I had asked for a "tropical" theme, and boy did they deliver exactly what I had in mind! I had a small family-only event so my order wasn't very large, but they still paid attention to every detail and gave me exactly what I wanted, with smooth and easy delivery and friendly service. Fantastic experience: Let me start off by thanking the most amazing florist ever- ISABEL! ♡ My wedding was 08/16/2024, but planning started a little over a year in advance. I came in with a few of my bridesmaids and had a consultation with Isabel to discuss my vision and what I think I want for the wedding. Isabel was extremely patient with me because at the time I didn't really know what I wanted. I loved the professionalism of the entire team throughout my consultations and through email messaging. Prompt responses by the way. This eased my anxiety because I knew this business was reliable. The week before my wedding Isabel was on vacation and I really appreciate how she took the time to let me know in advance that she would be out of town during that week. Even with Isabel on vacation I knew I could count on a response from the other florists in case I had any questions or concerns. Our budget for florals was $2k and the grand total came out to $1.8k. They really work with your budget and waive certain items so that you don’t go over in cost which is amazing and kind of them. I asked if I could have a few flowers because I needed to add some to the wedding cake and Isabel gave me some free of charge. I’m so thankful for the generosity, professionalism and punctuality of this business and their amazing florists! I have attached photos to show the BEAUTY that Isabel created.I am beyond happy with the end result and delivery to the venue was ON. TIME. Isabel was kind enough to let us borrow stands during the ceremony and those were returned the following morning of the wedding. I opted out of a sweetheart arrangement, so the bridesmaids baby’s breath bouquet was repurposed so that the table did not look too bare. I also added a toss bouquet which was a mini version of mine. It was super cute and perfect! Details~ In the end, for my bridal bouquet I decided on a romantic and whimsical vibe. The color scheme would include colors that range from different shades of pink, blue, red & lavender. Isabel had suggested that pretty, blue flower (I forget the name) that you see sticking out of the bouquet and it really was the finishing touch for that whimsical vibe. For the bridesmaid, it was baby's breath and the color scheme would be white and different shades of pink. Isabel decided on the boutonniere's because I trusted her opinion, she is a professional after all. The centerpiece was something my husband and I approved on September 8th, 2023. Isabel and the team are just so efficient with their timing and the pieces they create. Florals were something we never worried about during the entirety of the planning process. THANK YOU SO MUCH, ISABEL!!! You are amazing and I absolutely fell in love with every piece that you created.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a flower shop where I would be able to get a custom blue lei for a graduation and am so happy I was able to find this place. Yolanda picked up the phone and helped me right away by asking what I needed and when I needed it by. She actually originally quoted me for a single lei but ended up realizing that the particular lei I was looking for only came in double. I didn't know this until I picked it up and she said it would be okay for me to pay the single lei price. The level of service and professionalism was far beyond my expectations in this experience that I wanted to repay her and them with this review. It’s nice to have a human, empathetic touch in this day and age of digital/online everything…but their website also has that option, of course. Fantastic experience: I’ve used OC flowers twice now and I’ve never been more impressed and please with a florist as I am with them. We just moved to the area and no matter where I’ve lived, I always try to find my go to florist for sending creations that best represent my love and appreciation for others. It is not easy to find someone who is so easy to work with and who gives you top quality and the quantity for the amount you pay. I’ve been burned so many times by different florists who take my money but who do not deliver on product. Well, this florist is definitely NOT one of those sub par businesses! They give you quality and quantity that is well worth the price!! OC has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with the arrangements before they go out. I will use them again and again and I highly recommend them for any occasion you might have for sending or using flowers! Their talent and artistry is top notch!

Negative experience: They gave me tulips and carnations instead of roses. 3 pics of what I asked for and the rest what I received. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I paid $814 for this joke.

Fantastic experience: We went to OC Flowers and events to buy flowers for my mom's celebration of life mass and reception. We met with the team at OC Flowers and they were very accommodating and talked us through how to get want we wanted within our budget. We had a situation where we didn't know how we were going to set up a dessert table and memory table at a restaurant while we were in mass and they offered to help. This was totally not part of the flowers or their responsibility and it was so nice of them to offer to help us out. The day of the mass and reception they were on time (actually early) and helped set up the flowers we ordered. They took the desserts to the restaurant for us when they were going over to set up the centerpieces. The flowers looked so beautiful and everyone complimented on how amazing the reception looked. We were very pleased and grateful for OC Flowers efficiency, friendliness and kindness during our stressful time. Thank you for making our celebration beautiful. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness what a great experience I had ordering flowers for delivery from OC Flowers and Events!!! I placed my order for same day delivery here in Irvine and flowers were delivered within a couple of hours. BUT I gave them the incorrect recipient address!!! After they had delivered the flowers to the address, which had to be left at front door as no one was home, they sent me a text to confirm delivery. I saw this text 10 minutes later and, at that moment, realized my mistake about the address. I immediately called them to figure out what to do. They said no problem they would go back and pick up the flowers and deliver to the correct address. No questions asked, friendly helpful quick response, no extra fee's. Amazing customer service!! And beautiful flower arrangement.

On the part of our phone convo, where I asked “will it still be beautiful?”, and the assurance from you saying, “yes it will be, and we will upgrade it. We will also send you pics before the delivery.” I was kind-of-not hoping for anything, anymore, but I really needed this delivery to happen on that next day (Sunday); so I trusted the OC shop. And then came Sunday, I received pics and the arrangement was so gorgeous! My boyfriend’s family all texted me about it! My boyfriend even said that they all looked fresh, very grand, and not dry (I had a bad flower arrangement from another florist shop last May, lol). Also the people that I had the delivery done to, were not answering the door, they called them and made sure the flowers were taken inside the home so the heat would not fade them. They followed through each of my request in a very nice way. A had a couple of young ladies help me and both were so nice. They pay attention to detail and that is very important. The flower arrangements were so beautiful, and my Manager and his wife were so happy with the quality of the arrangements. Fantastic experience: I needed a local delivery for same day late morning. I picked OC Flowers because they were located close to the site delivery in Irvine/Santa Ana and their reviews were good. I called the minute they opened and they answered quickly and with good service. I picked the arrangement from their website and it turned out better than I expected (which I have a high expectations on quality). They also performed some other services like a hand written card versus a print out. That was a solid service for this occasion! Here's the catch - when they delivered, it turned out the company could not accept "fresh flowers" due to some restrictions and policies. OC Flowers contacted me quickly through text notification to let me know the issue and we were able to resolve. I will definitely work with this florist again because of the their quality, service and customer service. Thanks!
