Fantastic experience: A great selection of flowers and gifts for all occasions! Picked up a special for Valentine's Day that included weekly refills until the end of April. My wife loves it!

Fantastic experience: On February 12, I received a lovely Valentines arrangement from one of my daughters, filled with snapdragons roses, carnations, and daisies. 15 days later, the roses have finally faded, but the rest of the arrangement is still lovely! Kennedy's is clearly using a stellar source for their stems.

Fantastic experience: We had them make an arrangement called sleeping with angels. It was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL…. During the service, the priest used the term sleeping frequently and i thought, how appropriate the arrangement was called “sleeping with angels”. Great job! Your arrangement was placed front and center at the alter. My friends mother had a beautiful send-off. Thank you❤️

Negative experience: Unacceptable service. Only TWO customers in the store, including me. All I wanted was two bunches of tulips. I stood and I waited and I stood and I waited to pay. I was not acknowledged with witty banter or at least given eye contact. My mistake..this was not the first time I have been treated this way in this store. So, why do I return? Every once in awhile I do encounter a cashier who actually is friendly and knowledgeable and still manages to be professional. Plus I'm committed to local businesses. After a good long wait, I put my two bunches of tulips back in the cooler. Your lead person/perhaps owner was having a delightful time with 2 other personnel, as I passed them heading to the door. "Did you get your tulips?", she had the gall to ask since I clearly have no packages! Insulting. I loved that store and the selections I've purchased over the years. I will not return, and i'm taking my referrals with me.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to Kennedy’s Flowers for delivering a birthday bouquet to my grandma who lives in an assisted living facility. I am across the country and had a poor Experience with what I thought was a local florist that turned out to be an online service. They didn’t deliver the arrangement and canceled my order without telling me. I didn’t find out until it was too late to get another bouquet to her on her birthday. But I called Kennedy‘s flowers and they were so kind and assured me that they would get her the arrangement The following day. The next day I received a text from my Grandma and a call. They sent her the most beautiful arrangement. It made her day and it made mine knowing that it put a smile on her face. I gave them some request for flowers, but also told them to take creative freedom with designing it. Thank you, Kennedy flowers I will definitely be contacting you for all of my future floral needs in your area.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Kennedy's flowers from Southern California and they were incredibly helpful with getting a floral arrangement made for my cousin's passing. I was able to send photos of what I wanted the floral piece to look like and they were gracious enough to send a photo back as I was unable to make the funeral so that I can see the arrangement. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although my cousin's name was spelled incorrectly, they were able to send someone back out to the funeral home prior to the service to change the name on the card, and they kept in correspondence with me to let me know that it was fixed. I would recommend to anyone needing a floral piece.

Fantastic experience: Kennedys Flowers was recommended to by someone living in MI. I picked out a lovely arrangement, then called and talked with them by phone to confirm delivery time and, most importantly, that they had the pictured flowers in stock. (They checked, and they did.) [Experience with other florists has not been positive when they substitute other flowers.] Flowers were delivered on time (before a funeral visitation), as pictured on their website, and were just lovely. Appreciated by the family, who brought them home, while other flowers at visitation&funeral were sent on later to the deceased's nursing home. I highly recommend them as a reliable, professional and helpful florist.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and kind! My 1.5 year old daughter got upset and threw a very loud tantrum while waiting for check out (I didn't let her eat a metal button that was for sale). One of the women in the back brought out flowers for my son and daughter and my son talked about how kind it was the rest of the way home. Positive experience: I have always enjoyed shopping at Kennedy’s. Recently though when I was in, I stepped up to the counter to make my purchase and three clerks walked away and were conversing at the end of the checkout. I belatedly saw the sign about getting in line at the balloon - however there was no one in line. A younger salesperson finally came over and cashed me out. She was very pleasant. Made an unsettling experience a little better. Not quite the service I expect at a shop of kennedys caliber.

My sister there had surgery, so the tulips I sent were much loved, especially because the deer usually eat hers. My local florist found Kennedy's online and helped me find a suitable arrangement.

It was a little busy it was around 3:20 p.m. we had so much money we could spend they helped us out with a nice arrangement of flowers. The wait for the cashier really wasn't that long. She then asked if I would like a picture before delivery. It is always my fear that what I think I am sending is nothing like what I wanted. It was everything and more. Fantastic experience: I requested the flowers to be delivered prior to the funural on a Friday. To my surprise they were delivered prior to the showing on Thursday. The flowers were beautiful. Positive experience: I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, one of the busiest flower days of the year. I ordered an upgrade to what was pictured on the site, so when I got the flowers and they didn't really look as I expected, I chalked it up to that fact. I didn't realize I didn't have the accompanying chocolates until I reached my mom's. When she opened the card, the names on it were not ours! I called Kennedy, and we were able to make everything right without a lot of fuss. They were so grateful that I was not angry that they gave me an extra box of chocolates! Kennedy always produces the most gorgeous arrangements with very high quality flowers. In spite of this snafu, I will shop there again and again.

Negative experience: I called Kennedys and emailed them this photo on the left and asked them if they could do this exact floral arrangement for my 93 yr. old mother in law. We had a lengthy conversation and they said they could do this arrangement but would have to substitute burgundy carnations for the burgundy flowers. I told them I did not want any carnations in this arrangement and after going back and forth I finally agreed to let them substitute just the burgundy carnations for the burgundy flowers. This arrangement should have been blush pink flowers, protea and the queen Anne’s lace (and the burgundy carnations). They substituted the whole arrangement but for a couple of flowers. They said “Next time you are in Michigan you should stop by and visit us.” I said I would but thought that an odd thing to say. Of course knowing I would not be in Michigan would also mean knowing I would not have seen the alter arrangement. For $122.00 I should have the arrangement we agreed upon or be honest and say they cannot do it and I could move on to a shop who could. Extremely unethical business practices. They had my phone number if they needed to make changes in our verbal and visual agreement. Update- Kennedy’s responded professionally to my complaint. They took care of the situation to my satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: I am SO glad we went with Kennedy's for our wedding flowers. I worked with Kristi over the majority of the process and she was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm not a huge flower girl so I gave them some general inspo pictures and told them to run with it. I am so happy with how everything came out and wish I could keep the flowers alive forever. Over 2 weeks since the wedding and my wedding bouquet is still kickin'! Not only were the beautiful, but I felt as if they were pretty affordable as well. Not to mention, their shop is SO cute! Fantastic experience: I had Kennedy's do a large floral arrangement for my stepfathers funeral. I gave them freedom to do what they thought would be nice. It was beautiful! They did a good job, and were easy to work with.

Positive experience: I have been using Kennedy's for years, the service and flowers are great, but the delivery fees and extra fees are unbelievable anymore. To deliver less than 3 miles away and 6 minutes it is $25 with a $3 plus processing fee. I hate to say it but it is time to move on.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Floral and Gift Company! Their customer service is nothing but amazing, making phone orders from a distance easy. They offer great suggestions, able to meet price points and also arrange delivery of gifts with other florists not in their delivery market. Their delivery personnel reached out to me directly as well as the receiver to give me an update as to the delivery when the receiver wasn't readily available. Very customer focused, incredible service and competitive pricing. I even received a "Thank You" note from them. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them more in the future - personal and professional.

Negative experience: Took advantage of my elderly grandmother. I went in with my grandma who wanted to get a Christmas arrangement for our family Christmas. She has fading eyesight so some of the samples were hard for her to see but I went with her to make sure she was able to order the arrangement she wanted. The designer said we would be getting a long arrangement for the table with greenery, holly, and roses. It all came out to $125 which I thought was steep but worth it for a nice arrangement and my grandma didn’t mind paying. When the flowers arrived there was greenery with only 3 roses. I am so disappointed and my grandma felt like it was her fault because she couldn’t see but I do feel like they took advantage of her. I always like to support local but an arrangement from the grocery store would have been both cheaper and fuller.
