I had a very clear vision of what I wanted as my bridal bouquet and they absolutely smashed it, even managing to source sunflowers for it even when out of season. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff and very efficient with contact. My bouquet lasted for over week after my wedding in perfect condition so I could admire them for longer. She advised me which flowers to pick in the same time adding their possible meaning and interpretation which made me feel valued as a person and as a customer. Negative experience: I went in to this florist for some flowers for my wife at 4.50pm and the lady would not serve me as in her words i want to close and go home on time which as my wife used to have her own flower shop this does not take long to make, I went to Village Florist the lady was very helpful made me what I wanted and I left very happy after spending £40.00 I am shocked that such a small shop can turn away £40.00 for 5 minutes work.

Fantastic experience: I never normally write reviews, but Vendela Rose really do deserve one! I ordered some flowers for my Grandma’s birthday, who doesn’t speak English. When asked to type a message for the card, I wrote a birthday message in Chinese characters, thinking that they would just print off the card. Instead, they went above and beyond and took the time to carefully hand write each character. I was shocked and very impressed (probably wrote it better than I ever could!). The flowers themselves were also beautiful. Thank you so much.

When I arrived at the home of his father, I was so amazed at seeing such a beautiful work of art. The wreath was outstanding, so wonderfully crafted and true to the image on their website, if not better. It exceeded all my expectations and I would gladly order from them again even though I live in London. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone looking for funeral tributes and I am certain they will not disappoint in any other area of floristry which you request. Fantastic experience: Sara was a delight to deal with in the time running up to my daughter's wedding. We wanted mainly interesting greenery and just a few white flowers. When she delivered the bouquets, button holes and table arrangements to the venue we were thrilled with what she had produced and how beautifully she had interpreted the brief.
