Fantastic experience: My call to Pat's florist was handled very professionally and with compassion. The lady who answered was exceptionally. She was patient knowledgeable and very understanding. I had never ordered a spray for a funeral I had asked others, who they had chosen flowers for their intermittent; everyone kept recommending Pat's. Thank you for a beautiful arrangement and a seamless process during a difficult time.
