Fantastic experience: As a new wholesale florist, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Sara, Julia, Kristal, Linda, and my personal sales rep, Gerald, were all knowledgeable and kind. Arizona Flower Market has a wide selection of high quality flowers, live plants, and packaging materials. Shopping with them is the best!

Knowing that our arrangements have been a beautiful part of your church’s altar makes this even more special. We’re so glad our team could provide great customer service and help you with such an important occasion.
Wishing your daughter a beautiful wedding day, and thank you again for trusting us to be a small part of it!
Fantastic experience: Came in thinking I was just picking up flowers for my best friend’s baby… and left feeling like a florist in training They gave me space at their work station to create my own arrangement, but still checked in and shared little tips to make sure everything came together beautifully. I never felt rushed — just supported and encouraged to get creative. The flowers were fresh, the vibe was warm, and the whole experience felt so personal. Honestly, this would be the cutest girls’ night idea. Bouquets, laughs, and a little main character energy ✨ Such a fun, unexpected experience — highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Updated review: I originally gave this place a one-star review because the flowers received looked nothing like what I ordered, which was very disappointing. After my review, they asked me to reach out directly with my order number and details. Linda and her team were incredibly responsive, kind, and quick to help. They offered to send a replacement arrangement, and the new flowers truly went above and beyond — they were beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and made things right, especially during a difficult time for sister in law. Mistakes happen, but this place did an amazing job fixing the problem. Thanks again Arizona flower market! Original review: (one star) Pretty disappointed. The flowers looked nothing like the picture. I sent them to my sister-in-law to brighten up her week, she found out she had cancer. She obviously appreciated the flowers, but when she sent me the picture, I was very disappointed. It pretty upsetting. I’m sure they have nice flowers if you were to go in the shop and pick them out yourself but DO NOT order for delivery on any of the delivery services. Pictures below of what I ordered vs what was received….
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and, most importantly, about your sister-in-law’s diagnosis. We understand how meaningful this gift was meant to be, and we’re genuinely sorry that it caused disappointment during such a difficult time.
We take concerns like this very seriously, but unfortunately we’re unable to locate or review an order without speaking with you directly. We would very much like the opportunity to look into what happened and make this right if possible.
Please contact us directly at [email protected]
or call 602-507-4200, and ask to speak with one of our managers — Sara, Alexis, or Linda. Once we can locate your order in our system, we can better understand the situation and work toward a resolution.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate the opportunity to follow up with you personally.
