Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for a friend during the crazy snow/cold two weeks. She was not home after multiple attempts to deliver the flowers, but they kept in contact with me, remade the arrangements and continued trying after multiple days of attempts! I SO appreciate their hard work and excellent communication! I will definitely use them again!

Fantastic experience: Whenever I need to order flowers for a recipient out of town, I always go to the area and research the best floral shops. I was well served by Crescent Floral and Gifts for my cousin and her family in Grand Rapids, MI. They had the unfortunate news that their daughter had died just before Thanksgiving. She lived in another state and arrangements are pending. By sending this beautiful Thanksgiving centerpiece, we could make an attempt to brighten the family's holiday during this very sad time. Fantastic experience: We had our wedding in September and we booked Crescent Floral & Gifts as our florist and we could not have been any happier. Tracy was able to give us the most beautiful florals and really made our event space amazing. She delivered our flowers and boutonnieres to our 2 rental houses for the bridal party, she even coordinated her timing perfectly for my photographer to get detail pictures with our florals. We also had a last minute crisis on the morning of the wedding and needed 2 extra corsages made up, we texted her the morning of the wedding and she made it happen!! She set up our flowers for our reception and everything was beyond my expectations. She was very kind and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Jamie tried to deliver my order, but found the patient wasn’t where I’d said she was. She called and texted me to see if I could confirm the correct location. When I did, she delivered it quickly to the other facility, same day! The patient was very happy with the product. Great service and product!

Fantastic experience: Tracy & the Crescent Floral team went above and beyond for my wedding florals. Every expectation I had was well exceeded. I showed her a picture of the florals I wanted as inspiration and she made exact replica for my bridal bouquet and center pieces. The bridesmaid and flower girl bouquets were fantastic. All the extra garland and greenery that were added to my tables and venue were perfect. My guests raved about the florals. Not only that, Tracy was a pleasure to work with. When I decided to go a different direction with my florals, she was gracious, even though I know she had already put in a lot of work. When the estimate was over budget, she worked with me to find options to lower cost. Tracy and the Crescent Floral team are in it for YOU. Negative experience: owner discriminates against disabled people, and her own employees. have heard about this on multiple neighborhood groups. owner is just plainly rude. horrid customer service and just unbearably unpleasant overall. DONT GO HERE. there are plenty of way better places for way better prices.

Fantastic experience: It’s never easy to send a floral arrangement across states. Typically the flowers received look nothing like the flowers ordered. I’m so happy I chose Crescent Floral & Gifts!
