Fantastic experience: Called the day of and they were able to get me a beautiful delivery that day, kind attentive service. Much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: The arrangements shown on their site are beautiful and they came highly recommended by friend local to the area but I always get nervous ordering from afar. Other experiences with doing through random selection this have been disappointing. NOT this one! And this was a very important & personal occasion. They exceeded my expectations and I’d order again from them with zero hesitation. The arrangement delivered was packed with fresh gorgeous blooms and the note I’d written on order online was printed and attached as well. The funeral home arranged flowers around viewing room and these were placed front and center to photograph of my dear friend next to urn. Another testament to the quality of the arrangement. This helped me feel I was a part of a celebration of life when I was not able to be there in person. My friend steered me right with her referral and Art Floral knocked it out of the park.

Positive experience: The people here are amazing, and kind. The only issue I have is… I provided a list of flowers to NOT add into the bouquet. This included tulips and lily’s due to the fact that they’re lethal for cats. I understand it’s a mistake. However both my partner and I have cats. If they were to ingest or get pollen residue on them it would result in us having to take them to the Vet quickly. Please keep this in mind, thank you.

Positive experience: Really disappointed by this florist. I can’t believe they sold these flowers to my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. They look old, dry, and damaged. Will definitely be going with another florist for our floral needs. EDIT: I have been informed that these are guard petals that take the most force during travel but I think the most battered ones should’ve at least been removed.

Negative experience: I’ve ordered from the Art Floral several times over the last three years and I’ve always been so pleased. I ordered flowers for my daughter this morning for Valentine’s Day and was so disappointed in the quality and service when I called. No concern for the fact they looked nothing like what I ordered. Told they were fresh and complained to me about the fact they were so busy and had to buy flowers last minute to cover orders…. Told me to call back in a few days if I wasn’t happy with the quality still. What!? Shouldn’t they be beautiful on delivery?? Will not be back…

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of Art Floral for several years now and they always deliver on time the most beautiful arrangements I could ask for. I live out of State away from my most precious daughter whom I love dearly. So, for those special occasions I rely on Art Floral to convey my love to her. They have never let me down. Thank you Art Floral for making me look so good in my daughter's eyes.

Negative experience: Disappointed, especially for the price. $89.95 for crushed, bruised flowers missing petals. The whole arrangement just feels cheap and rushed, especially compared to the picture advertised.

Positive experience: I called and ordered some flowers for my sisters birthday, the staff was nice and they did get the bouquet done quickly which I appreciate, my mother picked them up and then sent me a picture later, but for $75 the bouquet looks very basic and a little like funeral flowers. I could’ve picked something up at the grocery store for $20 and put it in a nicer vase for much less. Again I appreciate the quickness, but the effort was lacking. Probably would try somewhere else next time.

Fantastic experience: I’ve splurged on a lot of flowers in my life, and The Art Floral is one of the best. I gave them a budget and a tiny bit of guidance (white is dominant but match this envelope, then make it “leggy and weird”) and they absolutely delivered. I really liked the arrangements on their website, but do yourself a favor and walk in for something custom. It’s ok if you don’t really know what you want. The guys know for you.

Fantastic experience: I placed a same day delivery order this morning, and it arrived this afternoon. The flowers look fresh and the arrangement is very pretty. I love the slightly unusual color of the roses and carnations and the variegated greenery they included this time, it feels modern and a little elevated. For reference, I ordered the “spun sugar” arrangement in the “enchanting” size. I’m super happy with the whole experience and will order from here again

Fantastic experience: Great experience! Customer service was wonderful and the bouquet of flowers were sooooo beautiful. Unfortunately my cousins husband passed away earlier this week and I wanted to get her flowers. I was looking online looking for something unique, reasonable with price, and something beautiful. I had searched up local flower shops and couldn’t find flowers I loved but I eventually came across The Art Floral and loved the way the flowers were put together and felt this was a great place to order flowers. I took my chance and ordered early morning. Thankfully they were flexible with some changes in delivery but ended up picking them up since I worked a few blocks away. They offered a refund for the delivery or use the money towards the bouquet. I went with putting money towards the flowers. When I got to the shop they had my flowers ready and I was blown away of how huge and beautiful they were! The lady who helped me gave me tips on how to keep the flowers stable in the front seat and the seatbelt while I drove to my destination. I am truly grateful and will be buying from them again!

Fantastic experience: My flowers were gorgeous! The arrangement consisted of roses, gladiolas, lillies greenery and more. I asked that the florist use their artistic abilities to create a beautiful arrangement and they did. They provided two arrangements that were placed on each side of the alter, a single red rose and a beautiful floral blanket for the casket. The flowers were also delivered punctually. This is the second time I have used their services and I would highly recommend them to all.
