I ordered some flowers for a friend and the bouquet was not what I expected from the company, I called and they made it right right away! I received exactly what I know them to be able to do and am blown away by the flowers and I know my friend will be too! Always fantastic flowers and customer service

The delivery was done quickly and professionally, and the arrangement is so beautiful and unique! I’ve never had one like it before. I love the short, wide vase, the color scheme, the ferns, and the fun leaves.

With other florists you never know if what is delivered will look anything like the photo you selected, but Flowers of Jacksonville has consistently delivered beautiful, fresh arrangements that even exceed what was pictured. Negative experience: While my previous order 2 months ago was excellent, I was very disappointed with this Valentine's arrangement. It appeared rushed, with most flowers concentrated at the top and greenery below. I emailed the store of my dissatisfaction but they didn’t bother to respond. So sad…..

Negative experience: We paid >$100 for a deluxe Christmas tree shaped arrangement. When our daughter sent us a picture of what she received it was NOTHING like the item pictured on the website. It wasn’t nearly as full, had one little ribbon, wasn’t as large in diameter and was shorter. Never again, Flowers of Jacksonville! Next time, Ava’s.

Negative experience: Overpriced and misleading photos. Delivery took more than 4 hours, and every time I called, they claimed to be less than an hour away. Very disappointing experience wouldn’t recommend.

After looking at the local florists, I chose Flowers of Jacksonville because despite it being a holiday weekend I was able to get same day delivery and that was important. I actually called to order since there was a cut off time for same day delivery and the woman was so pleasant and helpful! She assured me that they do deliver to the hospital where my father is and would even call them to verify that there were no restrictions to the delivery and would notify me if there were. I had already called the hospital, but did appreciate this. I had chosen a gorgeous arrangement, Vibrant Medley, which had orange, pink and yellow flowers with an important pop of blue and lovely greenery and thought that the arrangement would give some needed cheer and vibrancy to my father today. I ordered around 8:45 am PST and got word from my father at 11:46 am PST that he received the flowers! The whole process was fairly effortless, which I very much appreciate. The picture is from the website, but my father said the flowers he received were beautiful. I can highly recommend Flowers of Jacksonville! Thank you!

Negative experience: Whoever came up with the hair-brained idea to refuse wrapping flowers not purchased in the store has the greatest level of business acumen ever witnessed. Estranging potential customers because this store doesn't have the necessary flowers but somewhere else did is Fortune 500 level territory of business intelligence. How is this brilliantly managed establishment not publicly traded on the stock exchange yet with these kinds of genius business policies?

Fantastic experience: They carry some pretty fresh large quantities of unique and different colors of cut flowers. The fresh flowers last a longer time. I appreciate they have more choice, unique flower and rose color options. The damask roses in soft, beautiful light pink are lush and beautiful. The fresh roses last longer than the average time frame. I enjoy selecting and using soft, lush flower options to decorate. They have and are very nice to order many high end, quality, and well known variety. Creative and diverse beautiful small flower bouquets are for sale. I enjoy browsing through what they currently have in stock and selecting appealing flower. ️ p.s. At check out, can they always provide a paper sharing their best care tips?

Negative experience: Wouldn’t come back here to shop for flowers not that many options and clearly no clear communication. I signed up to get $5 off then once I did I paid cash he had to switch over to another register and couldn’t apply my discount and then all of a sudden I have to use my $5 I had gotten off on my next visit that’s not what it stated he just didn’t wanna go get his manager to clear up the confusion so now I’m heading to another flower shop!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to buy succulents for years here and have recently been running into an issue where the prices are inconsistent depending on who’s working. Since posting my review, pricing hasn’t been an issue and everyone was helpful. They have the best succulents in town!

Positive experience: Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt. The flowers ARE beautiful . However, it wasn't a $100 arrangement. If I had ordered them wrapped and was to arrange them myself in a vase, I would have been 100% satisfied. But I paid $100 for an artistic arrangement. They are not expensive flowers aside from a cpl of roses, so I assumed the money would be in the creation of the vase. The arrangement looks like anything I could have pulled out of the cooler at Publix for half the price.

Positive experience: The selection of flowers is gorgeous, as is the selection of vases. I was able to create a beautiful bouquet for my friend in the hospital. One of the employees did insist that I hadn't chose enough flowers for the vase that I wanted, but the other employee easily arranged them nicely for me.

Negative experience: If I have option I would have give zero star. Orders almost $3000 worth of flowers for funeral and none of them was fresh. I called them and they told me will let you know after we talk to owner. And there is no other phone call. Never trust them specially if you have something important celebration or for funeral. I will reach out to my lawyer this wasn’t just about money I through in the garbage. I told them I’m a son in law and 7 close families trust me with a big orders . I’m a blame now.

Negative experience: My usual experience here is typically great. I usually stop by every month or two for flowers and the past two times I been here unfortunately I been a bit disappointed with the flower prep & wrapping. Having to go home, take it out and fix it my self twice is a bit unacceptable. The prep and wrapping of the flowers today and last time was a bit careless. The associate just took the bunch of flowers and just wrapped it up quickly. (While talking to other employees) Didn’t really look at it to see if it looked appropriate at all. Excess leaves and thorns still attached. The flower shop and its selection is great but if I’m paying a bit more for flowers and wrapping service, I expect it to be better.

Negative experience: The flower I ordered from flowers of Jax for my friend as you can see it was not fresh some of the flowers look like it’s already dying. I’m not the type to give bad reviews but I was not happy with it since it’s gift for my friend.

Fantastic experience: My parents surprised me with a bouquet from Flowers of Jacksonville for my college graduation. I am a lover of flowers and receive/buy bouquets often. This was 100% the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received. This was my first experience with this flower shop and it was AMAZING! Highly recommend if you live in the Jacksonville area.

Negative experience: I’ll give half stars because the arrangement was pretty but my main purpose for picking this one was because they were advertised as a purple arrangement . What I received was as definitely fushia/pink . Not even a spec of purple was added . The shop should definitely consider giving a more accurate description of the arrangement that will be delivered once the order is placed .

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers online based on the photo provided. While I knew my friend would love the very cute arrangement, I was concerned it wouldn't look like a dog but would just be a pile of flowers with eyes stuck on it. NO! It was perfect! It looks just like a cute puppy dog and my friend loved it!! The online process was quick and accurate and they arrived exactly when expected.

Fantastic experience: Flowers of Jax customers service is exceptional, take care any issues you’ve encountered right on the spot. Very caring and values you as a customers and will goes above and beyond to makes it right if you encountered any problems on your orders. Highly recommended, the staffs is very friendly and respectful, a rare quality in today environments.

Negative experience: The floral arrangement was priced at $54. I go to check out and they added a $30 delivery fee PLUS a $10 "service fee." I don't think so. That is ridiculous.

Negative experience: To say I was extremely disappointed with the flowers I received would be an understatement. They looked nothing like the arrangement advertised on the website. While I understand there may be some variations, what I got appeared completely different—nowhere near worth $135. It’s especially disheartening given that these were meant for a funeral. I expected something beautiful and thoughtful, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and let down on top of grieving.

Negative experience: The customer service here is quite lacking. When I ordered a bouquet, I had expected it to be fresh and lively. I received wilting, brown flowers - not worth $120. Originally, they were kind enough to have me come back with the bouquet so they could switch the dinged flowers for fresh ones, however, when my boyfriend dropped off the bouquet the staff made him feel uneasy and judged him for wanting the flowers replaced. I picked the new bouquet and it was completely different. The appropriate flowers were used this time, and the employee told me the staff had made a mistake with the original bouquet. They had used the wrong flowers making it look brown and had forgotten to take off the wilted petals. She corrected me on what type of flower I was talking about and set the tone that I was supposed to have the understanding to remove the petals - AS THE CUSTOMER. I understand that humans make mistakes, and that is quite okay. However, as a customer, what I feel lacking here is empathy, manners, and professionalism. The second bouquet was stunning, but I will not be returning due to poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Came here for the first time after passing by this place multiple times but 904dates really convince me to really just take a moment of my time and check it out and wow! Great to say it was an amazing experience instead of buying the flowers from Walmart or Publix! This really gets you to have the experience of taking your time and picking out flowers you know your partner may like ! When you enter you see 2 stacks of buckets grab one and head into the room where you are meet by a variety of flowers to even seeing their monthly special!!! As well wear a jacket if you must it’s really cold in there But overall I had an amazing experience ! They even have reward program too!

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for a special occasion, and the picture attached (pink/orange peonies and flowers) is what I ordered. But I received ugly and cheaper flowers (sunflowers and ugly brown flowers) , and I am very disappointed.. Will not be ordering again due to very different picture representation.

Fantastic experience: This review is loooong overdue. I ordered by phone and the service was too notch. I had looked on the website and chose -ish what I wanted. The young lady really helped me by answering my questions and based on the recipiants’ responses we did good. I was out of town when I called because I remembered this place near my home. If you live within a certain distance there is NO delivery fee, which is such a great deal. The flowers I ordered were great quality and beautiful. I will order again and I suggest you do to. Great prices, products and quality employees.

I paid a lot of money and got nothing like was ordered,so I was very hesitant in ordering anymore. So I looked around and tried doing my homework on different flower shops around Jacksonville and Flowers of Jacksonville looked to be the best to me, so I called and place a order for a particular arrangement (red rose and Lilly standing spray) the process was easy. Totally Stress free. So the day of the service they arrived on time and were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen . I was beyond impressed with them. Negative experience: First off, the website claimed to have free next day shipping. It was neither free nor next day, granted the "next day" was a holiday so I'll concede on that however, on the website, you get charged a hidden service fee which you are never warned about until the order summary AFTER you have already paid. The day the flowers arrived the communication with the delivery person was sub par and I was told the flowers arrived an hour after they had arrived. The flowers themselves were fine. Healthy and bright. The vase seems to be made of glass but it is thin and cheap glass. I believe the flower arrangement is far too expensive for its size. It was an overall unpleasant experience.

Negative experience: Wrong arrangement was delivered. New arrangement was to be delivered the next day, been waiting all day today it's now 2:00 pm and it hasn't arrived. Called to see where it was and told I am last on his route today which would mean a delivery after 4 or 5 today. The surprise was ruined and since it was your mistake in the first place I should have been top priority for delivery today not last. Completely unhappy and expect a full refund.

Negative experience: The arrangement that I saw online, then ordered is NOT what was delivered, which is HIGHLY disappointing! Additionally, the website stated there was "free delivery," but the service fee that was charged made up for the "delivery fee," as my purchase went from $69.95 to almost $90.00, and this was not discovered until checkout. Fantastic experience: LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! My husband then fiancé had taken me here prior to getting married since I love flowers. We were looking for a florist to create our dream wedding arch and we remembered Flowers of Jacksonville! I reached out to Courtney and gave her my ideas and she was so helpful and always fast at responding to my questions. The customer service I have received was 10/10 perfect. My arch was a show stopper and every one of my guests LOVED it. I think it made the wedding honestly. I would and will always recommend them to anybody looking for a florist for events or even to get a bouquet made for their loved one. 10/10 stars!!
