Fantastic experience: I HAVE SHOPPED WITH ARLINGTON FLOWER SHOP FOR OVER 25+ YEARS WHEN I ACTUALLY WORKED IN A CORP OFFICE OFF OF ARLINGTON EXPRESSWAY & EVERYONE USED THEM WITH THEIR BEAUTIFUL WORK, COURTEOUS SERVICE & REASONABLE PRICES. TWO DAYS AGO, A CLOSE FRIEND HAD TO GO INTO A NURSING HOME ON SATURDAY & I MADE A BAD DECISION IN CONTACTING 4-5 OTHER FLORAL COMPANIES (From You Flowers, Send Flowers, Avas Flowers to name a few as they popped up with coupons showing Free Same-Day Delivery plus all types of "free" cons such as cards free??) From You Flowers, for example, wanted a $35 service fee & coupon was a word in that country did not understand...it was a true nightmare with these overseas/out of US countries. Each person I spoke to was out of US & spoke hardly a word of English, quoting prices that were double/triple what I have ever seen & I have worked in Finance a long time & also helped arrange 13 funerals helping my family & my hubby's huge family/friends & this was crazy. THANK GOD FOR STEPHANIE, ANGELINA & CHLOE @ Arlington Flower Shop....I have referred so many people to this Florist & they were awesome in making sure a beautiful arrangement for a much lesser price was made & at a very reasonable cost, plus THEY SPOKE CLEAR ENGLISH & actually showed compassion...it touched my heart when Angelina gave me such good suggestions as our dear friend has Alzheimer's Disease & she cared. Anyone that needs angels for floral arrangements for whatever the occasion, Arlington Flower Shop is the place to call! Really caring & both professional & talented.

Fantastic experience: Love this little neighborhood spot please shop small local businesses their flowers are always top tier and the service is always great. My hubby always got my flowers from this shop and they were always the most beautiful arrangements Ive ever seen.

Fantastic experience: I CANNOT LOVE this flower shop any more than I did today. As a long-standing customer, I’ve come to expect the customer service and quality they regularly provide, but today was the best. On THE BUSIEST day of the year, I walked in with my 8-year-old twins (teaching them early that Momma deserves flowers) and Chante paused and treated them like they were the only customers in the shop. She asked them questions to guide what arrangement I may like, she reminded them that their Momma would always be their biggest and best love, and then she and Becca (absolutely adorable and incredibly helpful) produced the two most perfect floral bunches that I could have imagined. Speechless. I LOVE THEM. This will be a Valentine’s Day illustration never forget. Thank you, Chante. You made my whole day and helped me teach my boys a standard I expect them to keep as they grow into young men.

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience with Arlington Flower Shop! The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful — fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully put together. You can really tell they take pride in their work. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Stefanie went above and beyond when the original delivery couldn’t be completed because the receptionist wouldn’t allow the flowers to be dropped off. Instead of giving up, she personally made sure the arrangement was re-delivered. That level of care and dedication is rare these days. Because of Stefanie’s professionalism and commitment, everything worked out perfectly. Fantastic experience: The most beautiful flower arrangement I’ve ever sent to someone. I have used multiple florists in the Jacksonville area in the last 35 years and by far the arrangement I ordered last week from Arlington Flower Shop was the best. The amount of flowers in the arrangement exceeded what I even expected. My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement to show me how gorgeous it was and I was so pleased with how it turned out. My family grew up using this florist but when we moved from the area years ago, we started using other florists, often having poor results. I will never use another florist again. There is a reason this florist has been in business so long. The pictures they show on the website is exactly what you will get, if not even better, so you can rest assured your arrangement will be amazing. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Arlington flower shop has been in my community for years! I have visited a few times over the last 8 years for small bouquets for my kids graduations or ceremonies. I have always been happy with what they create! This past week I came in because my fiance and I realized nobody had ordered flowers for his mother's memorial. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door, and even with the less than 1 hour before the event, they still provided 2 beautiful vased arrangements. I will forever be grateful to the woman who helped me decide on what would be the best option for the memorial and within my budget. My fiance and I will also be using them for all of our flower needs when we decide to have our wedding. And every other event we have that needs beautiful flowers. Thank you Arlington Flower Shop for saving the day last week.

Fantastic experience: I've ordered Mother's Day and birthday flowers from them for the past two years. They haven't disappointed yet. This last time I decided to call with a delivery time request since the recipient wouldn't be home all day. The flowers did arrive when she was home :) The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful.

Positive experience: The shop is beautiful and well stocked, and I love to support local businesses instead of corporations. However, the last two bouquets my husband has bought for me have died within 3 days of purchase. Not just wilted, died. These are beautiful arrangements for premium prices, but dead and stinky in 3 days. I can't continue to support this place if we pay $100 to have a bouquet die before the week is out.

Negative experience: The prices are insane you can get the same quality of flowers in a wider variety of colors from krogers aldis walmart costco etc for like $40-$50 max if you want a big fancy bouquet and take the 5 minutes to throw it in a vase yourself i just ubered myself 3 dozen flowers of 4 different varieties 2 being roses on uber and it was $25 with a coupon and theyre stunning ‍♂️

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine's Day, with extra delivery charges incurred to get them there. Explained that my daughter worked until 2pm & delivery would need to be made prior to that time. The order was placed & the $$$ received. My daughter waited for over an hour after she got off work for the plant to be delivered, until which time she had to leave to go out of town for the weekend. I contacted the manager at 3:30 & explained the issue. I asked for delivery charges to be comped & she promptly refused, explaining that she had to pay the driver for delivery. Her offer to "make it good" was to bring the flowers back to the florist & wait till another day to deliver them. The flowers were for Valentine's Day. I don't need them delivered another day. I needed them delivered today. If you take someone's money for a product & extra $$$ for delivery, you should make sure the flowers can be delivered before the receiver is unavailable to receive. Update: I was told that I would receive notification from the florist that the flower had been delivered. I did not. Instead, I had to call my daughter's workplace to ask if the flower had been delivered. I've just received a (return) call from my daughter's workplace informing me that the delivery has just been made... @ 6pm. (They didn't receive any compensation for this information.) 0 stars Never again.

I didn't think it was going to be that hard to find real roses! It was! Thank God, there was Arlington Flowers to my rescue. I called on the phone 30 minutes before their closing time,, they had what I needed, I was 20 minutes away thankfully I Made it there in time, they were able to accommodate my needs. Fantastic experience: So, the delivery person left the beautiful flower arrangement from my children on my front doorstep & the high winds knocked it over, breaking 4 stems. He didn’t even wait for me to tell him where to place it so it would be safer. When I called Arlington Flower Shop, I was asked to send photos of the damage. They told me they’d swap my original with a new one yesterday, but it didn’t happen. Just now, I answered the doorbell to this beautiful arrangement, twice as large as the original. They really went all out to make up for the damaged piece. Fantastic experience: I moved to Jacksonville back in May. I have been looking for a good flower shop and I have to say this little gem is a go to. I walked in just looking for a vase and the customer service and variety of products was top-notch. I was immediately greeted when I got in with a simle and the lady found me the perfect vase! When I left, everyone (staff) in there made sure to say Happy Thanksgiving and welcomed me to Jacksonville. I am selective when I give reviews and stay loyal when I find the right place. Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers off of 1-800 flowers and had a terrible experience. They switched my same day order to a week later. My sweet friend just had a baby and I wanted to send flowers to her and a sweet treat for daddy. I am not from Jacksonville so I wasn’t sure what to do. I googled local flower shops near their address and Arlington popped up! Thank goodness they did. They were absolutely so sweet and I could tell they were very busy. Even with how busy they were the customer service was unmatched. After telling them of the circumstances they went above and beyond to get an order for me today and even said they would personally deliver for me to make sure it made it. I am beyond grateful to have stumbled upon this shop. If I could give them infinite stars I would, but for now I will refer anyone and everyone to them!!

I called 3 florists and Joanie was so personable and kind that I told my cousin that we were visiting Arlington Flower shop first. Heather and Joanie were fantastic! Fantastic experience: My favorite flower shop in Jacksonville, and I don't even live there! This is the only place I will use for flowers, though. I like to send my mom little reminders that I'm thinking of her, especially because I am deployed overseas at the moment. This shop worked with me beautifully when I made an error on my card and STILL made same day delivery happen. A small act that means a lot when I can't be there in person. Placing another order for her birthday now!

You could tell that they took great care in making this special arrangement for us. The flowers gave us some sort of cheer and added a bit of sunshine to a rather cloudy day. Fantastic experience: My husband has been purchasing flowers from Arlington Flower Shop for several years now. I swear every bouquet gets better and better, I am blown away each and every time. Our deliveries are always on time too!

Negative experience: I placed an order for a birthday balloon bouquet. The person that took my order was very nice with good suggestions. However all of the balloons dropped after 1 day. I contacted the young lady that originally took my order and expressed my disappointment that all of the balloons from the bouquet had dropped so quickly. She then advised that she confirmed with management that their balloons are only expected to stay inflated 1 day. No effort was made to correct the situation. I have ordered several balloon bouquets previously with other businesses and they always lasted more than 24 hours. I was so perplexed I did not continue to voice my displeasure with my order, but just thought I would never do business with them again. However I felt the need to share my experience with a review, so that others might avoid the same frustration and disappointment. Update: I am pleased to share that after seeing my review, I was contacted by Marissa at the flower shop. She sincerely apologized for the issue with my order and even sent out a new order of balloons as an apologetic gesture. The new bouquet is standing tall and inflated a week later. So I will chop up my first experience as a fluke and would highly recommend future business to Arlington Flower Shop.

Fantastic experience: I called several days ago to inquire about a birthday arrangement and the woman who answered was so kind and helpful. I ordered the bouquet online (super easy!!) and requested a pic to be sent to me of the arrangement since I am several hours away. When I saw the pic, I was so pleased!! Their flowers are top of the line!! Thank you so much for helping me make my friends bday spectacular!!
