenery (including the bridal bouquet). Also, I had ordered boutonnieres and wristlets(for the Mom’s). We received boutonnieres for everyone. All in all, everything was beautiful, just not exactly what I asked for. I have also ordered flowers for my Mom from there to be delivered to her work. They were beautiful and my Mom loved them!

I called her early in the morning and she was able to go to her distributor and get me some sunflowers even though they were out of season. Something over a dozen other flower shops laughed at and told me to give up searching for because I would never find them. Only downfall was the debit/credit machine was down so upon arrival for pick up I had to drive to a bank and then come back. Other than that would have been a 6/5
