All of my orders have been delivered on time and beautifully matching the online description — including my latest order, which had to be delivered by a specific time at a funeral home. Even though I ordered about 48 hours before that deadline, Baseline Flowers took care of everything, and I heard compliments from multiple people of how the arrangement looked. Thank you, Baseline! Positive experience: The crap the pulled the Saturday after valentines was BS. You couldn’t buy a dozen roses because they were handing them all up free but not to their customers. For some promotion. Infuriating.

Fantastic experience: Kathy did an AMAZING job with the flowers for our wedding. We got married up in Flagstaff this past weekend and were needing quite a bit of floral items for our special day and Kathy nailed it. The arrangements were beautiful and remained fresh for the entire weekend. We received so many compliments on the quality of her work. Her pricing was very competitive and you can really tell that she has a passion for this. This family shop has been around for decades and I hope it continues for decades more! I live in Washington and unfortunately couldn't make it. I googled local flower shops close to my parent's house and saw Baseline Flowers. It had great reviews and pictures of some of the flowers customers had received so I thought I'd give them a try. I just want to say thank you for making sure a beautiful arrangement. Fantastic experience: Update 04/11/25: Wanted to update my review to again praise Baseline flowers. They delivered a beautiful and unique florist's choice arrangement today. So pleased with their work. Thank you as always! Stopped in to pick up some fresh flowers on 4/11 and they were absolutely beautiful. I was hoping they had some bright, colorful blooms and they did not disappoint. The overall bouquets lasted easily a week, and even now the majority of the flowers are still alive and vibrant.

I've bought countless bouquets of sweet peas, carnations, and stalk for my mother in years past, long before they ever delivered to Laveen. I am out of state now but was so glad to still find one shop left. They made a beautiful condolence arrangement and sent me a picture. Negative experience: I am SO disappointed. I ordered flowers for my neice, today, for her 18th birthday. I picked "Sangria Nights", because she loves the color orange. And the arrangement online is a mix of orange, pale pink and purple. Romantic. As you can see in the picture below, what was received was a hodgepodge of flowers, mostly greenery, carnations and Gerbera daisies. My sister sent me a photo. Not great. SO DISAPPOINTED.

Her customer service was fantastic! We purchased flowers for a family member's funeral. Cathy was so sweet about everything, offered her condolences and picked out some beautiful flowers for us. Our sister likes Lilies and Tulips so Cathy picked out her best for us. When I showed up to pick up the flowers, she had them wrapped and ready. She was so great and had them out of the cooler so they would be open and blooming for the burial the next day. During all the running around trying to get things ready to lay our sister to rest, the flowers were nothing to worry about since Cathy had it all handled for us. You need to visit this Shop. It is truly the best around. Thank you Cathy, you were Great! I wish I had taken pictures of the beautiful flowers but rest assured, you will not be disappointed.

I had to change the delivery date, so I called and asked if this would be possible. They were very accommodating.
