Negative experience: Awful service. Ordered flowers by Interflora for daughter in law's birthday. Florist cancelled at 14.50 on day of delivery as chosen box was not in stock No call offering an alternative, just a total let down when it was too late to make other arrangements.

Fantastic experience: Ordered via phone for an early valentine's gift, lady on the phone was very helpful with the consult. Time quoted for FREE next day delivery was spot on and flowers of great quality as always. Safe to say the girlfriend was chuffed.

Negative experience: I gave one for the visit on the day of ordering the funeral flowers the lady was lovely and very helpful but I have never been so disappointed the flowers arrived late just as the funeral had finished and people were leaving and the design that the lady had said she was going to do it was not she said she was going to elevate so not quite 3D but will raise a bit but it was flat and looked like it had just been bunged together the windows were suposed to be white flowers but it was sprayed on in silver paint really really upset and disappointed

Negative experience: When you buy flowers don’t get any „food for flowers”.Flowers get withered in the same day. It’s not first time.In Google say that shop open at 8:00 am but in it opens at 8:30 but workers late. Flowers are beautiful but workers has careless approach to business.

As a family we needed to order a casket spray and I was so very impressed with the service given and the beautiful floral tribute the florist made for us. From the moment we walked into the shop Serena and her team were very kind and compassionate. Serena went above and beyond to make sure we were going to get exactly what we wanted checking the wholesalers website to show us what was available. It was evident that the ladies at this florist really care and strive to make sure that they deliver the best service and that they create what you wish for. The casket spray was so beautiful and the posies created from it for the family after the funeral were just lovely. Fantastic experience: I was looking for some flowers for a friend who is having a difficult time and I decided to steer away from the usual online/mailbox flower companies and try a florist local to her - and I'm so glad I did! Sweetpeas were awesome - I ordered at 10:20am and my friend sent me a photo of the flowers that same day at 12pm - I couldn't believe how incredibly fast it was, and the flowers were beautiful. I had ordered the standard size, thinking it would potentially be small, but the bunch was actually very significant in size and great quality. I am very impressed and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: Sorry for the late review... Me, my sister and brother came to sweet peas to get a spray for our mum for her funeral. It was in March 2022. She was so sympathetic and had a welcoming tone. She helped us pick out the lovely flowers and colours she would love. She added in purple irises too in memory of our nan (our mums mother in law who passed away ages ago they got along really well) she has set prices for the sizes of the sprays, no matter what flowers are included so that's lovely. No hidden costs at the end. Looked so professional. We were all so happy with the finished spray. She also dismantled the spray after the funeral so we could all take a bunch home with us. 7 little bouquets. So thoughtful. No extra cost for that. That's what sold it for us because no other florist would offer that service. Thank you so much again ❤️

Very reasonably priced and even the presentation for when they were delivered was fantastic (they came in gift bags with tissue paper). Serena was very helpful when planning my flowers and gave great advice. I loved my flowers so much that after my wedding I sent some of them off to be encased in resin! The ones I didn’t send off survived for most of my honeymoon (I took them with me!). So glad I went with Sweetpea florists for my wedding flowers.

The flowers were fantastic, beautiful colours that I had asked for, quality of the flowers were great, they lasted ages. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so patient, understanding and supportive. Delivery was great and I took the flower cards home to write myself and then returned them for placement. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Received a bouquet of flowers from a friend for my birthday from here (2nd October) the flowers were gorgeous and had glitter on them for a added touch which I love and they smelt amazing. Everyone who had been to my house commented how beautiful they are and they only started to go brown 2 days ago (19th October) so lasted very very well. the lady who delivered them is lovely and so friendly 10/10 service would definitely recommend and will be purchasing any flowers from here in the future!!

Fantastic experience: An amazing experience since the first moment I called the shop. I was in charge of getting a bouquet for my sister wedding. I called a few local florist but they did not give me much info and did not have a nice feeling in the shop, when I called the Sweet Pea Florist a lovely lady mentioned that it would be good for me to come in and take a look at the picture they have and choose. I much prefer a face to face contact and the opportunity to see what they produce so you can better understand. So it was even more lovely to go into their lovely shop and choose. She was in great need of a swwet pee in her huge weddinf dress and we stopped en route to use facilities in the back. Negative experience: Paid for an upgraded bouquet from prestige flowers. Eventually turned up in the evening. Nothing like what was shown on the website. Broken flower heads, wilted leaves and wrong colour. Contacted prestige flowers who stated they were good quaility.........please!

Negative experience: Unfortunately I am unable to give 0 stars ! £25 bunch bought which were put together like someone did it in the dark. Ribbon was a mess along with general arrangement. No flowers were in bud and petals were falling off before I even made it home and the greenery put in the bunch were dead. Brought the flowers back to shop and explained issues and experienced a rude and unhelpful service in return. Flowers were replaced begrudgingly and the flowers which were falling apart were put back in pot to be sold again! I wouldn't recommend anyone going there for fresh flowers and a good service.
