Fantastic experience: I received a beautiful bouquet on Tuesday and was having troubles with a droopy hydrangea the next day. I felt silly reaching out, but Lana and the staff were so kind to me and helped me out with re-beautifying my bouquet. Amazing service, local, and a great product.

Negative experience: Disappointing experience. Honestly, I’m surprised this is a $50 plant. For that price, you would expect something much healthier and fuller. Anyone who knows about plants would know that you can easily find a better quality plant for the same price. The outside of the pot started peeling after it lightly touched the wall a few times when I tried to hang it. I’m not even sure what the coating is made of, but it shouldn’t come off that easily. This plant was delivered to me as a surprise gift from someone who lives far away, so they had to order it online without seeing it in person. This place may do well with flowers, but when it comes to potted plants, I really wouldn’t recommend. If you’re planning to send a plant as a gift to someone, I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

Fantastic experience: I put in an online order as I don’t live in the city and I received the best customer service. The girls I spoke with were very kind and personable. They went above and beyond to make sure my friend received her flowers. I will be using this business again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had received a plant for my husband's funeral services. It did not look well when I first saw it. The flowers were very small & didn't look great. After getting g it home it struggled even more. Due to having company from the the Yukon & Ontario plus friends dropping by it was later than the 48 hours notice to let them know how the plant was doing. I was encouraged to let them know when it was completely done. They reached out to me & offered to replace it. Chantel was very helpful & was able to replace it. Just felt that the cousin who had paid for it would have been very disappointed with the plant dying so quickly.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service experience. I tried ordering flowers through a woman named Jenny at Bill’s House of Flowers, and I honestly couldn’t believe how rude and dismissive she was. She acted like helping a customer was a chore and made zero effort to be polite or professional. It’s shocking that someone like that is allowed to represent a flower shop. I ended up taking my business elsewhere — if you care about being treated with basic respect, I’d suggest you do the same.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter who lives in Saskatoon. We are in Calgary so I was relying on the website to be accurate in their arrangements as I’ve had poor arrangements from other businesses in the past. I ordered her the ‘Ballet Slippers’ bouquet as it was priced reasonably and the flowers in the photo were so pretty. I had also asked for next day delivery by noon if possible. Bill’s House of Flowers did not disappoint. They were delivered in a timely manner and they are just as gorgeous as the photos depicted. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Negative experience: I bought an expensive plant from them (several hundred cads) and my plant died super fast and it was a snake plant. Those plants are usually very resilient plants but what i found out was that they gave me the plant in 2 pots that both had holes in them and somehow the water wasn’t getting out neither of the pots, and the roots started to rot and overall died in like a month. This is not acceptable for the price we paid! I will never step foot inside of that shop ever again. Overpriced plants that aren’t even properly planted in pots!

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough today, to receive this beautiful vase display from Bill‘s House of Flowers. The flowers and colours are absolutely stunning. I had a call prior to their delivery to check the address and to see if I’d be home, I wasn’t so they kindly arranged to leave them at my back door in the shade. Thank you. I’ll definitely be calling these guys when I have a need to send flowers.

Fantastic experience: Such a cute little shop! Easy to miss as you go by, but do yourself a favour and duck in - it’s charming! Lots of variety in plants, pots, and accessories. I found the exact plant I’ve been hunting for for months in the perfect size for a pot I had at home, and it was really reasonably priced. Staff was so friendly and took great care in wrapping up my new plant.

Fantastic experience: the BEST service and arrangements. my boyfriend sends me flowers all the time from multiple different businesses and Bills House of Flowers is by far the cutest with the best service. he always accompanies my flowers with a lengthy note and no matter how long, Bills House of Flowers always hand writes it which is just such a sweet touch. the delivery people are always so amazing as well.

Fantastic experience: I ordered some flowers for my boyfriend online. It was a pretty seamless process one downside is the site doesn’t state the delivery date you selected on the receipt. However, the bouquet was beautiful and the staff selected cat friendly flowers. (The vase isn’t from Bill’s but the bow I put on it is) (also getting the fancy packaging plus delivery came to $105)

I needed a romantic bouquet of flowers for a woman from Mexico. There are traditional flowers that have positive, as well as negative connotations. Google offered me much conflicting information. The ladies at the store went above and beyond, and I was able to present a beautiful bouquet with appropriate flowers as per Mexican tradition. I was extremely impressed by the service.

Fantastic experience: I've bought flower arrangements here a couple times now and have always been impressed with the turnout. I was especially impressed with the most recent one where I specified that it needed to be cat safe as it was for my cousin, it turned out beautifully and felt at ease knowing they took the time to keep out anything toxic. I only got one blurry photo as I forgot but it was absolutely beautiful!!

Positive experience: This order was placed from the UK; a valentine's day surprise for my wife who is currently visiting Saskatoon. She found the bouquet absolutely gorgeous and she is very happy. I too am content with the timely delivery and appreciate the service they have carried out for me. My only minor feedback is the initial confirmation states I would receive updates on dispatch/delivery which did not happen. Secondly, there was a small typo in the name. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in future.

Not only did the flowers exceed our expectations, so did their outstanding customer service. My mother-in-law was admitted to the hospital on the day the flowers were to be delivered to her apartment, so when they couldn't make the delivery Jana called me here in Portland. The only information I had at the time was the name of the hospital where she was taken. She said not to worry and that she would make sure she got the flowers to her, and she did. She was amazing and created a beautiful arrangement for the hotel room, bouquet for the bride, boutonniere for the groom and collar "boutonniere" for their golden retriever. What makes Bills remarkable is that I do it from California. I always get service that is easy, the people are fantastic. The flowers always impress who I send them to. And they get delivered on time, usually before when they promise if you want. I’ve had horrible experiences ordering from a distance in the past. Bills never fails to deliver. Never!

Only complaint is one time I asked advice about plant care and they told me to just look it up on the internet - kind of expect a bit more helpful info than that. But that's a super minor complaint. This is a beautiful and extremely well kept store.

Fantastic experience: We have been patrons of Bill's for years, as we know they have the best selection of flowers and plants in town. The Friday half price fresh flowers deal is particularly excellent. Today, we were outside the storefront with our dog and one of the owners came out and asked if we wanted to come in and warm up. We proceeded to do so, and everyone was so friendly. Our dog even got a treat. It's one thing to own a great flower store, but I must say I was really impressed by how kind and friendly everyone is at Bill's.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for my elderly mother who is a patient at City Hospital in Saskatoon. Done on-line. Flowers were left at hospital by delivery service however when taken to my mothers room they were not allowed to be left as hospital is "odor free". You cannot tell me that Bills House of Flowers was not familiar with this hospital policy prior to taking my $150.00 order. Very unprofessional and deceptive. Anything for a buck right!
