Negative experience: Phone numbers don’t work, you leave a message, no reply. The flowers did arrive, after we sourced the local shop. A lot of hassle when we just didn’t need it. Avoid using this company, very disappointing.

Negative experience: I ordered from overseas for delivery to my 83 year old mother. Having already paid, I was informed that they weren't able to deliver. They said that they would return my $100/55 pounds in two business days, but 22 days later and three emails later, I have not received a refund. This company cannot be trusted.
