Fantastic experience: Kuhn is awesome. My son in law loved their charcuterie board and the amazing chocolates I sent for his birthday - same day delivery was just the best!!

Negative experience: You’ve just wasted 3 hours only to cancel with no notice. I won’t be ordering again. They respond to reviews and pretend to have compassion but don't actually intend you to contact them.

We just had a situation where we had ordered family flowers through another company for an out of state funeral. One day before they were scheduled for delivery to the funeral home we received a notice that the company was unable to fill the order. We called Kuhn Flowers and even though it was a Saturday afternoon nearing closing time, they put together a beautiful spray that we were able to pick up and carry to the funeral. Better quality at a lower cost. Thank you so much, Kuhn Flowers, for being the best.

Fantastic experience: My sweet wife was ending her time at a job in downtown Jacksonville and moving on to a new opportunity, and I knew that her last day would be bittersweet. She would be excited and anxious about her new path, she might be overwhelmed by getting all those last minute things at her old job in order, and she would be heartbroken to be leaving her friends. So to ease the worry and celebrate her accomplishments, I decided on that last day to send a gift package, and I really wanted to send it from a local business. I was delighted to find Kuhn Flowers on Beach Boulevard and thrilled to discover they could accommodate my last-minute plan. I was able to fill the entire order online, selecting the package, choosing the date and time, completing the gift card, and paying for everything. It was incredibly easy! I did manage to forget to put my name on the card, but Kuhn had me covered. They called me to ask if I wanted to update the card before the gift went out. They also let me know by text and email when the package was delivered. Talk about full service! I was so pleased about the entire experience, I didn’t even hesitate when I chose a business for my wife’s Valentine’s Day gift (shhh, don’t tell her). She was so pleased the first time, and I just know she’s going to be joyful again. Thank you, Kuhn!

Fantastic experience: Kuhn Flowers delivered the most beautiful arrangement this morning. My father passed last year and today would have been my parent’s 60th anniversary. My sister and I couldn’t let the day go by without acknowledging how much he loved our mom. Thank you for making this difficult day special for her with the My Sunshine arrangement, it looks exactly as it does online.

Negative experience: Very negative experience. Called to make an order to deliver and had to deal with a rude lady operator. If it was not for my family birthday Orchid delivery I would not have given Khun Flowers the business. I have been using Khun Florist for several years 2 to 4 times a year.Last couple times I felt like I should not be dealing with this place however this time some non trained staff member convinced me not to bother them again. I don't blame the individual I blame the management or the owner. Hope they improve for everyone sake.

Negative experience: I placed a custom order for a significant anniversary in person. I provided the specific date it was needed and met with the design consultant as well as the counter clerk and re-iterated what this was for and the specific date. The flowers were not delivered as requested and when I called no one seemed overly concerned (no apology or attempt to rush the order that day) this had happened or that my wife would not get flowers on our anniversary. I was informed I would be refunded. After several days and no refund posting I called to inquire. The clerk tried to blame my credit card company. I asked for a manager to call and he did after several hours. No apology for the initial mistake, no apology for me having to follow up for my refund. Note that these were four different employees I dealt with who made it very clear that my business was not important to them or expressed any concern they had failed to meet their obligation. They did refund my money after I spoke to the manager. Then they tried to deliver the flowers a week after the requested date. My point in posting this is to express that this company, in my opinion and based on my experience, cannot be trusted with an important date and the customer service is severely lacking. Not sure if it's due to the holidays or what, but they have lost any chance at my future business. I suspect they do not care but I write this as a warning to others.

Negative experience: Disappointing experience with Kuhn, a florist I have used various times in the past. I ordered 12 roses to be delivered to my wife’s office along with a balloon saying “happy anniversary”. Unfortunately the balloon delivered said “happy birthday.” I subsequently called and spoke to one of the managers and explained the problem. His response was less than sincere and said they could send out a replacement balloon (way too late) or credit me just for the cost of the balloon (about $7). Will think twice before using Kuhn again.

First I gave them the wrong date and didn’t realize it until the morning of. They were on the road ready to deliver my flowers to my wife and they turned around and scheduled it for the following week. Negative experience: We ordered flowers for my best friend's funeral, but they were never delivered. When we called, they claimed the arrangement was delivered at 11:00, which was after the service. They said they needed to investigate because the order had been handed to another florist. Later, they claimed the other florist said it was delivered at 10:00. We received no refund, no flowers, and no real customer service. I would never order from these people again—please choose a local shop with better customer service.
