Negative experience: I posted a one star review the other day and stand behind what I said. The confirmation of delivery was a joke. When ordering something online that is to be delivered to someone you care about who's going through a hard time, confirmations of delivery, including photos are SO IMPORTANT. Since I left my review, I've been called multiple times by the company, trying to see if they could make it right. While I appreciate that, there's nothing to be done. The person I spoke with yesterday was sassy and had an attitude because she didn't like the truth? I don't appreciate phone calls where one second the person is professional and the next, they're emotional because it's a family business and one star reviews effect them greatly. Okay? That's a YOU problem. The phone call yesterday felt like straight up bullying. I paid WAY TOO MUCH for a bouquet of simple flowers and the confirmation was atrocious. I won't be using this company again, a discount on anything else is pointless.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Weddings by Vogue for our fall wedding in Charlottesville, and our flowers turned out absolutely beautiful. They created exactly the vision I was hoping for and truly brought the entire look of our day together. One of the biggest reasons we chose Weddings by Vogue was their pricing structure - there are no minimum orders! You truly pay for exactly what you order, which is incredibly rare in the wedding industry. We spoke with several florists who required $7,000 minimums just for simply booking a wedding with them, so finding a florist who offered stunning designs without inflated pricing was such a relief. Even with delivery from Richmond to Charlottesville, it was completely worth it. During the planning process, they also created a vision board for us, which was incredibly helpful. It clearly showed the color palette that would be used in my bouquet along with the types of flowers, and it gave me so much confidence that they understood and could execute my vision. We ordered my bouquet, boutonnieres, corsages, a ground arch for our ceremony, two barrel arrangements, and around 40 bud vases for cocktail hour and the reception. Everything was beautifully designed, and the flowers used at the ceremony were seamlessly repurposed for the reception, which we really appreciated. They also thoughtfully threw in blooms for our cake and for detail shots, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch and made our photos even more beautiful! We received many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the florals were and how they tied the table settings together perfectly. During my reception, I dedicated my bouquet to my Great Aunt, who had the chance to enjoy it just as much as I did! If you’re looking for beautiful florals, fair pricing, and a florist who can execute your vision - I would absolutely recommend Weddings by Vogue.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience working with Vogue for our wedding. Jenn B. was very welcoming & listened to my vision. She was quick to respond over the portal if I had any questions. She was very respectful of my budget & helped me figure out what could work without going over. They did not have a problem with me using Costco greenery garland instead of purchasing garland from them, in fact, they added loose florals to the garland to spurce it up some! The florals came out beautiful & perfectly matched the fall/moody vibe I was going for. Would highly recommend Vogue!

Negative experience: I have used Vogue for years and found them to be an excellent florist. When my fiancé and I arranged a very small, surprise wedding for friends and family, they were the first florist I contacted for arrangements. I was assured they could provide very specific flowers, and based upon my prior experiences with them I did not hesitate to sign a contract. On the day of my wedding I was devastated when the flowers arrived - they looked half-wilted, haphazardly assembled and did not contain the very specific flowers I had requested. On the contrary, they contained several types of flowers I had specifically indicated I did not want. The venue owner (completely unaffiliated with Vogue) immediately jumped in and did her best to fix them, but there was little to be saved. I reached out to Vogue today to let them know about my experience and I received a very short apology in reply. The woman with whom I worked indicated she was not sure what caused the disconnect and knew that they had my requested flowers in store and stated "that is on my end for not more thoroughly checking the flowers verses the order" but expressed she was glad the venue could "assist a bit". Overall, the experience and response I received was incredibly disappointing and to have this happen on my wedding day breaks my heart. I am sad to say that I will no longer use Vogue.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of meeting JaNelle at the Richmond Bridal Expo in April 2024. At the time I was still deciding if I wanted real or silk flowers but I ended up setting up a meeting at Vogue in December. We had started working with someone and they ended up leaving so JaNelle took over. My mom and I scheduled a visit on May to discuss everything and go over our flower options. JaNelle went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. She completely scratched the original wedding vision board and brought my dream to life. We looked through at least 20-30 different flowers and styles to make it perfect. Not only did she do that, but took the time to walk us through the wall in cooler to see some of the flowers in person and some projects they were working on. As we got closer to the wedding, JaNelle reached out to make sure no changes were needed and confirm delivery/set up time. The day of the wedding they actually showed up a little earlier than planned. They had my arbor piece set up within 30 minutes and dropped off the flowers inside. The best part, if I didn’t like any of my arrangements, they were willing to take them back to the shop and fix so that they were perfect. Not to mention JaNelle attaches a personal congratulations card to the bridal bouquet!! From the beginning to the end, Vogue was great to work with and will have my business for years to come!

Fantastic experience: I 100% recommend Vogue Flowers for wedding florals. They made the entire process easy and fun. During our first consultation, We went over mood board, colors, and inspiration (Jenn helped us, and she was amazing!). After the consultation, it was entirely in their hands, and they killed it! Negative experience: The order that I placed was delivered with the wrong flowers and the card was addressed to someone else (imagine a girl getting something special with another woman's name) yet I received an email saying they completed my order and that it was delivered. Defiantly ruined the surprise and made it become a headache. If you're wanting something to be a surprise and special, don't go here. This will be the first and last time for me.

We got to meet JaNelle, who was lovely and so knowledgeable about everything, and who taught us a lot about how wedding flowers work. While we did not end up going with Vogue for our wedding (my sister changed careers and is now getting into the industry), I wanted to say that we had a great experience working with Vogue. They were really reasonably priced (especially for the area!) and the flowers we got to see in person were just beautiful. We will be considering them for future events!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I received a flower bouquet from Vogue. Today some of the greenery was wilted, and I was disappointed. On the card was written to call the shop should you not be happy. I called, send some pictures to customer service, and received a replacement bouquet PLUS an " I am sorry" note within a few hours. This was much more than I expected. I am very impressed, and I am happy with my new flowers.

From my consultation with Janelle, updates, great communication when payments were due and what to expect. I consulted them for my wedding and I personally only wanted my bridal party to have florals done and even crazier I had a Renaissance Faire themed wedding and she met that with open arms and ran with it and created the most beautiful florals. I also enjoyed my time within the shop as it is stunning there- even in the dead of winter. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and had great communication. I truly felt valued as a bride and not a customer, and somehow spending time there I was even more relaxed when I left then when I came (and for wedding planning that is rare.) You can only go off off the picture they have. What I ordered and what I actually received left me EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Order number: 715809/1 UPDATE: After my review was posted I received a phone call from Taylor at Vogue. He apologized for the flowers I received and offered to redo them and have them delivered today. He asked if I wanted the same ones remade or something else. I just wanted what I ordered. The flowers were remade and delivered. I initially ordered a Deluxe and they were upgraded to a premium. The size upgrade was great but I believe the deluxe would have been equally as beautiful if put together properly the first time. Taylor stated that the flowers didn't leave the shop like that so it must have happened in transport. The initial bouquet my mom received the flowers hadn't even bloomed... and the bouquet wasn't even full...I am sure THAT didn't happen in transport but okay. Christian the delivery guy was great! He was patient and kind when delivering the flowers. I appreciate the effort made to rectify the situation but first impressions are usually a lasting one. The second bouquet turned out beautifully. Thanks for rectifying the situation so quickly Vogue. I will try to add the updated photo.

Fantastic experience: The flowers and greenery we got from Vogue for our wedding were absolutely gorgeous. We like roses, but didn’t want to go the traditional route of only doing roses, which a lot of florists seemed to want to do. We worked with Jenn, and she listened to us when we said we wanted a more organic-looking array of flowers, and the proposal she gave us nailed it perfectly. Our colors (blue and silver) aren’t easy to find in nature, but they still found a wide array of blue flowers to incorporate, and even spray painted some greenery silver for the centerpieces for our reception. My bouquet, my bridesmaids’ bouquets, and the boutonnières and corsages they made were all absolutely stunning and helped bring out the natural beauty of our venue. We definitely recommend Vogue, especially if you want a lot of variety or unusual colors in your flowers and greenery!

Fantastic experience: I normally never give less than 5 stars, and honestly, this experience still deserves 5! The arrangement arrived on time and looked exactly like what I ordered—absolutely gorgeous! The only slight issue was that the roses looked a bit wilted. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Stephanie personally called to offer a replacement, which I truly appreciated. We were out of town and couldn’t take her up on it, but her professionalism and care went above and beyond. Amazing customer service and a beautiful arrangement—I’ll definitely be ordering again!!

Fantastic experience: I ordered the Peaches and Cream bouquet for my mom for Valentine's Day. It was absolutely beautiful, and very fragrant. The flowers arrived on time, and with a very nice balloon that they selected for me, based on just a short description of what I wanted it to say. I would recommend this florist and definitely use them again!

Fantastic experience: The birthday bouquet was beautiful! I appreciate the communication the shop did throughout the process, so I knew when & where the bouquet was delivered. One suggestion would be for them to send a picture of the actual bouquet that is delivered.
