The standard and quality of the flowers was exceptional! First and foremost, the bouquet exuded elegance and beauty. Each bloom was meticulously arranged, showcasing a harmonious blend of colors and textures which I totally appreciate. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and truly a feast for the senses. It was evident that great care had been taken in selecting the arrangement ,resulting in a breathtaking arrangement that instantly brightened up my birthday ! I must say what amazed me was the longevity of these flowers. While most bouquets tend to lose their vitality within a matter of days, the bouquets lasted an astonishing three weeks. I was astounded to witness the blooms retain their freshness, continuing to bloom and put a smile on my face everyday. It’s a testament to the high-quality standards upheld by the florist and her Team . The delivery service was commendable as well. The flowers arrived promptly and were expertly packaged to ensure their protection during transit. The delivery personnel by the owner Heather , were polite and courteous. Heather providing me with detailed instructions on how to care for the flowers to maximize their lifespan. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service truly enhanced the overall experience. The provided care instructions were invaluable. Not only did they guide me on how to maintain the health and beauty of the flowers, but they also educated me on the best practices for flower care in general. From the appropriate water temperature to trimming the stems at an angle, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for someone with minimal gardening knowledge like myself. Thanks to these guidelines, I was able to enjoy the flowers' splendor for an extended period. I highly recommend Heathers florist

All of the posies and arrangements were so well coordinated and the flowers were fresh and vibrant. It really helped having such a well organised website too. Fantastic experience: I ordered the seasonal arrangement with a pumpkin base and left the colours tomthe florist. The friend I was sending it to has been very poorly and isn't well at all. She was crying with joy. She said it was so beautiful, the colours were amazing and she felt so happy and so cheered by it. She absolutely loved it. I've had flower arrangements from Heathers before but always gone into the shop and I was a little apprehensive ordering online as had disasters with so called big firms but I didn't have to worry. Fantastic experience: After a recommendation from a friend we visited Heather's to order an arrangement for my father's funeral. We requested an arrangement with sunflowers and we were extremely happy with the end product. It was just what we wanted and it looked wonderful on the day. The service and shop were both excellent and we will be using Heather's again as our new 'go-to' florist. Fantastic experience: Heather provided flowers for my daughter's wedding in June 2017. Her care, attention to detail and flair was outstanding from the beginning. The flowers were truly beautiful, exactly what we wanted and so fresh the bridesmaids' boquets are still gorgeous in vases all around my home several days later. I would highly recommend this florist on all the foregoing alone, but the significant added bonus is that the cost was considerably less than any other florist I looked at. I had no sense whatsoever that the price was inflated because it was a wedding - how very refreshing. I cannot recommend this florist highly enough. Thank you Heather and all the team
