Negative experience: Unfortunately I cannot add a positive review. This is not something I ordinarily do, but I was genuinely disappointed with an exceptionally dull floral arrangement I'd purchased for Valentine's Day. It was so egregiously over-priced and unremarkable that I felt that those who read reviews should be notified. If considering ordering from this location, take your business elsewhere; you'll get more for your money in terms of quality floral design and array.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service, the highest-quality flowers, and drive to deliver perfection. I've gotten flours here twice. The first time I messed up the order. LHF called in moments to fix the issue. The second, they helped me get two extra roses for my daughters for Valentine's Day, and did so incognito so my daughters, who were with me picking up the flowers, didn't realize they were getting a gift. Even though it's 20 minutes away, I'll get all my flowers here.

Positive experience: I got my wedding bouquet from here and it was beautiful! Although, we ordered a boutonniere for my husband but they forgot about it. It was really frustrating. Yes, they refunded the money for the boutonnière but they didn’t offer a further discount or offer to make one. They said “we forgot”.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I stopped in here last minute for some flowers and they didn’t disappoint! The florist put together a beautiful arrangement in minutes. They also have a wide variety of balloon options. All so reasonably priced with such friendly service. I will be back and would definitely recommend to others as well.

Negative experience: I was super disappointed by the peony arrangement I got from this business. The flowers looked kind of wilted and were already dropping petals when delivered (1st pic). The second day, they looked worse (2nd/3rd pics). The following day, they were ready for the garbage (4th pic). The florist’s response is they do not assure the quality of their flowers once they leave the shop - they placed the blame squarely on the delivery person they themselves hired. If that’s good enough for you, then Lake Harriet Florist is your kind of place.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful arrangement delivered for a friend's family funeral. Asked for some height on a designer's choice, and they did great! Easy online ordering and was able to deliver within a few days.

Fantastic experience: Lake Harriet Florist provided eight lovely table arrangements for a wedding reception we hosted at the end of May. Leslie, the owner, was easy to work with, very responsive, and provided the arrangements on relatively short notice. The color palate, floral varieties, and style of arrangement were just what we needed. She was willing to use our collection of vintage containers, too. The centerpieces were beautiful!!! We continued to enjoy them at home for the next week, too. (See photo) We highly recommend Lake Harriet Florist and would definitely use them again!

Fantastic experience: Our go-to florist! We worked with Lake Harriet FLorist last month for a surprise 50th birthday celebration. They were super flexible as our client’s vision changed a couple of times. The florals were perfect and fresh as always! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I called several days in advance from out of town to have a memorial flower arrangement delivered. I gave the location and time of the service. The gift did not arrive. When I submitted an email inquiry the response was rude and insensitive. I spent 300 dollars and there was nothing present at the service and the florist response was that it was delivered. They made no effort to accommodate the situation or to make me feel better about how I felt. It’s awful what they have and no offer no solution is disingenuous. Please consider another another florist for your future purchase.

Negative experience: Got a $80 bouquet for my mom and it barely lasted 4 days. When I called to ask why that is they basically gaslit me and said thats normal for flower bouquets and didn't offer a remedy the situation. It's not, bouquets should last 7-12 days if properly taken care of. Try urban stems instead, similar price and my bouquet lasted almost 2 weeks.
