Fantastic experience: Great job. I always worry about quality when I order online and send flowers to friends and family out of state. Fantastic experience: The wonderful folks here make and deliver amazing flower arrangements! I would say they are the best florist in Arizona! Fantastic experience: I must say my husband and I are very impressed with the Valentines bouquet! Roses are not my favorite,but the way they were organized with the Carnations (which are my favorite) was absolutely perfect♡ And the Teddy Bear was also larger than he expected! Great job!!

Positive experience: Was pleased with the customer service. Ordered online for pickup which is great. Ordered 2 different bouquet selections. Pictures always look great online. But was a bit disappointed when I saw the final product. Some of the roses in the bouquets had appeared to start browning unfortunately. But overall the arrangement was nicely put together. But the selection of flowers used could've been better. I would say go in person as I probably will do in the future and pick your arrangement. They had great selections and assortments. Although slightly disappointed I would still recommend this place.

Negative experience: Order flowers, chocolates, bears, and balloons a week before V-day. They had a question about my order and advised to keep it coming. The delivery day comes and nothing. I get into contact with them any they advised they were awaiting confirmation, despite me already emailing them confirmation. In short, do not use this company and time to scramble to find something decent

Negative experience: My sister ordered flowers for my birthday. They were NOT even close to what she picked for $49.99. Absolutely disgusting. She ordered very vibrant, colorful flowers, with a pretty bow. I received mostly carnations- white and they were brown on the edges. The flowers looked old. Came in a small vase and no ribbon. Company wouldn't do anything about it. NEVER AGAIN.

Negative experience: I had flowers delivered to a dear friend and what she received, I was so disappointed in. Absolutely nothing like I paid for, they didn't even look arranged. My little granddaughter could have done as good a job. I wish I could add a pic to this comment so you could see for yourselves.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. It was her first birthday being away from home for her first year at college. Arizona Florists did a beautiful job with the arrangement, and Brandon went above and beyond making sure my daughter received them. Her dorm wouldn’t let him leave them. Negative experience: The bouquet is nothing like the photo. Photo shows a full nice bouquet but what was delivered was 6 bloomed flowers and maybe 7 buds with no filler foliage to make the bouquet feel well rounded. Also made typos on the card.

I have looked into your order and it appears you placed your order with another company and then the order was sent with us. Because of that, the card message is how they send it to us and they also tell us the stem count of the flowers to put in the arrangement so unfortunately this was filled to their instructions. I don't see you have called us directly at all about your order so I will go ahead and get new flowers sent out today for you. We will send out something that is of our own design and style so we do not have to follow their instructions and I think you will see the difference of ordering directly from us instead of a 3rd party. Fantastic experience: Beautiful arrangement of stunning color created by Designer Cindy. Stems were cut to specific lengths which highlighted each type of flower. This bouquet remained fresh for 7 days. We did change the water once with a short snip to each stem, other than that...perfection. 1st photo Aug 10th, 2nd photo Aug 16th.

Fantastic experience: I had ordered an arrangement for my anniversary last Sunday. The delivery was timely and was happy with my choice but I did mention that 2 little flowers were wilted and hanging otherwise it was nice. Today, July 2, my doorbell rang and it was a larger and more beautiful arrangement than my previous order. They wanted to keep their customers happy - I was thrilled. What a great company. Positive experience: I usually don’t complain about things, but I felt the need to bring this to your attention. Today I received a rather expensive floral arrangement from a friend. After I took it from the carrier into my house I saw some very poor looking contents. Numerous stems were snapped and some flowers were already drooping down from the arrangement. There was plenty of water in the vase upon arrival but they were bad. I had to pull them out before sending a thank you picture to my friend, I didn’t want to upset her. Lori Update: I was contacted by floral management after my review. They were very understanding of my complaint, offering to replace the arrangement with a new one. I was appreciative but declined the offer. A couple weeks later there was a knock on my door with a new floral arraignment and a nice note from the florist. It was a pleasant surprise and a great gesture. I appreciate the great customer service and strive to make people happy… Thank you AZ Florist!!

Fantastic experience: I am commenting on behalf of my elderly mother who received a bouquet for Mother’s Day designed by Vickee. I can honestly say it was one of the best and most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen! The combination of flowers and colors was amazing… Magenta, carnations, purple daisies, peach roses, and pink lilies. The roses were out out of this world, beautiful, and as they started to fade, each of the daylily started to open. They were huge and stunning. The whole thing was just magical! Negative experience: I ordered a premium (upgraded) bouquet through proflowers and AZFlorist is the one who filled the order. What I ordered and what my mom received are so completely different (if you zoom in the very few flowers in the arrangement are also wilted). I understand some flowers may be subbed out but it looks like they subbed flowers for big green leaves. I already filed a complaint with proflowers (who auto refunded me 30% without asking to see picture, which is also irksome) but want to make sure anyone who orders from this florist is also aware of their quality and that you may not get something even remotely close to what you’ve ordered. The last photo is from the card included with the bouquet that let me know this shop filled the order. I’ll be reordering flowers elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Ordering flowers online from a different state can be tricky, and there's always an element of gamble involved. However, that was not the case with my recent experience. I placed my order as soon as they opened, and Vincent, who provided exceptional customer service, took my request. I made sure to have him repeat everything I asked for, especially the message on the card. Not only did he confirm my requests, but he also sent an invoice detailing everything we discussed, including the card message I dictated to him. I ordered a Spring Custom Arrangement in a large vase, asking for it to be lively, bright, and joyful—specifically without carnations. I also requested that they send a picture via email, which they absolutely did (see pictures below). I received an email with photos of the flowers, followed by another email confirming that the flowers had been delivered at 11:38 AM. I was amazed—how is that even possible? That's what I call excellent service! The best part was when the recipient of the flowers called me to say, "These are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen," and expressed immense appreciation for the thoughtfulness and care shown by the florist at this difficult time.

Fantastic experience: I received a beautiful bouquet arrangement for Admin Professional Day from my team leadership. It is simply STUNNING! The arrangement was colorful and very full. Great assortment and the orange roses was a fantastic touch! I immediately pruned everything and gave it fresh water so that I could continue to enjoy it as the buds bloom out. Love the fact that the designer, Vickee, made sure to include closed buds because it will transform the arrangement when they open and I am so excited to see it! Fantastic experience: Updated! 4/19/25 AZ Florist has really went above and beyond to make things right! You really went above and beyond and cannot express enough how amazing you are!! Will definitely use your service again! THANK YOU!!! 4/15/25 I placed an order with From You Flowers and they used AZ Florist. When the driver arrives on site for delivery she walked up to the door with only a piece of paper in her hand. She left the paper on the door and left. Didn't have the flowers in hand, didn't call, and didn't even ring the doorbell. Very upset that my delivery was delayed. Was my flowers even on the delivery truck? Why wouldn't the delivery person take them to the door and ring the doorbell? Nope just left a paper on the door and walked away. Have the entire video. Very disappointing service.

Positive experience: Edited 4/3, changed to 4 stars as remade bouquets were appreciated a LOT by the recipients. Voicemail received from store manager as well wishing to do more, but nothing else is needed. I like to make custom bouquets and will possibly use their warehouse myself in the future, unsure if deliveries will be placed yet. Original review from February: Really heckin wanted to like Arizona Florist. January 29th went in person to place 2 custom bouquets to be delivered before 1:30p for Valentine’s Day- for my sister and my partner. I spelled EVERYTHING out loud for the manager who took my order. Names, Companies, and custom messages. Both bouquets were requested NO LILIES as they are poisonous to cats. Girlfriends name Kirby was written as “Curvey” and her company was misspelled. Sisters company name was also misspelled and custom messages was as well. I did notice PRIOR to Valentines Day the errors and called 3 times to fix. I was only sent one order email receipt and when I called to receive the other I also found more spelling errors- no update received with the fixes. On Valentines both deliveries had not been altered to fix misspellings. Partner works in a male dominated field and it is INAPPROPRIATE to receive flowers addressed to “Curvey”. Sisters had to wait OVER 2 HOURS after her office closed in the parking lot for her flowers as they were entered in the wrong delivery time. Not only was it late (ruining her surprise) THE RECEIPT ATTACHED showing the cost which is tacky. Bouquet also had lilies- ruining her ability to keep them at home. When I went into the florist to discuss issues I was spoken to by the SAME MANAGER who took my order originally. I was informed I’d be receiving a refund to original payment method in 3-5 days and didnt receive a refund receipt as they had my card “on file”. Still have not received the refund and honestly am so upset at the clerical disorder because the actual flowers were gorgeous even though she couldnt keep them with lilies.

Negative experience: I would not recommend using Arizona Florist. I ordered for a Sunday delivery, I received an e-mail that it was undeliverable and was unable to talk to anyone on Sunday for an explanation. I had to make uncomfortable calls to hospice about the delivery. On Monday, I received another e-mail saying it was undeliverable. After calling on Monday to Arizona Florist, the advised me that it was a mistake and it was delivered on Sunday. I was not happy with this experience and will not be using them again.

Hi Debra! I am so sorry you had this unfortunate experience with us. We do have limited hours on Sunday and it looks like we were closed before you were trying to reach out. It was human error on the delivery confirmation. We have a new delivery app our drivers are using and they are still getting use to it. That particular driver did mark it ICU at time of delivery which sent you the undelivered email. Typically ICU orders are not able to be delivered because flowers are not allowed in ICU which is why the system defaults that email to you. He did note that he left it with the nurses at Hospice Care but I think that note only shows on our end. (I have passed that on to our IT department to correct.) We have used this as some training for our drivers using this new app to prevent things like this in the future. Again, our apologizes that it happened like that.

Negative experience: l received a bouquet as a gift today and all the roses in it were wilted and dying. i called the company to complain and they apologized and promised redelivery today at no additional charge. A redelivery never occurred, which made the matter more sad. It was shameful that so many flowers that belonged in the garbage were sent in the bouquet. I sent an additional complaint through the website tonight, i hope they reply better to that than they did by calling and speaking to a live person.

Fantastic experience: I have to share tremendous appreciation and thanks to Alexis Rigler for her above and beyond support and for creating an incredible experience at Arizona Flower Market. My cousin and I are from the Bay Area and went to AFM to buy flowers for a family wedding in Phoenix. We had not been able to do much floral planning in advance, and were immediately overwhelmed by trying to find all the materials we needed on such short notice. Alexis jumped in to the rescue! She spent HOURS with us helping us estimate amounts of materials we would need, taking trips to the back and to the delivery truck to find materials we wanted that weren’t yet on the floor, brainstormed color combinations with us, and pulling all the stock we wanted onto a cart to be held overnight. We are so tremendously grateful for Alexis’ hands on and attentive help. She absolutely went well above and beyond what we expected and saved the day! Negative experience: I would give them zero stars if I could. My boyfriend from Chicago sent me and my coworkers flowers For Christmas Eve. Only one flower arrived on time. The others arrived two days later, all addressed to the same co-worker with the exact same message as the original one. I can’t imagine what He had to pay for these sad carnations. What a gyp!!!

Fantastic experience: I ordred directly over the phone with their customer service after emailing them a photo of what I wanted and the specific flowers requested for a funeral service. Gave address and service time for deleivery. I ordered about a month before the service. They honored the qouted price I was give via email. They told me the flowers would be deleivered 1hr prior to the service at the latest. I arrived day of service and the staff was setting them up already. They arrived prestine and on time. Little over filled with water for December so some spilled but it stayed upright during a windy outdoor service so not real complaints. While things may be expensive right now, this arrangement was exactly what we were looking for to honor are family member. I prefer to shop locally if possible and skip the 1800 Flowers option. Calling them direcltly and providing all details verbally definitly help to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Thank you for the prompt and polite service. Flowers were lovely and the few we took home afterwards lasted a nice long while.

Fantastic experience: Update: Sarah made sure I was able to contact her to remedy the issue. She went above and beyond. I was able to send my mom another bouquet of flowers. It was a gorgeous arrangement!! Edit: I changed my review to a 1 star. I sent an email and have not received any response. The arrangement of the flowers was very disappointing. It looked nothing like the picture nor even close to a professional arrangement. They looked like someone just carelessly threw the flowers in the vase, no florist skill involved. For the amount I paid I would expect a professional arrangement. I gave 2 stars because they were delivered early in the day, which is what I hoped for and the flowers were fresh, but I will not be returning to this business.

Negative experience: Appreciate the Sunday delivery. The arrangement itself was simply white lilies in a vase. No design, just a clear vase of lilies, nothing else, My daughter specifically asked for pink flowers but the florist did not listen. Most of the lilies were closed and died without ever opening. I think the order got mixed up with a funeral arrangement, Would not recommend this florist.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers 2 days ahead of time for my best friend's birthday. I didn't even get a call until the day AFTER her birthday that they couldn't get through the gate the day before and needed a code(gate was broken, could have been pushed right open and could have been told that if they called me ON THE DELIVERY DAY). So call my best friend for the code(and now her flowers aren't a surprise, thanks). Turns out gate was broken. So I call back to let the florist know. Then they want a time that she'll be home because they won't drop it off in the heat, which is understandable, but this question should have been asked the 1st time before I had to hangup to call her, AND it should have asked in the order online when I paid. So I hang up, call my best friend again, call the florist again and give a time. And then they want her phone number. Whyyyy would I want you to call the receiver when she is supposed to be surprised?! "In case we can't find her apartment". The apartment number I provided and can easily be found by looking at doors. Why send a gift if it won't be there on time OR be a surprise? I don't know.

We recently hired a few new customer service representatives and they are still in training so I believe that is where some of the misunderstanding came from. Fantastic experience: Could not have been more pleased with my experience here! Alexis helped me find the right flowers to match an inspo photo, then wrote down how many of each I’d need for my different vases, then showed me how to arrange them to make it look professional. Fantastic experience: I was so pleasantly surprised with not only the service, but the arrangement that I had delivered was beyond my expectations (she sent me a picture). The driver even called to confirm that he was delivering the flowers! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me! The person I sent the flowers to is enjoying them alot! Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: My daughter sent me a lovely bouquet of roses and other complementary flowers on August 10 for my birthday and they stayed beautiful for over a week! Every Rose opened and Looked perfect!

Fantastic experience: AZ Florist highly rated! Beautiful flower arrangement. Customer service excellent! I was out of town when they tried to deliver 2 weeks ago and they gracious scheduled to deliver again upon my return. Who does that these day’s?? Thanks again AZ Florist!

Negative experience: Never have rate anyone this poorly before, after paying extra $ for same day delivery, the flowers were not delivered. Was told It was unsafe to leave the flowers at doorstep but will not be returning to deliver. The flowers were for a special birthday. So it sort of take the special out of the Special!. To add insult they were no offer of any refund, had to ask for a refund . Told I was going to get a refund back for same day delivery but the flowers will be be deliver till the next day, no estimated time or anything. So I am in the same predicament, the recipient may or may not get her flowers. At this point the birthday is over, so what’s the point. Not a happy customer.

Hi Petula, I am so sorry you are not happy. We appreciate our customers and do our best to ensure deliveries go smoothly. I would like to help explain some of the issues. We do not leave flowers this time of the year due to the extreme heat. They will not last very long outside in temps over 100 degrees unfortunately. Your order was also place with another 3rd party company not with us directly so that extra money was something they charged, not us, we did not receive those extra funds. It also looks like they were the ones you talked to about redelivery and the refund. I do see we have a redelivery going out to her this afternoon. This redelivery will be brand new flowers and it looks like afternoon was requested to help ensure she is home to get them this time. We apologize for not being able to get it delivered on her birthday, we just want to ensure they are fresh and not left out in the heat. Please feel free to call us directly if we can help with anything more for you.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Arizona Flower Market for my daughter’s wedding was one of my favorite out of the whole wedding planning process, namely, because of Alexis. Her bubbly, helpful, and competent demeanor set me at ease and made the overwhelming task delightful. I went in without much of a vision, but after Alexis gave me unhurried time and attention, I left excited and confident with our floral vision. Plus, the pricing and quality of the flowers are unparalleled. I can’t recommend them enough. And make sure to ask to work with Alexis!!

Fantastic experience: I had a bouquet delivered for my MIL for Mother’s Day and it arrived the day I requested as described. I had a terrible experience with one of the big online floral delivery services last year so I’m relieved to find a local place with great quality at reasonable prices. Very happy with my purchase and will be going back to AZ florist in the future!
