Negative experience: I arranged for this to arrive on my girlfriend’s birthday because I planned to give it to her together with my proposal. Unfortunately, it arrived earlier than scheduled and completely ruined the surprise I had carefully planned. On top of that, the message I requested for the card was shortened for some reason, which changed the meaning and spoiled the moment I had imagined. Although the flowers themselves are beautiful and smell lovely, I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Because it arrived early, my girlfriend already found out, and there is no way for me to recreate the surprise now.

Three years on these roses still look as perfect as the day I received them. This year for valentines I treated my partner to the medium white square box, and they are absolutely gorgeous! Negative experience: Honestly so disappointed “guaranteed” delivery is not guaranteed so don’t order in the day needing them as I had nothing turn up Valentine’s Day which ruined it as I was looking forward to receiving them. Then when they did turn up a day late they had no tissue to cover the flowers from the ink transfer of the box and now I have flowers I don’t want and no response asking for a refund so my partner will have to go to the bank to ask for a refund for the price you pay you expect a much better service. Also asked for more up close photos when they was originally responding when you can see clearly there are marks over the photos from the video I took and sent them when I received them

Positive experience: Lovely experience and high quality flowers – my partner was really happy. Service-wise, I was assured that the bouquet would be ready at a specific time when in reality it hadn’t even been started when I arrived at the agreed time. This meant that I had to wait 30 minutes to get my product when I had planned. This affected my reservations throughout the day which was not ideal. The products are excellent but the service has room for improvement. I do understand that there is a high surge in demand due Valentine’s Day. However, for the cost I expected both a premium product and service.

Negative experience: ordered flowers for my friend and what was delivered was a complete disaster. The flowers arrived on the wrong day, were damaged, the card was missing, and the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. I specifically requested a beige theme, yet bright yellow flowers were used which I clearly wanted to avoid. Even if certain flowers were unavailable, the bare minimum would have been choosing suitable colours. This was extremely disappointing. Horrible customer service also not answering my email about a replacement

Delivery was prompt, and when opened on Christmas Day the presentation of the roses was exactly as shown on the website — they were gratefully received. After traveling over 1.5 hours to their location, I arrived to find the premises completely closed. I called from outside, only to be told it should be open, yet neighboring businesses confirmed it was shut. I contacted their reception multiple times and was promised a callback, which never came. No effort was made to resolve the issue. It's clear their reception team works remotely and it shows. This is definitely the last time I will be engaging with this company. Completely unprofessional and unreliable experience. ---- Amarante's reply to my review only supports my view that I will never do business with them again. I need to clarify something very important: at no point did your team communicate that my collection time fell outside your opening hours. In fact, I confirmed twice with your customer support to ensure the premises would be open, and on both occasions I was explicitly told that collection on that specific date and time was possible. Your response now implies that I arrived outside your opening hours as if this were my oversight, when the issue was caused entirely by incorrect information provided by your own staff. This is exactly why the situation was so frustrating! I relied on the guidance given, made a long trip based on it, and still arrived to a closed location with no support or follow-up despite multiple calls. This was not a misunderstanding about business hours; it was a failure of communication and coordination on your end. I believe it’s important for others to know that even after confirming details directly with your team, the information may still be unreliable.

Placed the order on the 9th of June and have been trying to contact the appalling customer service team over the last 4 weeks with numerous calls and emails. Negative experience: UPDATE: After I posted my honest review here, Amarante gave us a call, asking us to take it down if they refund us the cost of the bouquet. The miserable sum of 100£ which doesn’t even cover delivery service for the pathetic bunch of flowers we received. After we asked for a full refund given the non-existent customer support which cost us a lot of time and energy on our wedding day, Amarante ignored our emails and didn’t refund anything at all. And here I thought their customer support couldn’t get worse…AVOID AT ALL COST. *** Atrocious customer support and execution of bridal bouquet, would give ZERO stars if I could. We ordered a bridal bouquet and 4 small flower arrangements from Amarante for our wedding, including delivery. The bridal bouquet was very simple - 9 peonies but somehow they still managed to mess it up. A third of the flowers were so open and old that petals were on the verge of falling off making the bouquet look extremely dated. To top it off, despite us immediately reaching out to their customer service more than 5 hours ahead of our wedding (so there was a chance to rectify this disaster) and calling them in total 6 times as they kept promising to call back but NEVER did (which of itself was very stressful), they did not offer ANY solution or compensation. We didn’t even get an apology. Rude, frustrating and outright hurtful. We were given empty promises that the issue was being “escalated” which went no where. Moreover, we had to remind them of our issue anew each time we called - a very convenient memory of a goldfish was displayed by customer support (believe one of the people we spoke to was called Jessica). Couldn’t remember what we spoke about half an hour ago… Essentially, the support team did not want to help, did not do anything, and didn’t bother to even send an apologetic email. For completeness, the four small flower arrangements for our wedding dinner were executed well and on time. Wish I had taken one of those bouquets with me than the pathetic bunch I had on all my wedding photos thanks to Amarante. Long story short - DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A STRESS FREE WEDDING. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Negative experience: Bought an expensive box of roses for my wife. Upon opening the box that holds the roses was damaged. We contacted Kemy at Amarante to be told to e mail phots which we did. No response so we contacted again to be told to whatsapp the photos which we did. No response. We both rang separately and were told this was being looked into despite the person my wife spoke to not even asking for her name or reference. Use at your own risk but we would never again.

However they had to change the box because the one I ordered was sold out. And instead of calling me they called the person I was surprising. Nonetheless great service

Fantastic experience: Tried to make a last minute order for a Valentine's gift for my wife online but ran into a technical error when trying to make payment on the website. One call to the team and spoke to someone who dealt with my issue and took the order a different way and even though it was past the 4pm cut off point, they still assured me my wife's gift would arrive the next day as promised. It was at my door before 11am the following morning. It's the 2nd time I've bought a gift with Amarante and I would not hesitate to buy their high quality products again in future.

Fantastic experience: Natasha from Amarante has been great in helping me choose and place all my past orders. Flowers always arrive fresh and on time. It’s also really nice that they reach out prior to certain events to make sure I haven’t forgotten to buy flowers. (I always forget). They’re my go to for flowers in terms of quality and customer service, nobody else compares!

Negative experience: The worst customer service, no flowers delivered for Valentine’s Day, contacted the shop and staff simply couldn’t care less. They apparently have no responsibility it is the fault of Royal Mail. Flowers eventually arrived four days post Valentine’s! Unsurprising dead so returned. Emailed the shop and not even a reply. A company is only as good as their ability to deal with problems when they go wrong. Clearly this shop owner couldn’t give a Simply not our problem when you have paid £125 for flowers and they don’t arrive is not it. Go elsewhere where your business is welcomed and they are quick to resolve when issues happen. This company should not even be trading just look at the reviews!

The sales team was incredibly responsive by WhatsApp and email pre-purchase, but when the flowers didn't arrive by Royal Mail (who counts on Royal Mail to deliver important items?) instead of DPD as listed on the site, it became painfully clear that the culture on the customer service side when something goes wrong is take-it-or-leave it. Don't depend on them for any important occasion. Update: Despite the fact that they failed to deliver and I had to buy another box of flowers - they are now refusing to refund my money as they've now shown up...a day late...and looking like they've been without water for 2 days. Update 2: You gotta love it - I went to TrustPilot and there's a warning that Amarante are breaching the terms of service - phot0 below! Update 3: Even though I got flowers a day late that were wilted and looked like they had been without water for 2 days (because they were) Amarante seems to think that's ok. The best part is that I'm learning that they are refusing to give me a refund through this review site!

This company has completely ruined my Valentine’s Day experience with their utter incompetence and lack of customer care. I placed an order for flowers through WhatsApp, providing them with the correct address. However, they managed to butcher the delivery details and only included the postcode when sending it to Royal Mail. This was their mistake, not mine. As a result, Royal Mail was unable to deliver the flowers and had to return them to the sender. When I reached out to the company to fix THEIR mistake, they gave me excuse after excuse, blaming their system instead of owning up to their incompetence. Instead of prioritizing a customer-first solution, they rigidly insisted on waiting for the flowers to be returned to them before doing anything—completely ignoring the fact that timing is EVERYTHING for Valentine’s Day. I even offered a reasonable solution: send me new flowers immediately, and I’d arrange my own Uber delivery at my own expense. They refused. Instead, they forced me to spend another £300 on new flowers, meaning I was left with no choice but to pay £600 in total just to ensure flowers were actually delivered on time. And now? I’m still waiting on my refund for the original order, with no clear timeline. They took my money twice, and I have no faith that they’ll refund me in a timely manner. This company is only interested in protecting their bottom line, not serving their customers. They made the mistake, they failed to fix it, and they left me scrambling to solve a problem that was entirely their fault. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the headache—DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs.

They provided the decor for our wedding and it was nothing short of breathtaking. Our guests were in awe as soon as they entered the room and the way in which they transformed quite an ordinary function suite into a luxurious oasis rich with colour was amazing. In addition to being super talented at what they do, they’re two lovely people who genuinely care about you. Negative experience: Terrible experience. My husband purchased £750 infinity roses. They were delivered extremely poorly and damage. I had to call and send emails for over a week to get a return notice. I was told they would be picked up which never happened, I had to return them. I heard nothing for weeks and then was told after again following up multiple times that they would fix the flowers that looked damaged and resend them. The box was damaged along with loads of flowers, this was £750 it should be replaced or refunded. I asked for a refund and still have not received either a refund or flowers. I’m outraged at the lack of customer service as it’s been over 9 weeks. BEWARE

And guess what, the colour in the website was totally different than actual she received. When trying to call them they make the dead ones behind trash cans. Next year is our year, like the Liverpool quote….

Not worth the price!!! Poor packaging, less than half of the flowers arrive in the condition it should be. Very bad customer service as well, try to ask us to get refund from Royal Mail ourselves.

Negative experience: I ordered some infinity roses in November 2023 to compliment a Christmas present to wife in 2023. Prior to sale I contacted Amarante London on instagram and they were great. They soon changed after i received the item and there were issues. I contacted the instagram team who messed me about stating the item though it was damaged (2 roses) there were no issues. In addition I contacted their WhatsApp team who took forever to come back to me, but when I did get a response I was told, i’d need to send the item back when it was convenient however trying to organise a courier via Amarante was a headache in itself. Upon sending multiple messages either someone on their end couldn’t read, or they genuinely purposely wound me up by asked me to repeat the issue multiple times and what had been agreed by them. The only way I actually sorted the issue out was to escalate through PayPal then poof the WhatsApp group was live and th following day I got a replacement. In addition I received an email a few weeks later to give feedback, that of course was on par with this review and it stated someone would contact me, it’s now 26/01/2024 and not one person has.

Negative experience: Absolute bunch of criminals AVOID!!! I brought a forever rose collection and my child got a tiny stain on it before it was to be presented to my partner for Xmas very soon, as it's velvet I carefully tried to clean it off to no avail. I contacted this company and spent 7 days going back and forth to be told this in the end. " We will not send an empty box and god knows how much we will charge you to fix it, but send it back and we will decide a price that works for us, or you can throw that entire thing away and buy another one " That's the level of quality customer service you will get from this Faux designer outlet, fast to take your money but even faster to leave in the dark when an issue arrises. I will never shop with a business that pretends to be a mark of distinction when in fact it's just over priced con men who don't want you to see their wax mess inside the flower bed base. Save your money and use a firm that cares about more than your amex card number.

The colour of the roses are so dark literally no different from the black box, very different to advertisement. When enquired was told that they cannot predict the pigment of the roses. I guess no quality control was necessary when sending.

Negative experience: Thoroughly disapointed with the flower wall this company created for us. The flowers were all fake 'dispite me requesting a fresh flower wall' and many of them were very used and in poor condition, it was cheap looking and poor plastic versions. When I complained no-one is now replying or coming back. They charged us £2,600 for a platic wall of flowers and have sinced stopped communicating. Very poor service and my corporate clients were shocked at the quality for the price. Would not recomend.

We met with the team with very specific visions of what we wanted, the team were quick to create illustrations of every aspect we had discussed in a way that we were able to truly visualise the look. It was a lovely surprise that they had then created a bouquet with our event flowers which they delivered to our home. Beyond all of this, they were so fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone for any of your events.

Fantastic experience: 5 Star service! Wish I could rate it higher to be honest. Flowers looked beautiful and arrived early. Presentation box and packaging was excellent considering how quickly they came. Would highly recommend you consider these luxury flowers in future for special events.

Fantastic experience: I purchased a large box of infinity roses from Amaranté London to gift my sister-in-law for her wedding day. My delivery had to be rescheduled to a little earlier due to the Bank Holiday. However, I was kept updated throughout. The roses themselves were absolutely beautiful and the presentation was faultless. The smell was also so strong and so fragrant which took me by surprise! I would definitely recommend Amaranté London’s products and service to others.

Negative experience: I’m super P#$$, after confirming my delivery for 1st May by Amarante I was sent usual delivery status from DPD stating delivery was for following day ie 2nd May. I understand it was bank holiday however I was assured that since I had selected a specific date it would be met. Amarante did answer the phone & the lady confirmed after speaking to her manager that DPD were notified & flowers will be delivered on the 1st. After spending £200 & flowers not reaching on the date which was a birthday I don’t ever wish to give my money or recommend them. Just a notice of caution, I read reviews but gave chance now kicking myself, furthermore whom I sent to are away till Thursday now & just total loss in faith. I could have ordered from other companies from America who assured me the 2nd but were honest enough not to take my order as couldn’t deliver for 1st. I will update the review further want to see what Amarante say & how the product is in terms of quality. All I can say is appreciate circumstances hence overlooked reviews but when assured & still no integrity displayed then what can be overlooked.

Fantastic experience: Fast delivery and seemless ordering the wife loved this alternate to normal flowers and they won’t die and be put in the bin for years to come. Unlike normal flowers. Might wrap them up again for next year :-)

Fantastic experience: An elegant & classic bouquet box that lasts well over a year. This is the second Amarante bouquet I’ve bought my partner and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Stunning real flower quality and excellent customer services from start to finish. Delivered in a well packaged box to minimise any chance of damage during delivery.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at Amarante on a Saturday without warning. The young lady helping was very polite and helpful. She helped me choose a suitable present for my wife. The roses were delightful. I’m very happy to recommend this company for the future as I was very pleased with my purchase and assistance.

Negative experience: Long story short, I wouldn’t buy from this company if I wanted something delivered on a particular date or occasion. For a luxury flower company, They use royal mail!!! They also take zero accountability for the flowers not arriving when they are supposed to. The guy I spoke to had the nerve to tell me to pursuit a claim with royal mail or purchase new flowers if I want them on the day. Ridiculous!!

Negative experience: Despite being a regular customer, the service and quality of product has drastically reduced. Very disappointing. Upon arrival of my most recent order, there was damage to the suede box (scratches and even in one place the suede had been pulled away, presumably during assembly). The company doesn’t accept returns, and despite raising the issue with customer service, they have shown no willingness to uphold their own damaged goods policy set out on their website to replace the damaged goods. It has reached the point where customer service won’t even respond to communication, in my experience a great way to keep loyal clients happy. All in all, a very disappointing experience given the price point that this company pitches its roses at and I will certainly be shopping elsewhere going forward to avoid further disappointment.

Fantastic experience: Was given a box of roses as a thank you present. I was so impressed that I immediately bought a similar box as a birthday gift for a girlfriend. She was just as impressed! They’re gorgeous!

Negative experience: Terrible service. I was bought some infinity roses as a surprise for delivery last week. Despite being told by the staff that they were due to have been delivered 4 days ago, we just keep receiving messages to say that they will be sent tomorrow and then the following day nothing arrives. Such a shame, please don’t rely on this company for a special occasion. Also, poor customer service, the girl on the phone just laughed and said “sorry about that but there’s nothing we can do”. The flowers have still not arrived and apparently they don’t do refunds so hopefully they will arrive before 2023 and will at least look half decent. Update - the flowers did finally arrive and they are veeery beautiful. The perfume that they use is also really nice. It’s a shame about the condition of the boxes and the service; for almost £1k I would expect the box to arrive in good condition without all the scratches and marks but overall definitely not disappointed in the look of the roses.
