They were also very accommodating when it came to both price and urgency, making the whole process stress-free. The quality of the flowers was excellent—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. On top of that, the customer service was friendly and helpful throughout. I’d definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

Positive experience: Man was accommodating as I placed the order over the phone but he was so blunt and condescending when I asked questions about the delivery of the flowers. I also paid £43 for a bouquet that had a rose that was on its way out. Prices are high for not so great flowers. I’d rather pay extra for quality and service

Fantastic experience: Artificial flower arrangement in the shape of a sailingboat was a perfect choice.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Flowers have browned and begun to die within 2days of being delivered. The flowers should also have been in water but were left on the door step just tied and without the water pack. Will not be using again

Negative experience: This is the second time I have bought a flower arrangement from here since the new company took over,both times the flowers have wilted and browned within 3 days, spoke to somebody in the shop who was very unhelpful and quite rude with the fact ‘they are flowers that’s what they do ‘ truly disappointed and upset after spending so much money this is the response I get. The first time i bought flowers in April I didn’t contact the shop and gave them the benefit of doubt, but the same thing happened again ,it’s not on and to be spoken to like that is disgusting

Fantastic experience: Preston flowers made the flowers for our wedding they produced some beautiful corsages and button holes I can’t thank them enough. Fantastic experience: I ordered a delivery at lunchtime and these beautiful flowers were delivered later that day. Cheaper than Interflora and much more stylish. Phone service was professional, friendly and helpful. Delivery was quite late on in the day but that didn’t matter. Worth knowing for the future though as I was a bit worried when it got to 6pm. I will definitely use Preston flowers again!

Fantastic experience: Sorted on phone on Christmas, eve explained that another florist had let me down, not delivering to my Nan for christmas, sorted it all out got it to her within 4 hours that day, she loved them and the service proves they care about the customers, will be using them in the future.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled in this lovely little shop a couple weeks ago all teary and completely unorganised, after arranging my dads funeral. I didn’t know what I wanted/needed, the lovely lady that served me was amazing she made it so simple with no fuss! I didn’t want the normal wreaths found in the funeral home brochures, my dad was a keen gardener and wanted something less formal with garden flowers....and wow what we got was just perfection, Dahlias, sunflowers, freesias. Fantastic experience: This is a lovely family owned florist which is very friendly. They send out the most beautiful flowers, which you can see when you visit. It smells divine which is an indication of the freshness of the flowers which they use in their stunning displays. Margaret is a lovely woman who is very passionate about her art and her work. If you want something special, I can’t recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful "little" shop that has grown over the years to a wonderful and delightful store. The people will help you with everything you need even if you don't know wgat you really want ! It wasnmy sisters birthday and I really wanted to surprise her with some beautiful flowers. Fantastic experience: Holmes Florist saved my bacon when I forgot to order a present. I purchased same day delivery and the beautiful hamper was with the recipient within an hour from payment. And this was on a Saturday! Amazing!!
