The florist attached balloons to my bouquet and even wrote my name on one of them by hand. They also sell other small gifts such as chocolate and teddies. Negative experience: I was informed by the owner guy that he charges £25 for 50 roses. I ordered £100 worth of roses for my friend's wedding, when I collected my flower's bouquet, there was only 15 roses!!! Knowing that I paid £100. I was cheated by unprofessional shop owner. You can imagine the embarrassment that caused me at the wedding venue. Avoid him at all costs.

We hired pretty petals for my wedding flowers and they lasted a long time and they were stunning… also hired them for my daughter’s 1st party they did a spectacular job and now hired them for her 3rd. Recently we had a sudden bereavement and burial the following day and I messaged at 6pm for funeral flowers which were ready by 12pm the next day. Fantastic experience: When my Dad passed a few years ago, a family member suggested Pretty Petals for the funeral flowers. They were so kind and professional and did a wonderful job. When my Masi passed recently, I went back to Pretty Petals and they did the most wonderful flowers. They incorporated my Masi’s love of cross stitch into the arrangement and was a lovely touch. I also ordered some flowers from my mum for her sister. Pretty Petals have excellent customer service skills. They are able to get all the information they need in a sensitive maner and get the job done in a beautiful way. They do not put any pressure on you and really respect that you are going through a difficult time and are very supportive. Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers

Fantastic experience: In my pastoral role at church I have used Pretty Petals for about 13 years. The flowers have always been excellent and delivered on time. I also use them personally. The staff are amazing and give great advice. The quality is excellent. I have never had any complaints for their service or quality of goods. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I paid 200 quid for this bouquet There's barely any flowers worth 200 in it. It's absolutely disgusting. I feel like I've been cheated by the shop. I would have gotten a refund if I could, but unfortunately they're closed tomorrow. I'm really upset - I trusted them when I called and paid for this. I wouldn't recommend this florist to anyone. I could have gotten more value and better bouquets from Sainsbury's for that price. 200 quid for this... who in their right mind would pay that for this bouquet? Honestly, it's a shame you call yourselves business owners - you're scamming your customers.
