Negative experience: I ordered flowers for my fiance while out of town for Valentine's day. She got a text from a delivery driver but they never ended up coming to deliver the flowers. I emailed the next week trying to find a solution or perhaps a late delivery with no response at all.

Fantastic experience: Christopher did an awesome job with my order! I was sending a friend flowers due to the loss of a family member and had a message that was longer than the website would allow. I called Christopher and described what I needed and he didn’t hesitate to make it happen. I was able to email him the message and he hand wrote the note in full to be included with the flowers. When my friend received the flowers she said it was the most beautiful arrangement she’s ever seen.
