Fantastic experience: Great job. I always worry about quality when I order online and send flowers to friends and family out of state. The photo from our recipient showed a professional arrangement that closely matched the website presentation. The only difference was the flower count between the two. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re happy to hear the arrangement looked beautiful and closely matched what you expected. We truly appreciate your trust and would love to help you send flowers again in the future!
Fantastic experience: The wonderful folks here make and deliver amazing flower arrangements! I would say they are the best florist in Arizona! Absolutely beautiful flowers and the arrangements last a long time. I just ordered an arrangement for my Mom's 86th birthday and she loves it. They even de-thorn the roses!
Ann, thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled your mom loved her birthday flowers and that the arrangement brought her joy. We truly appreciate your support and can’t wait to create something beautiful for you again!
Fantastic experience: I must say my husband and I are very impressed with the Valentines bouquet! Roses are not my favorite, but the way they were organized with the Carnations (which are my favorite) was absolutely perfect♡ And the Teddy Bear was also larger than he expected! Great job!!
Thank you, Paula! We’re so happy you loved your Valentine’s bouquet and that the mix of roses and carnations from our Phoenix florist was just perfect for you. We’re glad the teddy bear was a sweet surprise too, and we’d love to help again for your next special occasion!
Fantastic experience: I sent these to my bestie, I’m from out of state.. I will say the communication was great and they worked with my tight deadline. I appreciate you guys!
Bailey, thank you so much! We’re glad our flower delivery in Phoenix, Arizona made it easy to send something special from out of state, even on a tight deadline. We truly appreciate your trust and would love to help again!
Positive experience: Was pleased with the customer service. Ordered online for pickup which is great. Ordered 2 different bouquet selections. Pictures always look great online. But was a bit disappointed when I saw the final product. Some of the roses in the bouquets had appeared to start browning unfortunately. But overall the arrangement was nicely put together. But the selection of flowers used could've been better. I would say go in person as I probably will do in the future and pick your arrangement. They had great selections and assortments. Although slightly disappointed I would still recommend this place.
Angel, thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your kind words about our service and are grateful you still recommend us, even with some disappointment in the flowers. We look forward to welcoming you back and providing an even better experience next time.
