Fantastic experience: Ergo Floral did an amazing job with florals in our October wedding! I had a vague idea of the style that I wanted for our wedding. David and the team at Ergo were able to take those ideas and make it into something so stunning. We wanted unique flowers, including light and dark purples, along with black and white elements. Working with David was such a pleasant experience. He was so knowledgable about how to use different flowers with color and texture to make something so creative and elegant. All of our guests loved our wedding florals and some took extras home for themselves! Fantastic experience: This place is cute has rare plants once and awhile. My husband bought me a monstra and paid 90 bucks for it and it was sick. He didn't know he just knew I lived the plant so he surprised me. Well he also always says he dont want the receipt. So needless to say they were rude when I told them the plant was not healthy.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Ergo Floral enough to anyone looking for a kind, compassionate, and creative floral team. Over the years I have been lucky enough to take advantage of several floral arranging/wreath-making classes and recently Ergo's team put together a gorgeous arrangement for my mother's retirement party. The joy they have for their work is palpable and contagious. The classes have not only been fun and informative, but the products provided have been top of the line and very intentionally picked out. When I called to pick out an arrangement the other day, the staff was beyond generous with their time and talked me through all the options to make sure that what I ordered felt like the best fit for what I was envisioning. Ergo's team clearly loves what they do and it shows!

Whether I've had to adjust a surprise delivery cause my friend changed their work schedule or delivering my monthly arrangement, I always feel cared for and inspired. If you’re looking for flowers that feel personal, elevated, and full of heart — Ergo is it. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Ergo's peitit wedding shop was the perfect choice for my wedding flowers! As a graduate student working full time, I did not have the time or desire to have multiple meetings about my wedding bouquets. I love their petit wedding shop for brides like me who want to let the professionals work their magic without micromanaging the process. These are a large and small bouquet in the soft neutrals, and while I thought there would be more peach and pink, I love that Ergo heard my request for lots of greenery and am obsessed with how beautiful they turned out. Fantastic experience: I just had my wedding in June and was absolutely blown away by David and the team at Ergo!! I had a vision, but knew I needed to trust my florist to pull it together, and wow did he go above and beyond. I don't know much about flowers but based off my Pinterest he was able to help recommend flowers that would fit. I saw his vision on paper and in the quote as we planned things out, but let me tell you... what he produced the day of my wedding was incredible and WAY more than I thought I was going to get! We decided to do an altar floor arch towards the end of wedding planning, I thought it would be pretty simple.. and he just went above and beyond and nailed my vision. I loved working with David and wish I could married every year so I could have new flowers from him each time!! <3

They have incredibly affordable hand ties as well as the ultimate luxurious bouquets, which are all better priced than any competitor. We worked directly with David to provide the florals and all plants for our wedding. He is an expert and provided excellent service the day of the ceremony. Unbelievable work! Every arrangement is romantic and whimsical and makes you feel like you’re the only one that has ever had that design/arrangement or that ever will. I pick up a weekly arrangement as part of a membership. I highly recommend this service!

Negative experience: Great service but disappointing result. Easy to order and quick delivery, but what was delivered was very different from the picture on the website. I ordered the norfolk pine with gold pot - description says eco-friendly pot is optional. What was delivered was a very large pine in what looks to be a plastic pot that you'd get from any nursey. small pines form the nursey less than $5 and I paid $56...sorry guys, really dissapointed.

I wanted bright, punchy, and whimsical flowers for my summer wedding and they completely blew my expectations out of the water. Lily was so wonderful to work with and is immensely talented. They made my day stress free by having all the small details handled and flawlessly executing transitions between venue spaces. They truly made it an unforgettable wedding and I have received endless compliments from friends and family on our floral. I can't recommend them enough! My wedding wouldn't have been the same without them.

Fantastic experience: I visited for the first time today after running into a pair of folks who said they worked at the shop, and it’s quite a lovely business! I didn’t pick up any flowers but I found some lovely cards and candles, as well as other small gift type items. I’ll be back in the future to peruse the floral options and for last minute gift items. Queer owned and they also sell Boy Smell candles; LOVE!!!!

Negative experience: Was trying to order flowers for my moms birthday and it’s impossible to connect with them. I tried to call and send them messages on social media and just never heard back. Customer service is very poor.

Fantastic experience: I've been here a few times in the past but deciding to put up a review after recently getting my wedding bouquet from them. The bouquet was stunning and I can't thank you all enough for taking my requests into consideration and making it happen! While I didn't have a traditional wedding, these flowers made my day so special!! I went with the petit bridal bouquet but it felt lush to me! My previous experience here has always been positive and I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: So cute!!! The arrangement is super unique and not run of the mill boring which makes it feel special. My friend bought these for me for my graduation and I couldn’t believe how cute they were.

Negative experience: I was really excited to get a bouquet for my mom today as I'd gotten a beautiful one from here years ago. I checked out the two bouquets they had available out front, which were both $95 and decided that was out of my budget. I waited in line to speak to the woman behind the desk about putting together a nice bouquet for around $50. She was incredibly rude when I said I'd like a smaller bouquet as I couldn't afford the ones up front for $95. When I asked if I could choose the flowers for the bouquet, as that's standard from all the florists I've been too over the years, she smugly said they've been picked over and it would just be what they had as she tossed some tulips and greenery on the counter. No warmth, no assurance I could leave a beautiful arrangement, no desire to sell me a $50 arrangement, just complete apathy and rudeness! What a way to do business!

Negative experience: I ordered a Medium pave arrangement for my friend who had just graduated from grad school. The pictures I received of the arrangement were shockingly different from what was pictured on the website. Only one color was used and for what I paid the amount of flowers (even just variety of flowers used) was disappointing. On a positive note they seem very friendly at the shop. Instagram vs. reality is a real issue. The picture below is of the flowers 1 day after she received them.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually post reviews for places at all but they truly went above and beyond to handle my request. I had an honest mistake in my order and was prepared to take the loss due to my own negligence, but everyone at the shop was super accommodating and quickly resolved my issue the same day! They'll have a permanent customer in me for that and I am endlessly grateful for their excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: We used the petit wedding shop for our wedding flowers and they were absolutely perfect. The team at Ergo did a phenomenal job! I left a few details about our event space (a restaurant) and the color scheme I preferred and every arrangement was flawless. The colors perfectly matched the options on the website, the flowers were lovely premium blooms, and it was just the right accent to the venue. Most of all, I was so grateful for the flexibility and price point the petit wedding option allows for. We had only 35 people at our event, so we didn’t need much (much less than what typical wedding packages require) but we were able to have premium formal arrangements thanks to Ergo. 10/10 would recommend them!

Positive experience: We used the Petit Wedding package at Ergo for our wedding flowers. The boutonnières, bridal bouquet, and cuffs we ordered were beautiful, fit the color scheme, and they accommodated my request for specific flowers. We did have an issue with the floral crown and had to have to redone as it looked nothing like the reference image and didn’t match any of the other flowers we were given. When we called, the salesperson immediately remade the crown to match the rest of the flowers and it turned out great.

Fantastic experience: I love coming here, the shop is so cute and the ever changing selection of flowers in the stem case is always lovely. I love taking friends here to pick small arrangements and think it’s also a great date spot to bring someone special. The staff is kind and helpful and parking isn’t bad.

Fantastic experience: Ergo made all of my wedding floral dreams come true! I cannot thank them enough for all of the work they put into my wedding. I am admittedly very picky about the flowers that I like and have a had a hard time putting what I wanted into words. In addition, I had a somewhat difficult venue aesthetic to work with (the walls were black). I was worried about incorporating too much color, but was also scared that the flowers wouldn't pop in such a dark room. I walked into my venue hall on the wedding day absolutely STUNNED by the floral arrangements. They were beyond anything I could have dreamed of. Somehow Ergo was able to execute exactly what I wanted without me even knowing for sure myself. All of my guests continue to rave about how they have never seen such beautiful flowers at a wedding. I cannot recommend Ergo enough!

Fantastic experience: This shop is amazing! I had a graduation ceremony to go to for my friend. I called them a couple of days before and asked if I could pick up a small bouquet in her preferred colors. The price was super reasonable. "We're a little low on pink," warned the person on the phone. "But we'll make it beautiful for her." Saturday morning comes, I walk in to pick it up, I'm a *little* late because my allergies are making me slow as hell, and no one is even mad at me. The shop is abuzz with happy people. The flowers looked beautiful in their hand-tied paper wrap. Multiple strangers complimented me on them as we left the ceremony to find our respective graduates! There were flowers you could buy just outside the ceremony, and they were also lovely, of course, but the prices were a little higher and they were the more standard looking arrangement of one flower and a spray or two. This was like... an "arrangement." People even said: "Wow! That ~*~arrangement~*~ is just BEAUTIFUL!" And they looked even more beautiful when my friend put them in a vase later. She sent me a photo! I originally placed the order for one type of arrangement and when I called to change the arrangement type, they were more than happy to accommodate. The delivery was completed earlier than I thought and the recipient loved the gift! I will definitely use them again!
