Fantastic experience: I found Debbie online when looking for a florist in Derby for our wedding - I called ahead and she invited me and my mum down to her store the same day to discuss my ideas. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, the shop had an amazing variety of fresh flowers to see. Passion Flowers delivered to our wedding venue the morning of our wedding and the results were stunning! I was so happy with everything on the order, especially my bouquet! Fantastic experience: We ordered our Wedding Flowers from passion flowers derby. What can I say. WOW. From ordering them to delivery everything was 5 stars. The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. They were easily contactable for any amendments to make and we added a few extras to our order right upto a few days before with no issues at all. Nothing was too much hassle. The service was fantastic. On the day of our wedding they dropped the flowers off in plenty of time they were packaged professionally and took the stress out of everything. The flowers were absolutly STUNNING. We had so many compliments and it completed our wedding look and decor spectacularly. They placed everything perfectly at the venue as planned and it looked beautiful. Fantastic experience: Debbie was fantastic! We used Passion Flowers for our wedding at Tissington Hall in July 2023 for the bride and bridesmaids bouquet, button holes, wrist corsages, milk churns, top table and table flowers. Debbie worked with us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted, a beautiful colourful array of summer flowers to complement a summer, outdoor wedding. Debbie was really responsive and spoke to us frequently with design ideas and suggestions, and we were so lucky that the florist we thought had the best designs of any we looked at was also the most affordable – you need to charge more Debbie!! My wife was so pleased with the flowers that she kept as many as possible, some of which are now dried flowers in our house and others have been pressed into a memory book! Thank you Debbie for making our day look so beautiful!

Fantastic experience: So here’s the deal , as a man I know nothing about flowers , as a person living in Vancouver Canada, I know nothing about this florist. So I looked up flower shops within a 5 mile radius of my recently deceased uncle. I found 3 ..passion had the best / most google reviews..I finished driving my bus at 3 am Vancouver time and phoned passion.. I wanted to deal with them directly. Go through an app or a third party they want a cut and you get less. I spoke to an angel named Lisa, she said I’m a bit busy right now I’ll phone you right back…………you want to phone me back in Vancouver Canada?…oh ..lol..call me back in 10 minutes. She advised me what would be best based on what I would like to spend. 1 day later , bang on time when I knew my auntie would be home I got a phone call. From my auntie saying the flowers were perfect. Seriously use these guys, you will do well. they have their act together. Thank you passion, than you Lisa. Rip uncle Peter. Fantastic experience: I have had flowers from here 3 times recently and I have to say they have all been fantastic! Most recently was a coffin spray for my mum and the attention to detail Debbie gave us both in the shop and to the flowers was amazing. After talking to Debbie she instantly understood what we were after and showed us a photo of a bright and vivid coffin spray online which was absolutely perfect. We appreciated how good the flowers were on the day but after going back to see the flowers a couple of days later we were totally blown away by the quality, detail and sheer volume of flowers in the arrangement. As a family we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Passion and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for getting it so spot on not only for us but for my mum

Fantastic experience: Passion Flowers provided several floral arrangements including lanterns, vases, bridal bouquet and flowers for hair / cake at our September wedding and they were absolutely beautiful! Debbie and her team were wonderful, always prompt at responding to our many questions and very attentive when agreeing the flower arrangements. The price was around what we had budgeted for and on the big day, we arrived at the venue to find everything had been setup that morning exactly as we agreed. Fantastic experience: Debbie did the flowers for our wedding (Sep 2020) and OMG they were incredible! I had quite specific ideas of what I wanted, all a bit OTT but nothing was too much for Debbie. The floral displays, bouquets and button holes she created for our wedding were an absolute dream! Debbie did beautiful floral runners for our tables, lovely floral displays in vases around the venue, bridal bouquets etc. Every piece was beautiful! Negative experience: Beautiful bouquet! However, the service was unacceptable. The first lady not knowing my boyfriend could hear her, went into the back telling her colleague to take over as she, I quote, 'couldn't be arsed' to deal with my boyfriend who doesn't know much about flowers. The second lady was very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: When the theme of your wedding is 'florals' you know you need someone who knows their stuff to make your bouquet. All I can say is WOW. Debbie and her team completely blew me away with their beautiful work. Not only did they 'get' my vision for the wedding but they sourced such a variety of unusual, beautiful flowers and pulled off each bouquet and button hole to absolute perfection. Everyone commented on how beautiful the bouquets were- they were stunning! And the table decorations, too, were exactly what we had in mind. All of this and Passion deliver spectacular results for great value. I can't thank Passion Flowers and Debbie enough for listening to all my wild requests and making the flowers such a stand out memory for us, but also for our guests!

Fantastic experience: We visited Passion Flowers a few months before our wedding day to book in and choose the flowers. We also went in a couple of weeks before to check everything was still okay and we added an additional corsage to the order which was not an issue. We had a delivery at our house for the bride and bridesmaids at 10am and onto Shottle Hall for the 6 gents and mother of the groom at 11am, along with some additional roses to scatter the petals of around the tables. The flowers turned up on time, were all lovely and my wife was very happy with her cascading bouquet. Thank you very much, we would recommend Passion Flowers to anyone considering. Dan and Leanne.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for my Aunty for her birthday. I called the day before, paid over the phone, only to find the next day there were no flowers delivered. I called up to enquire, considering I left my mobile number and had got no call to suggest why there was no delivery. Was in receipt of an unsympathetic apology stating that ‘one of the staff had forgotten to put it on the delivery sheet’. I thought ordering from a local florist was more secure and ensured things like delivery on time, but I was clearly wrong. Your staff need to work on their customer service, and thanks to your workmanship and error, considering I live 50 miles away and couldn’t deliver them myself, recieved no flowers. Won’t be using your services again and i wouldn’t suggest any one else does if they want a product to be delivered on a specific day.
