Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a big thankyou for the beautiful flowers you made for our Mum, Eileen Lawson, whose funeral was on 16th April. Everyone was so impressed with the colour and beauty and the quality of the flowers. Eileen was very passionate about her garden and always had flowers in her house and later in her room at The Grange retirement home in Buckshaw Village. She would have been really pleased with the displays you made for her.

Negative experience: As far as I can tell this is just a storefront not a store. It's certainly not open when it says it is. Website has no info on this. I was planning to buy flowers for my mum here since it claimed to be open... Please update your information. I believe it has an out of town location that is open.

Negative experience: I went to Marshalls florist in chorley I needed delivery to ingol seems they rang Margaret Mason to do the flowers they was awful ..late delivery too .. nearly £50 for a garage bunch of flowers. Awful.

Fantastic experience: Throughout the planning and delivery of a large garden party for over 150 guests, Margaret has been a joy to work with. Communication has been very clear and Margaret’s advice resulted in the event looking fantastic with her floral tables decorations adding a real touch of class to the day and many guests commented on the great impact the decorations had on the overall look. The flowers were delivered on time and were great value for money. Many thanks from the party planners and I would strongly recommend Margaret to anyone considering a similar event.

Negative experience: Very rude staff collection from the Barn at Warton . I ordered a bouquet which upon collection looked nothing like the colours in the pic I ordered online .I am aware there is always going to be some differences but this was not anything like my purchase and I didn’t feel I could accept this order. I did request for some additional pink to be added like in the photo online , the assistant went to get a lady who brought me some flowers and said to me rudely I believe your eye sight isn’t good so I’ll show you these colours , which were additional flowers they were going to add .I was completely shocked at this rude comment . I did purchase an alternative Bouquet in the shop as I wasn’t happy with my order . I think your staff need to learn how to deal with customers properly and not be so rude I won’t be returning after this experience I am horrified about how I was spoken to.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful flowers ordered and attempted delivery the same day. Unfortunately my friend was not at home and Margaret rang me and rearranged a delivery date( for4 days later) with a fresh bouquet and no extra charge. Fabulous service - Thankyou !

Fantastic experience: Margaret Mason is is a truly beautiful person. Margaret and her team have created a number of displays for me over the last few years and when I asked if she would do the flowers for my Daughter, Charlotte's Wedding I knew she wouldn't disappoint. It is no wonder that this lady has been in business for over 60 years, as on Saturday 5th August , even with some slight rain, the entrance to St John Church at Broughton and the interior dressed with her Flowers looked amazing. My daughters Bouquet, the Bridesmaids bouquets, and all the men's button holes were beautiful. Thank you so much for helping make my Daughter's day truly the greatest day. Thank you Simon xx

She made all the bouquets bespoke personally for the wedding party as well as accommodating little touches we wanted to include that made everything personal to us. She and the team are so friendly and lovely, after a couple of meetings she just seemed to be able to read our minds and know exactly what we wanted.

Fantastic experience: I ordered 2 teardrop sprays for my partner's funeral, one from myself and the other from her Mum, brother and sister-in-law. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the people I spoke to but they were both very helpful and professional. They also wrote the tribute cards and had no problem changing the wording with only a couple of days notice. Everyone at the crematorium commented on how beautiful the flowers were. The sprays were also excellent value for money, given the quality and quantity of the flowers. I have no hesitation in recommending Margaret Mason florists and will definitely use their services again.

Fantastic experience: I had one of Margaret Masons, beautiful bouquets delivered to me, from a friend, I was Absolutely delighted with it. I must add that it has lasted 10 days so far, with a couple of water changes, & still looking good. I will definitely be using Margaret Mason for any future floral gifts in the future.

Fantastic experience: This is not your normal florist Margaret and her team have gone above and beyond to deliver to me the beautiful flowers Margaret and her team were given the wrong address were I lived 14 months ago they took the flowers back and contacted the sender who gave them the right address this time but unfortunately when they delivered I was on family buisness in Scotland so they had to take them back again when I rang and spoke to Margaret herself she was so understanding and within the hour I received a wonder flower arrangement not many florists would go to this trouble I am sure. Fantastic experience: Ordered just before they shut one night recently, They stayed open a few minutes after closing and I am so glad they did. This is amongst the best Thai food I have ever tasted and certainly the most reasonably priced. Really lovely people and try something new because they do have some totally yummy house specials.Certainly helped to cheer up my daughter and their was more than enough for 4 for under £30...

I had to telephone the shop to tell them that the recipient (my next door neighbour) was not in as I expected, having just seen their car was not on the drive.. Lady at the shop informed me they were out for delivery, but she would contact the driver and tell him to deliver them to me. Problem solved - and my neighbour was delighted with the flowers too!

I made a conscious effort to see where they came from as they were beautiful and the delivery guy was really nice. When I spoke to my friend to thank her for the flowers, she told me that the shop was also very helpful and friendly when she placed the order.

Fantastic experience: I ordered the Amethyst Dusk Spring online as the looked alright and wanted to treat the special lady in my life, I chose to pick them up later that day since I was in Preston anyway...... Well for starters the online pictures do not do justice to the products... they where more than "alright", they where amazing... beautiful.. and this is coming from a guy that does not normally appreciate things like this, and the best part is the other half loved them, she's literally shown everyone she knows... twice.
