So described what I wanted - something bright and colourful. What she produced was the best. So lovely, warm and colourful. Absolutely the best and reasonably priced.

The staff over the phone are so friendly and helpful, such amazing customer service and make it feel really personal. When ordering over the phone they advised on what flowers were in season and asked about what type of event and colours I wanted which made it feel very personal. The team forgot the box of chocolates but as soon as I notified them of the error a driver was at my door in half an hour with the missing item! Fantastic experience: What beautiful experience. We were arranging my late mother's funeral and just didn't know where to find good florist. We were traveling home, and my father said what a cute shop, so we made plans to visit. The minute we went in we were welcomed warmly, advised and guided, in the flowers for the day, and at that point I decided to make Crimson Rose Florist our family florist due to the vast variety of flowers colours, choices and the personalise service. Negative experience: I was trying to contact them via email and FB messenger 2 days in advance to arrange specific time for the order, only got a response the day after when it was too late to place the order online, left without flowers.

Fantastic experience: We were recommended Crimson Rose florists by Andrew Johnson Funeral Services who are located opposite. We found Maria to be very considerate on our initial visit on the 24th Nov and subsequently ordered funeral flowers for our late mother from Crimson Rose. We also ordered additional flowers for the funeral from one of Maria's colleagues and all flowers were delivered to the funeral directors. The colours of the flowers were as requested and the garland made was beautiful. The flowers for the spray were very vibrant and sure our mother would have approved of them. Excellent service, recommended.

Fantastic experience: Second time I've used Crimson and have been very satisfied with their service. Would use them again. Both purchases were for birthdays for my newly minted 16 & 18 year old grand daughters. We were on Facetime when flowers were delivered and they were very nice and colourful. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: In all excitment and to support local business, an order was placed for a wedding bouquet in early October. So you can imagine on your big day and the flowers condition was not as expected, leaving you soo disappointed on this day. The quality was NOT to standards and cost £50! You would expect the flowers to last atleast half the day but instead they were that poor quality and had already looked old and battered within hours. Not fresh flowers at all, even aldi has better quality roses then this! A complete waste of money, avoid and buy elsewhere. See picture attached, these were my sisters wedding bouquet - appalling and absolute disgrace and not even bridal size bouquet!!! They looked terrible in the professional photos too! You can see how bad the flowers were falling apart. I felt so sorry for my sister.

The website was easy to use and follow, the flowers were delivered on time and as we ordered. One of the arrangements (candle light) wasn’t as tall in the centre as the picture on the website. However, the colours and flowers were used correctly. Overall, I’m pleased with this purchase as my cousin was extremely happy to receive them and they appear fresh from the pics she sent me. Fantastic experience: Never thought Plumstead will have a flower shop and as I looked on Google I came across Crimson Rose. I was already late for same day delivery but because of the proximity of where I live, I was happy to go an collect them if I needed to, however I didn't expect to be blown away. First off the lady I spoke to was very polite, secondly I was expecting the flowers I wanted to be out of stock (as I looked and called other florist in London) but there you go!! They had them. Thirdly I was so please that they were able to still deliver beyond delivery orders such a nice touch. Last and most certainly not the least, The Presentation of the Bouquet is amazing I really did not expect the flowers to be so amazing, nor full and very well presented. Very very happy with everything I will be getting all my flowers from here moving forward. Must be a local business to have such a good touch with customers, so that was a huge plus.

Negative experience: I was in a rush for flowers so i came here i been using them for 7years and all there flowers were beautiful, but today it was horrible overprice paid £55 for a dozen rose which was small and dead looking, the previous owner Kim does not own it anymore assuming she sold it on, will never be coming back here again shame to see kim not here anymore as she will never sell rose like this in her store.
