Fantastic experience: I went here for the first time this morning looking for an arrangement for a friend's birthday. There were beautiful arrangements ready to go, of different prices and colours. I chose the perfect flowers and even sampled some of their strawberries too! A lovely gentleman served me who was super friendly and kind. A wonderful florist

Sally I ordered a spray of flowers for a funeral on the 15th August 2022. The lady who served me so so kind and patient and I felt at ease and unrushed . I could not attend and have only just seen a photo of the tribute sent - was blown away- amazing - perfect and exactly what I asked for . I shall be using them from now on - only sorry this was the first time I used them . Thank you so much Please may I add today 30/11/2022 an order of a pink and cream spray 4ft was ordered and delivered for my mother in laws service which sat ontop of the coffin. IT WAS STUNNING, TOOK MY BREATH, THANK YOU SO MUCH , this mattered to the family as it it had to be right on the day . You cannot go back and get a second chance to get it right . Thankyou my lovely flower lady, you listened and delivered perfection yet again . I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH. Fantastic experience: A rare service that goes above and beyond!! Today I used Hilltop florist online to send flowers to a recipient in their area. I had a call to say my recipient wasn’t home and I gave permission for them to be left on the doorstep. But Hilltop florist didn’t do that, they discovered that my recipient had moved home and were able to obtain information to get the flowers delivered to a place where they would be received. They could have so easily left the flowers and walked away, but they went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. I am so grateful. Thank you Hilltop florist.

Fantastic experience: I ordered through Direct2Florist. This Florist is exquisitely professional in terms of being on time for delivery with follow-up services provided. I was in a hurry ordering flowers for a funeral yet I do not based in the UK and yeah I made a mistake on the postal code. However, they responded to my Facebook message instantly and confirmed everything with the destination before taking the order! Look at the Wreath, reasonable price while exuding a sense of calm and peace. Thank you for providing such a great customer service! 100% recommended!

Fantastic experience: Recently ordered some flowers for our anniversary. Beautiful flowers that have lasted much longer than many. I asked for specific colours and a specific time slot, which was next day and everything was as requested. My wife loved the arrangement and I would happily use them again. I rang the following day to thank them.

Negative experience: Really disappointed - £35 for flowers I didn’t order specifically asked for all white and half the flowers are pink?? No box and certainly doesn’t look like good value for money, and not even an apology really, make sure you double triple check what’s ordered as it’s now too late for me to get what I actually ordered
