Negative experience: Do not recommend this place. Their customer service is terrible — I tried reaching out multiple times and never received a response. I placed an order, changed my mind, and canceled it right away. I even called to make sure the cancellation went through, but no one got back to me. Instead, they delivered the flowers and charged extra with unreasonable fees. My order was supposed to be $42, but I ended up paying $86. After that, I kept trying to contact them, and still nothing. They’re quick to take your order, but the moment there’s an issue, you’re completely on your own. As you can see they haven’t responded to my email. Not worth it at all.

Fantastic experience: Love this mom and pop store. Has all the charm and good vibes of a local flower shop and is very reasonably priced for excellent quality and sized flowers. You know how flowers seem tone getting smaller in size the past few years, they still seem to be 'large' here. For just a few dollars more than Publix priced old stale flowers, you can get a full, well sized bunch of flowers with greenery. The staff are always friendly and willing to help with suggestions for decision making.

Fantastic experience: So I ordered the flowers on Friday and scheduled delivery for Monday 3/17. On Sunday my girlfriend got sick and didn’t look like she was going to make it to work Monday morning. So I called to reschedule for Wednesday and they were super accommodating. Then my girlfriend decided to go in later in the day and knowing she wasn’t feeling well I thought the flowers would at least boost her spirits so I called back and asked if they would go ahead and deliver them. They had them there in an hour and a half. No hassle no extra charge just super sweet and accommodating. I would recommend these guys for all your flower needs. Thank you so much for helping me out every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: Was delivered within the hour or so window they told me they would so it was a perfect delivery!! Flowerama ROCKS??! UPDATE— this year I placed an order and literally the next morning had to change it due to my wife having a Last minute schedule change. Flowerama pulled through for me as always . I drive from south st augustine to mandarin to get flowers when not needing them delivered. Been using them for many many years.

Negative experience: I bought an arrangement for which I set a price of $75, which included the purchase of a wooden box to put the flowers in, as part of the design. Two weeks later, I returned with my box, and asked that the arrangement be refreshed. I did not set a price this time, as I couldn’t imagine it would be expensive to replace some of the dead flowers. I returned to pick it up, and was charged $87! I ended up paying $75, which was still completely outrageous. The excuse was that I was given “premium flowers.” The arrangement was mostly carnations, but the whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Better to order from a reputable online service where you know exactly what your getting and how much you will pay for it.

Not only is the customer service exemplary , the selection of options and the care they devote to each order is outstanding. Negative experience: I’ve been a good customer of Flowerama florist for years. I purchased roses in a beautiful vase from Flowerama. While at the store I noticed a few of the roses were slightly and others were not opened and the lady said they will all open soon. However, they never did open up and when I called Flowerama to explain the situation the person said, “ I am sorry” and that was the end of our conversation. I was going to drop by but with that attitude I decided not to waste my time. When there is a issue they ignore you by saying Iam sorry. If I bought flowers from fresh market or Publix they will make an effort to satisfy the customer and not ignore you.

Positive experience: Found this place close to delivery destination with Same Day delivery. Ordered online at 7:45AM. Note to consumer "just because the store is close by and you order early does not have anything to do with delivery time". Flowers were delivered at 4:30PM AFTER my girlfriend had left for the day. SO they delivered what I paid for same day. No more No less. 3 stars!!!

Negative experience: I've been visiting this business establishment off and on for roughly three or four years. For the first time this year, a day before Valentines Day, I requested modifications on a dozen roses I was purchasing and was denied any changes. There has never been a problem or issue in the past, as long as I was willing to pay the difference. Enter a new employee with a bad attitude and an unwillingness to put the customer first. I simply asked her to add two lilies to my order, and I'd pay the difference. She acted as if I asked her to jump through a fire ring or something. Customer service is extremely important no matter the business looking to take your money.

Fantastic experience: Flowerama did my bridal bouquet and groom boutoniere arrangements in 2022. And now they are doing my sister's bridal and her fiance groom boutoniere for her wedding this year 2024! Great customer service and flower choices. I would definitely recommend them for any event.

One for the therapy staff and 1 for the nursing station. Here on my floor I've been here for a month now and will be released on this coming Tuesday. So I thought it would be nice to give them a little something. Flowers were delivered today the same day that I ordered them absolutely beautiful. Most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. Fantastic experience: They are always so nice and it's so easy ordering online. Flowers always get delivered in a beautiful arrangement. I really liked how they called me to let me know that they were at the house for delivery, but no one answered the door instead of just leaving the flowers unattended.

Despite of the crazy lines the refrigerator was completely stocked with an exception of a few due to heavy volume. Before coming to this store I went to a local store in orange park due to the fact it was closer to me. Experienced was by far the most frustrating experience. It was reminder to take the time and drive out the day to travel to Flowerama for them to take care of you. I was in and out the store in 20 minutes with beautiful flowers. The other place in orange park rates higher than this establishment which I do not understand. Maybe friends, family, or fake reviews. But I can definitely attest to the quality of flowers, organization, presentation, and willingness to adapt to any holidays with Flowerama. Props to the team, and management for proper execution, attention to details, and delivery. Thank you very much for the great experience.

Fantastic experience: I live in North Carolina and found Flowerama because it was close to my sister's location in Jacksonville Florida. I have been ordering for my sister now for about 5-6 years from this business and they have NEVER disappointed me. Delivery has always been made timely and done when sister was at home to receive the delivery. Flowers have always been beautiful and fresh. The employees are very nice and accommodating to me. I appreciate having a wonderful florist that I can call for special occasions for my out-of-state sister !
