Negative experience: Ordered two decision roses for valentines day. Order was expensive but beautiful. However they misspelled my girlfriends name and delivered to the wrong address. For an order close to $300 I expected more .

Someone personally called me to confirm all the order details, even sent me a photo of the arrangement before delivery, and followed up with confirmation once it was delivered. Because I wasn’t aware of the new location, I used online ordering using the “custom” option. I had ordered Hawaiian themed flowers previously in-person at the old location, so I just asked that they do it again. Wow they did such a beautiful job that it took our breath away. Stephen Gray I have depended on Irvine Village Florist for the best, most unique and beautiful flower arrangements. Their artistry of floral arrangements far exceeds other on-line or local florists. I have come to them with special requests for flowers for showers, weddings and sick family who needed a little joy specific to their taste. The staff is very accommodating. I am very appreciative of the perfectly beautiful arrangements they have made for me over the years, which have always wowed my receivers, and I cannot say enough about their excellent skill and quality.

I checked out a few florists but I thought Irvine had the prettiest bouquets and reasonable pricing. I found a bouquet called, “At the Ballet” which is perfect because my SIL used to take ballet. I had a few concerns about delivery and Irvine took care of everything and was super helpful. My sister in law loves her flowers and received many compliments from her co-workers.

Fantastic experience: Well this was the second time I used Unju and her beautiful and amazing company. Long story short, the first time I used her was for my wife’s celebration of life. The way I got her to go out with me was a bouquet of Ecuadorian red roses and so for this evening, I wanted to make sure I had Ecuadorian roses all over the restaurant. Unju and team did not disappoint. The restaurant was transformed into a red rose paradise with every detail being addressed including the pink ribbon that was tied to the arrangements. The second time was just as spectacular just on a smaller scale. When the original color I requested wasn’t available, they quickly worked with me to find a great alternative.
