They arrived promptly that afternoon- very impressed with delivery. I've also been told the flowers are beautiful! You made two women (my mum and grandma) very happy! Fantastic experience: Unfortunately lost my mum and we popped into dawns flower box my mum was a massive dolphin lover we spoke to Angela and explained what we would like she talked us through all of the options and made sure everything was perfect for us, and you can clearly see that a lot of thought and care went into their work, the bespoke dolphin far exceeded our expectations it was absolutely amazing all of the guests were very pleased and I know my mum would of loved it, highly recommend and would definitely be returning

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing little shop asked the ladies to do a dolphin for my wife's funeral as she loved dolphins all her life and everyone was amazed and blown away how good it was far exceeded my expectation beautiful and lovely. The other flowers were beautiful too I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: How Things Have Changed. Ordered an £80 bouquet including delivery fee. Based on previous orders, was expecting the the "Wow" factor, recipient sent picture got a very disappointing "Oh". Rang & was told "Flower's are expensive at the moment". Then why not put more expensive flower's in, instead of carnations & other cheap flowers, a smaller bouquet with more Rose's & Lilys & bigger blooms would of been preferable to what was actually delivered. With no colour combination or a professional arrangement, looked like they had just been thrown together. So disappointed I won't show photo to family as I know they will be as disappointed as I am. Amazing service & beautiful Flowers! Rang this morning wanted beautiful bouquet for my 88 year old mum who had, had a cateract operation, wanted them to smell nice as she cant see that well yet, chose the Country Life Bouquet with the hyacinths in. Well by 12:25 that day, mum phoned me saying thank you for the beautiful bouquet & my brother sent me a picture of them & even though the flowers haven't come out completely yet, they are beautiful! They will be even more beautiful when the flowers fully are out! Thank you SO much for your very prompt service & totally gorgeous flowers, mum was SO happy, plus your patience in taking down all our families names, you didn't mind a bit. Will be using Dawn's Flower Shop again.

Fantastic experience: I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for my anniversary. The delivery was on time and the lady who delivered was very friendly. The flowers were simply exquisite. They were beautifully presented and without question the most beautiful I have ever seen! I can not recommend enough! The ladies at Dawn’s florist always go above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you want and at a reasonable cost. We always try to shop local and this florist is the epitome of local business. You always get a warm welcome and they listen so attentively to what you want and never disappoint. I was thrilled with my anniversary flowers. This is not the first time we have used Dawn’s, she has catered for all our flower needs over the years from our wedding (15 years ago today), to anniversaries and recently our eldest daughter’s prom corsage. We will never use anyone else and you can see why from the photos! We love the whole team!

Fantastic experience: I used Dawn for my wedding flowers placing an order for a bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaids, 5 buttonholes and 9 centrepieces to place on top of tall vases. I was practically clueless on the types of flowers to use and how these would look but the staff took the time to show me example flowers and gave suggestions to help give me an idea of how my ideas could work. There were some lovely little personal touches added (like using thistles to represent my Scottish background and lavender to fit my purple theme and to keep everyone calm!) When dawn arrived on the wedding day I was over the moon with the final bouquets and the centrepieces were beautiful and just right for what I had in mind. For the total number of pieces I needed I felt the cost was extremely reasonable and dawn and her team were lovely to work with in getting to the wedding day with all flowers delivered to our venue. Thank you!

I chose a beautiful bouquet and was thrilled when my mother in law sent me photos of her bouquet, it was beautiful and exactly like the photo of the bouquet I chose on their website, that doesn't always happen when you order flowers online, sometimes you can be left disappointed that they don't look as full, colourful or as fresh. Negative experience: Ordered flowers for Mother's Day weeks ahead of time and my delivery was missed! The flowers were delivered later that week and I was not at all impressed with the arrangement. Very disappointing experience overall.

Positive experience: Dawn and the team were so easy to work with and patient when it came to arranging a casket spray for my mum's funeral. Thankfully I finally decided to be less specific with my request and let them make their judgement when putting the final piece together because it was absolutely gorgeous and the flowers were amazing quality. I phoned on Monday and our flowers were ready for collection Friday morning. Despite seeing no reference pictures and only saying which flowers we wanted, they were absolutely perfect and a fantastic price.
