Fantastic experience: This is my first time using this company -- I must admit I was swayed by all of the wonderful reviews. I am located out of town but needed a reliable source for flowers in SLC. I made a selection online and later the same day received notification that it had been delivered. However, based on photos from the recipient, there was some sort of mix up ... what I ordered was not what was delivered. Well, I spoke to Marci -- she is amazing -- she apologized profusely and is going to redo the arrangement and get it delivered today! That is the epitome of service and value for money spent!

Positive experience: I was very please with the three staff personnel crew. They were very cordial, friendly, polite and fun to talk with. However, I did not get to see the end product of the standing spray at the funeral service to see what it actually looked like. I should have asked them to email me a copy of the floral spray. Negative experience: Bouquet was significantly smaller than expected, there was no shape or height to the bouquet-not professional looking at all. Some of the flowers and greenery were not fresh and beginning to wilt. Reply to owner response: Yes, this is the correct location, these were ordered for a someone in Salt Lake who had just lost a family member. While I appreciate your willingness to correct the problem, I do not believe a customer should have to write a negative review in order to receive an acceptable item; the service paid for should be properly completed the first time. I feel as though it is important for customers to know the risk they are taking. I went with this company because of the good reviews, however it was not my experience.

Fantastic experience: Great experience placing the order with Kaylah. Only issue was that due to me being out of state it was not possible to view the arrangement. I asked for them to send me a picture and unfortunately it was not sent. However, Kaylah came through and was able to locate a picture of said arrangement afterwards. The flowers were not in bloom therefore there was quite a difference in appearance. Overall, good experience. I appreciated the extra effort.
