Fantastic experience: I gotta give credit where credit is due. This place was open during Mardi Gras smack-dabbed in the middle of Soulard. Even with all the foot traffic around the store, they still got my Valentine's Day order in a timely and professional manner. The staff was busy and yet still friendly even with all the hustle and bustle around them. From the gentleman who greeted me to the woman who handed me my order, everything went smoothly. Thank you Riley's Flowers and I'll definitely be back in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Riley’s was so incredible to work with when ordering my grandma’s casket spray. They were patient when listening to what we were wanting and extending their condolences. It turned out even more beautiful than we imagined. My grandma would have loved them.

My favorite service is that they take a photo and send it to me so I can enjoy the lovely arrangements too.

Fantastic experience: I bought a beautiful bouquet here a week ago for my mother’s birthday. The bouquet was stunning then and a week later it is even more beautiful! The flowers have opened beautifully. My mom used to be a florist and she is so so happy with these flowers. Riley’s really is the best you can get! They had limited stock when I came in, but the florist who was in asked my budget and my mother’s flower preferences. We then made the most beautiful bouquet. I am so impressed! And so is my mom! I also attached a custom (walk-in) bouquet they made for Valentine’s day that I gave my boyfriend. It turned out so unique and was perfect to match his dark/goth style!

Fantastic experience: As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with the brightest smile. You would think we were regular customers, based off of the warm and energetic hello we received, but that was actually our first time. I try to be conscious on where I spend my money and who I am spending it with, and had literally walked out of two stores earlier that day, due to poor customer service. The amazing customer service we received here was refreshing. We truly felt welcomed. They appeared to be very knowledgeable, so we left them with a small recommendation and trusted that they would deliver. The corsage and tussie mussie turned out beautiful! We've definitely deemed Rileys as our new "flower place" and will definitely recommend to anyone in need. 10 out of 10 experience.

Fantastic experience: Popped in here for the first time to grab a quick bouquet. They didn't have much readily available, but asked my budget, and I told them it and that I would love a couple of red roses in it. They made a gorgeous bouquet in minutes! I'm so impressed with the quality and speed. It was the nicest bouquet I've bought in years and the flowers were so pungent! Great service and friendly staff.

Negative experience: It was my first time entering this store today, hoping to get me flowers and support the small business community. I am a modest Muslim who have never and I mean ever! Been accused of stealing. Yet today I was accused of stealing by a judgmental racist Islamophobic white man. THEY ARE RACIST AND ONLY WELCOME WHITE PEOPLE! I’ve crossed this place multiple times and never in my life did I see a black, a Hispanic, an Asian, or a Middle Eastern! Here is what happened: I entered and there was a blonde lady and a white man working, I politely asked few questions and showed clear interest. After the lady answered me she said something along the lines of “ have a good rest of your day “ sending me a hidden message of not being welcomed and asking Me to leave. Now I did not get that hidden message cause why would any seller would want their customers to leave?? I walked towards the necklace aisle held one and put it back. Walked towards the area of the small trees they had and that’s when the man came in and told me that the floor is wet bcz of the last night storm. But he said it in away indicating that I shouldn’t be there and I thought it was weird? I asked myself if they are not willing to sell these trees then why do they have them here? I turned to check the other areas and that’s when I heard him say “ I saw you steal something and put it in your pocket” I was astonished by what he said I had to ASK again because I’ve never done such an act. Ian a well educated woman. He repeated it and didn’t even bother to ask me to give it back or check my pockets, he was straight up lying to get me outta there. I showed him my empty pockets and then he kept telling me to leave and as I was leaving I told him that he’s being a judgmental racist person! And I told him that the lady can check my entire body. He once again claimed that I stole something and put it in my shirt “or whatever you call it” I was wearing a long cardigan with trousers? I told him that I’m so glad I’m not like him and left.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! So friendly and helpful. I bought a large selection of a-la-carte flowers and accents to create my own arrangements at home as an engagement announcement to my fiancé and I’s mothers. Selection was fantastic and pricing even better. I thought for sure I’d be spending double what it ended up costing. Both gentlemen in the store were ready to offer help and seemed extra insistent on quality and freshness of what I selected, offering to grab me newer versions of what I already had making sure everything was perfect. I also found out that they do special orders, so I will be back for wedding flowers in the fall for sure!

Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers for my mother’s 82nd birthday this week. This was the first time I ever ordered from Riley’s and I must say, I am very impressed. The flowers were extremely beautiful and looked just like the picture on the website. Also, the delivery driver, Trevor was amazing. He delivered the arrangement on time and with much thought and care. Even though the building’s access entry system was not working, he still found a way to make sure my mom got her flowers on her birthday and for that I will always be grateful. Positive experience: Ordered bouquet of tulips for my mom for Mother’s Day because these are her favorite flowers. The afternoon before Mother’s Day, I received a message saying they never actually received their tulips and had to substitute the entire bouquet for different flowers. It was still nice, but not at all what I wanted. I understand problems like this arise and are out of the hands of the actual florist, but disappointed I was never offered any kind of compensation or discount for this since tulips were quite literally the only flowers that were supposed to be in the bouquet. Probably won’t order from here again. Edit: Editing my review based on the kind response from store owner. Very nice to offer alternative bouquets that are upgraded when the planned bouquet is unavailable. Good customer service.!

Fantastic experience: Riley's Florist has wonderful customer service! I live out of the area and had ordered flowers for delivery to a St. Louis Children's hospital. Immediately upon placing the online order I received a phone call and they let me know that the hospital did not allow flowers and offered alternatives with balloons and stuffed animals. It was delivered that day and was a great treat for my nephew recovering from surgery. Thank you Riley's and I highly recommend!

Positive experience: Beautiful flowers, I had them scheduled to be delivered on Valentine's day before 3pm at my girlfriend's office, and they were delivered at 3:20; luckily my girlfriend was still in the office when they arrived. I was happy they were delivered, especially on such the busy valentine day.

Fantastic experience: I called ahead for a medium presentation bouquet and they had it ready in less than 45 minutes. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, and they had the friendliest little dog by the counter. They also had lots of options for chocolates, vases and stuffed animals.

Fantastic experience: I ordered these flowers for my spouse’s birthday. It was supposed to be delivered to our brunch date but the restaurant canceled due to busted pipes. They not only happily delivered it (same day) to my hotel instead but ensured they placed it in our room ahead of time. 10/10 service and just look how glamorous this set looks. Plus they have the best prices around trust me, I compared! Highly recommend 100/10!!!

Negative experience: I have gone to Riley’s on several occasions and every time I leave empty handed. The larger blonde woman is there and she never wants to provide me service and on several occasions won’t speak or ask me if I need help. Today I asked how much for the smaller bag of soil, she said they don’t have any…I was staring at 4 bags under the counters. I said they are right here. She steps out and says I think $20 I’d have to look it up…I stand there and wait…I said ok are you going to look it up or should I just go with your guess? She said to me I’m in the middle of doing something. I stand and wait for about a minute or two and she’s continuing whatever on the computer. I was fed up and just left. No other customers were there she could have helped me and then went back to whatever she was doing. My boyfriend goes there often to get me flowers he said there’s a nice gentleman that always helps him. I wish I could say the same…maybe she doesn’t know any better but it’s just rude!

I had given them the wrong address, they waited for me to get the right address and then deliever them. The person loved them and it made their day at work. What great customer service!!

Fantastic experience: We used Riley's Florist for our wedding ceremony and reception this summer. To start with, they are so reasonably priced when compared to others. We would have probably paid twice as much for the same outcome with other florists. However, our flowers on the day of the wedding were just outstanding. Even though we discussed what we wanted and he suggested lots of things, everything turned out to be much better than what we pictured. Everything looked rich and lively. Riley is great at suggesting things and using everything available. We loved what he put together. They decorated the church, and then after our ceremony, they moved everything to the reception venue. We didn't have to worry about a thing. We have to say, we were literally blown away by what we saw and that certainly made our day even more special.
