Fantastic experience: Walter Knoll Florist is the best in the St Louis area. I sent birthday flowers to my sister and they were absolutely fabulous! Their prices are reasonable and the delivery person was extremely cordial. You can't go wrong with Walter Knoll.

Fantastic experience: I want to preface this with the fact that this story has a great ending and we were very pleased with how the business responded. I ordered a valentines bouquet for my wife this year and the tulips showed up wilted. We called and the person on the phone was very empathetic and offered us a replacement bouquet no questions asked! It showed up next day and my wife loved it. We have used this florist on multiple occasions and each time they've provided excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Didn't know what to expect being that I didn't see the flowers in person before purchasing.When the flowers were delivered (on time) I received an email. When I saw the flowers I was pleased that they actually looked like the photo online. I was thoroughly pleased with the process!

Fantastic experience: This is the second time (my husband orders every Valentines Day so we have had many flowers) that the flowers didn’t seem to be thriving at a week when they normally stay beautiful almost 2 full weeks. We contacted them and they sent a beautiful spring bouquet, no questions asked. The first time they also sent a replacement bouquet with no questions either . Their flowers are beautiful and their customer service is unmatched. We will continue to get flowers here because this issue is a rarity but if it does happen, they make it right immediately.

I've recently ordered arrangements through a funeral home , & a florists identified as near a hospital...the one from the funeral service wasn't delivered to the funeral, but had to be sent to the home...a week later ...the one near the hospital was cancelled on the florists end. This lady one had me seeking out WKF which is my usual go to & they delivered as scheduled the same day! Thanks, WKF!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing online business with Walter Knoll since 2008. I used to go to their nearby local shop for many, many years earlier than that to pick up arrangements/gifts then deliver them myself. (The local store near me had to close ) My daughter also uses Walter Knoll and we send each other flowers from Walter Knoll for different occasions and holidays throughout the year. The arrangements are always amazing and beautiful! I received a beautiful arrangement this past Wednesday for my birthday and today, 2 days later, I noticed that all of the flowers are still gorgeous except for two sets of roses. I didn't want to bother my daughter with this because she has caught the flu along with her children so I decided to call Walter Knoll and let them know myself. They were very kind and listened to what I had to say. I even had pictures to verify what I was saying. I wasn't sure what they could do about this but much to my surprise and excitement, they are sending out a brand new arrangement tomorrow!!! It is so hard to find a company that offers good customer service on top of a company with a strong sense of ntegrity nowadays but Walter Knoll Florist still holds their heads high with integrity and authenticity! Positive experience: Flowers were delivered as asked on time but I found their website to be complicated. And was surprised at the extra charge for delivery as their website stated they delivered same day or next day without mentioning the extra charge which was significant. Did not see flowers to see if they matched picture ordered.

This time we needed to use them for an out of town delivery. I called the number listed and got a live person who worked at the florist. They were so helpful and were able to be sure the arrangement contracted by the florist in another city knew our preferences. She also managed our expectations as you are at the mercy of what the out of town florist has in stock. The arrangement was beautiful and perfect for the occasion. Will use WKF in the future.

Fantastic experience: I live in upstate New York. I ordered 6 table arrangements over the phone to be delivered to a local St Louis restaurant for a party honoring my brother and sister in law. The flowers were stunningly beautiful in winter whites with blue. I ordered the flowers about noon to be delivered to the restaurant the next afternoon. Walter Knoll was the third florist I called. Fantastic experience: I have to say, I was so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this local florist is. I’m not from the St Louis area but had a friend in the hospital over New Years and I was really hoping to brighten her day. I ordered one of the orchid arrangements and my friend sent me a photo and it was really beautiful. I usually don’t know what to expect with a first time florist order but they were generous with the orchid stems and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Positive experience: I purchased an almost $100 bouquet for a friend in St Louis, and I know this may seem petty, but it did not include the butterfly I paid for. She did love the arrangement but I'm still upset regarding this matter.

Negative experience: Picking up my order they tried to have me walk out the store with my bouquet which made up of the wrong type of Lilies (I was not altered to this, I figured out myself and was given lame excuses to why this happened). The worker verified I bought Stargazers not Pink Oriental Lilies then started working on that. Getting Stargazers was the entire point of buying the flowers, the bouquet was called “Beautiful Stargazers”, I digress. BUT all the Stargazer Lilies weren’t fully bloomed, 3/4 are barely opened others completely closed and none are opened fully. Alls Im saying is 1) Call customers when what they buy is not available. & Dont hope they just wont notice when they pick up 2) If you mess up, apologize. Possibly find a better solution than closed flowers I now have to attend my Grandmothers funeral with a bunch of unopened flowers. Thank you for still charging me $108
