Fantastic experience: Hands down my favourite place to receive flowers from!

Fantastic experience: Our Aunt in Saskatchewan was having a special birthday and we (who live in Alberta) wanted to get her a bouquet of flowers. After texting with a cousin, we decided to order from Quinn & Kim's and our cousin would pick them up and deliver to her Mom. They were ready when she got there and they were absolutely gorgeous. If ever you need flowers, I would highly recommend Quinn and Kim's!

Fantastic experience: Such a stunning bouquet!! We ordered the biggest bouquet I have ever seen for the birth of our granddaughter. The first one started failing after 3 days, contacted them and they replaced it with another stunning bouquet that last 2 weeks!!! Thank you so much Quinn & Kim!! We are going to have the tradition of using the vase and filling every birthday!!! Through you of course!!! If you want beautiful flowers this is the place to go!!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. The staff showed no friendliness, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect. There was not even a basic smile or courtesy extended. I calmly and respectfully pointed out that an item had been placed in the wrong bin with a higher price tag. I was simply bringing a clear mistake to their attention. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff member bluntly stated that she did not care and told me not to worry about it. To make matters worse, she embarrassed me in front of another customer. This was humiliating and completely unnecessary. This level of dismissive and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable in any business. Customers should never be made to feel uncomfortable for raising a legitimate concern. I strongly urge management to take this complaint seriously and ensure staff are properly trained in basic customer service and professionalism. Won’t recommend this place at all.

Fantastic experience: Quinn and Kim did the bouquets for our wedding in May and they turned out beautifully! They executed my vision of baby's breath and some white roses perfectly, and my bridal bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had anticipated. I found out that I needed several extra bunches of baby's breath a couple of weeks before our wedding and they were so helpful with pickup and providing said flowers. They executed my vision perfectly and I would recommend them to anyone needing a wedding florist in Saskatoon and area!!

Negative experience: Ordered the designer choice deluxe anniversary flowers and didn’t get the beautiful white bouquet as pictured but a mix of different ones. Not too happy

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank my cousin for her hospitality on my recent trip to Canada and found Quinn and Kim's Flowers online. I discovered a picture of an arrangement they had made on another website and called to see if they could make and deliver it. I receive excellent service: help getting the photo of what I wanted to them, quoting a fair price, telling me what day the fresh flowers arrived in their store, and even calling to let me know there would be an alternate colored rose in the arrangement. Negative experience: A friend of ours wanted to surprise us with flowers for our anniversary, she ordered them ahead of time in the week to be delivered after work on Wednesday. They never showed up. being past the day and the loss of a surprise gift they said they would deliver the next day after work around 5:30 , they finally showed up at 6:16. More than a day late and with plenty of time to arrange a few flowers in a vase. Prompt service ? No i disagree

I unfortunately ran out of characters to write my name after the message, however, within 10 minutes of me placing my order, I receive a call to ask if I would like my name printed and that they can add it on their end. Amazing! Arrived on time, and I received a sweet message and photo from my EA thanking me for the beautiful flowers. Thanks so much! Definitely will order from here again.

Negative experience: Florist told my husband they were cat safe so he got them for me and almost all of the flowers in the arrangement were TOXIC to cats. The flowers were really pretty but would rather go somewhere more knowledgable where my cats won't get sick because they lied :(

Positive experience: I love the blue flowers in the bouquet I bought. However I was expecting more for the daisies which I specifically asked to be the main flowers. In total I got less than 10 daisies and most of them have little brown spots on them. I also feel like the other flowers in the bouquet overpowered the daisies but this is my first time buying flowers so I may be wrong.

Negative experience: My sister, in Calgary, ordered flowers for me. She specifically asked for sturdy long lasting flowers. Flowers arrived and there were three roses and two Gerber daisies included in the bouquet along with six stems of what looked like small, small white hydrangeas that were limp and the heads were hanging down.. Some type of yellow and orange flower… Multiple flowers on one stem but don’t know what they are. Lots of greenery (stems with big leafs) and a few stems with multiple yellow flowers on each stem (mums?). I phoned and asked about the limp hydrangea like flowers and was told they are supposed to look like that. So limp they hit the trash as the stems were weak and would not thread into the vase with the other stems. We ALL know roses are not long lasting! The owner ?? stepped up and said they would rectify the situation and I was told I would get a new bouquet as the next day they were expecting a shipment and would mums and carnations work ? The “new” bouquet arrived by 9:30 am so wondering if indeed they were “fresh”. NO carnations, one big, pale purple daisy/mum with petals that were scrunched and falling off and two roses with one being quite open. Some yellow flowers (mums?) that were the same as the original bouquet, some greenery and the same orange and yellow flowers as in the original bouquet. Flowers cost big bucks so when ordering, have a list of “long lasting” flowers AND insist that they are “fresh”. Addendum: Apparently the second delivery (on Tuesday) was an error and not from the expected shipment of fresh flowers. Quinn contacted me after reading the original review above, and delivered an arrangement later in the day on Tuesday. Those flowers are now eight days old and are looking very nice. I appreciate his attention to my concern and fixing the issue. But again when ordering flowers, from any florist, ask when they expect a shipment so arrangements are what you expect and want.

Negative experience: Placed an order on November 17th to be delivered November 18th, nope didn't happen, was assured that the flowers would be delivered the MORNING of November 19th, nope that didn't happen either, called, and excuses were made why they weren't, was told that they now would be delivered by 6pm, took my money and didn't deliver as stated, VERY poor customer service

Fantastic experience: Placed an order using their website. I was called first thing in the morning by the flower shop to inform a couple of the specific flowers in my selected arrangement would not be available until the next day. They offered to substitute or delay the delivery by a day. I trusted them to substitute and maintain the overall look of the arrangement. They indeed did a lovely job with the substitutions. Highly recommend this florist!

The staff member gave me the heads up about hospital policy with Lillies and made great suggestions for replacement in the arrangement. They patiently accommodated other additions to the arrangement and then proactively notified me by email the day it was delivered along with a picture of it. It was stunning! This is my second time using this florist for an arrangement and it won't be the last. Their staff are so friendly and creative. Clearly they go above and beyond to ensure a happy customer!

Negative experience: My fiance came to the store to ask about ordering our wedding bouquet. He was told that the designer was away for vacation for a week. The week later, my fiance made two calls, but always received same responses that the designer was still away and they would call him back next week. And we haven't received any calls from them since then. I was totally disappointed!

Negative experience: I am sad to leave a bad review for this business but I believe it necessary. My mother ordered, on Tuesday, an end of life celebration bouquet to be made for a life celebration event. When she went to pick it up on Saturday, they had completely forgotten about our order and the vase with the note of what we wanted was still sitting empty. The flowers i have ordered in the past have always been fantastic but this lack of professionalism regarding my deceased love one is unacceptable.

Negative experience: Ordered a bouquet online and the one my grandmother received looked absolutely nothing like the picture I ordered. If they didn't have the flowers then I would have ordered somewhere else. Why even put pictures of bouquets up if your just going to use whatever flowers you want.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to send flowers to my mother in the hospital in Saskatoon as soon as possible. The problem; I live in Ontario and do not know any Saskatoon florists. With the time difference, I was unable to call the florists so I decided to look online. I found a gorgeous arrangement from Quinn and Kim's gallery, so I ordered it through their website which was very easy to navigate. I put in a request for delivery that would have actually been same day since I ordered after hours. My mother was so pleased with the flowers, she sent me a photo of them that day. They were beautiful and exactly as shown on the website. My order was confirmed through email and I was able to contact the shop through email to thank them as well. Highly recommended for any out of town orders!

Fantastic experience: I was out of town for my wife's birthday, and like the rockstar husband that I am, forgot to send something in time. I placed my order with Quinn and Kim's on the internet, and by the time I emailed them to follow up, the flowers, balloons, etc had been delivered to my wife at work, in full view of her employees and friends so as to cover my otherwise embarrassing lack of planning in the birthday gift department. Quinn and Kim's respond quickly to any email or call, and most importantly they deliver high quality products at reasonable prices, even in a time crunch. Thank you Quinn and Kim's for keeping me married, at least for another year. :)
