(Yes, Valentines Day) I was afraid they would not be great, as I knew, they were probably swamped with Valentine's Day deliveries. Positive experience: Called in to ask size of succulent garden planter I wanted to order. I was told the size of the pot was 11 inches across. Unfortunately, when the garden was received in was 6 inches across at best. The succulent garden pot was 60.00 which is extremely high priced for what was received. Succulent garden plant was nicely done, but was not happy with it being very small compared to what it was suppose to be considering the price.

Fantastic experience: I came in to the Rose Bowl to pick out a plant for an extended family member whose mother passed away. The plants varied in sizes and I was able to see which ones had the best foilage and "babies" during my on-site visit. My family member indicated that she was happy with her receipt of the plant that was delivered.

Negative experience: I’m not one to leave a bad review. But, here I am finding myself doing it. I wanted to surprise a friend with a something special flower delivery to her place of employment. I ordered and paid ahead of time in advance. I specifically wanted a day she was there. My online order said it wasn’t a problem. They delivered a day late… and on the day she wasn’t working on. The only day of the week I asked them not to deliver on. The flower arrangement was smaller than I ordered. I called the flower shop to let them know about the arrangement and the day late delivery. They didn’t apologize for any of it. They acted like it was the usual complaint and seemed annoyed that I called… I was very kind and professional. I own a small business. I always appreciate honesty and apologize to my clients if they are unhappy with my service and offer to make it up to them. Because my mistake is my mistake and never intentional.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers to be delivered for our 15th anniversary. I was hoping for the flowers to be a surprise and handed directly to her instead, they left them outside on the porch in direct sunlight. Flowers don't look as good as they should and the whole surprise flower delivery bit got ruined. The reason I'm upset is I used to deliver flowers in my 20's and saw the joy it would bring people to get a surprise flower delivery. You can only make first impressions once, and I'm not impressed. And you only get one shot at a 15 year anniversary... Really bummed about this one. I do not recommend their delivery service

And if people don’t see the great beauty of your work( the website doesn’t do the arrangement justice), the lack of care on the outside could be a deterrent to business. We actually questioned if we should order from you or not, because of the looks of the outside of your building. Hopefully when the road construction is done you can address this? Thank you again. Fantastic experience: Bought Mom a bouquet for Mother’s Day—again requesting that they substitute roses with other beautiful flowers as she does not like roses—and apparently they kindly fulfilled my request yet again! My mother said it’s a BEAUTIFUL (and heavy) bouquet, so I can only assume it’s LOADED with flowers. We live overseas so I have not seen the flowers myself, but as long as my mother is happy then so am I! Negative experience: Found dead and ruined flowers I had ordered for my grandmother and specially told them it was for my dying grandmother. When confronted they said they were too busy to make it right cause it was Valentine’s Day season, kinda the whole point of the flowers. I’ve found dead and dying flowers in my flowers from here multiple times before. Overpriced garbage, go anywhere else.
