Negative experience: None Reliable, do not place order with them. I have placed an order yesterday. It was a gift for some on women's day. But the flowers were not delivered. These guys called gift receiver and told her that they will provide flowers asap. Today we are calling them no one answered the calls even Deliveroo customer care tried to call them but not answered.

You can really see that everything was done with love and attention to detail. The bouquet lifted my mood and became a real highlight of the day. I will definitely be ordering again!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, we have had the worst experience ever. We ordered the balloons for St. Valentine's Day (3 days before, in advance), paid at once and expected our delivery to come till 3 p.m but the we got a message that the time was changed and now it will come from 4 to 8 p.m, okay, we waited and nothing came. We tried to call, text, but nothing except "please, wait". Next day the manager called and asked if it's okay for us to get the delivery on the 16th February. Are you serious? The order was specially made by the 14th of February. They said sorry and sent money back. Are you okay about it? Our celebration was without balloons with no reason. We waited till midnight and nothing came. It's the most irresponsible service we have ever had. It's impossible to trust them again. Your celebration might be spoilt by them. Be careful.

Negative experience: Dont expect your bouquet to look like exact same as on website. Harsh reality... The flowers(not the size of bouquet) in reality are way smaller than on listed photo. Absolutely different packaging and presentation. And the 'cherry on top' is that the bouquet was tied up with black tape. Are yall serious guys? You charge almost 200£ for this? Avoid.

Negative experience: Worst delivery experience ever. I’ve received flowers multiple times and each experience has been disappointing. The flowers are often not fresh, deliveries are made at whatever time is convenient for the company rather than the requested delivery window, last time they were delivered to the wrong address. This level of unreliability is embarrassing, especially when flowers are meant for important occasions. Completely unacceptable.

Positive experience: Placed an order on their website 2-3 days before the delivery date. On the day of the delivery within the specified time slot no one has attempted to contact us or deliver the order. Hence I reached out to them in instagram and asked about the status. They told me that they were trying to reach the receiver but they weren’t picking up. Which was funny because the receiver was right next to me! Eventually I chased them up and the order as delivered but the fact that they weren’t ready at all and probably wouldn’t have delivered it if I hadn’t chased and lied about not picking up blaming us is ugghhh такое, не советую

Negative experience: I ordered the flowers from Deliveroo, the delivery said 45 mins, the order topk over 3 hours which was too late. When we called the store, they didn't care and we had to go to the event empty handed this was a waste of 100 pounds

Negative experience: We didn't get our flowers. No service and no communication. You need to chase them if you want to know what's going on with your order. We ordered flowers for morning delivery several days in advance for Birthday via their website. There were no flowers in the morning and no communication from them. We had to chase them in the morning. They said there is a delay and they can deliver it in the evening around 8pm... OK. So it is already 10pm. Still no flowers and NO messages at all. We chased them again, they said there is problem with delivery and the order could be with us only tomorrow! We asked to cancel order and return the money. Waste of time. This is a joke considering the price of £220.

Negative experience: Disappointed with the quality I don’t recommend buying from this florist at all. I received white roses that were not fresh, with dead leaves and wilted petals — very disappointing, especially after paying $150. I needed them for a graduation ceremony on the same day, so there was no time to replace them. Definitely not worth the price or the frustration.
