Fantastic experience: I ordered some flowers for my mom’s birthday and they were absolute beautiful and arrived on time. The store also updated me on the delivery status throughout the morning. Highly highly recommend, great value for the amount of flowers and the longevity too! Thank you for great service.

Negative experience: I used this florist back in 2023 to make a double carnation lei for graduation. It was horrible. They made it with wire and a lot of leaves, maybe 6 white carnations in a perfect circle, it looked more like a wreath. I gave a bad review at that time. The owner sent me a message asking me to delete it offering me 40% off next time I use them. How many others have they paid off for better reviews? I did not delete my post and did not use their offer. Fast forward to December 6th, 2025, my daughter’s wedding day. I had no idea who my daughter used for her bouquet, but I drove her to pick it up on our way to the venue. When we pulled up my heart sank, I flashed back to my previous experience, but didn’t mention it to my daughter, hoping her experience would be better. It was not! When the door opened my daughter says Hi we’re here to pick up my bridal bouquet and boutonnières with a big excited smile. The lady’s reply, we have no bridal pick ups today. I’m sorry, what? My daughter reminds her they had a text exchange the week before and she confirmed pick up for 12/6 at 12:30. The lady asks for proof of purchase, my daughter provides the email. Then she says, no proof of payment, my daughter finds that email, from September, $450 paid in full. Then she says oh, I have your order marked as picked up, when’s the wedding? It’s today, in less than 3 hours! She says she will make the bouquet but doesn’t have her flower colors. Really? This is never something you say to a bride less than 3 hours before her wedding. You make it happen! My daughter was calm, kind, and forgiving. The bouquet was delivered in time for the wedding with two big purple flowers in front, her colors were dusty rose and sage green. Did it ruin her day? No. Could the owner have refunded her? Yes. Did she? No. Maybe she’ll offer her 40% off her next order or me 40% again to remove this post. Nope, this is an honest review of the service we received from The Florestry twice. Is this a coincidence, I think not!

Fantastic experience: The Floristry flowers are the best flowers I’ve had. They last up to 2 weeks, and they have the best variety of flowers that I just cannot find anywhere else. I think they last long because Quinn and her sister Ann are so knowledgeable about all things flowers and will even take the time to explain how to care for the flowers. Everyone was complementing my flowers!

Fantastic experience: This shop is a local gem. I’ve always gotten extremely high-quality flowers that have lasted a very long time and the value for what you get is superb. Her arrangements are always stunning!

Negative experience: Ordered 3 dozen roses and they were wilted upon delivery. I do not recommend ordering flowers from someone’s house; you’re better off ordering from a shop where the flowers can be stored & delivered properly to prevent wilting and browning. I emailed Quinn immediately after delivery with the photos of flowers and she stated they were delivered fresh & assembled the morning of, however the photos from when they were delivered do not look as though. She also sent photos of the flowers before delivery but the photos are enhanced and saturated, so of course they look better in the photos before delivery. Extremely disappointed to spend $180 for something that doesn’t look like what is advertised. The brighter photo attached is the photo taken before delivery, the rest are what was received.

Fantastic experience: The website was easy to use, and the staff was so friendly. I was purchasing for a friend out of state. It was an extremely easy experience and the flowers were delivered timely and were extremely beautiful! I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: After looking at multiple florists in this delivery area, I ordered a $300+ multi stem orchid plant because they have nursery access and floral. On the delivery day, I mistakenly had the wrong address but they called the recipient and made sure they received it, then followed up with a text to confirm along with pics. The orchids were exactly what I wanted - gorgeous, lush, and just a little over the top.

Fantastic experience: This place came in clutch. I forgot to pick up the rose pedals for my nephew's wedding. With less than 15 minutes before the ceremony was to begin, I called them up. They put together a bunch of white rose pedals for us in under 5 minutes. I drove there, picked them up, and made it back in time for the wedding. Very inexpensive. I would've paid triple for their service. Great job. Thank you very much!!!!

Fantastic experience: Ordered a corsage on Amazon and it looked cheap so I was able to get a beautiful corsage same day and went over and beyond my expectations’ thank you!

Fantastic experience: I buy flowers for my employees all across the country and I like to find small local business to support (and cross my fingers when I select “designers choice.”) Never in the last two decades have I ever gotten flowers like these! You can see the passion for their craft and they should be so proud of their work!

Positive experience: When asked why the deluxe arrangement I ordered for my brother-in-law’s celebration of life was so much smaller than pictured on their website, I was told that deluxe meant “medium” sized. I specifically chose an arrangement that did not include hydrangeas because they do not survive the phoenix area heat. They used hydrangeas and they were dead within a Couple of hours. It was a nice arrangement, but not worth the $135.00 price tag. The flowers paled in comparison to others at the event.

Fantastic experience: This was my second time ordering from here, and I absolutely loved it both times. I’ve been disappointed by many flower shops in the past, as the arrangements often looked very different from what was shown online. But what I received from here was exactly as pictured — if not better. The delivery service was also excellent. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Negative experience: My daughter tried to cancel and refund her order because of the mix communication with her date she tried to call for a refund the same hour and next day but they didn’t answer the phone she even left a voice message to ask to get a call back but never did and never gave her a refund and she never picked up any flower or anything. They should’ve given us our money back but didn’t $80 down the drain all because they don’t answer the phone or call back.

A lot of places charge $$$ for a bouquet that looks like it came from the grocery store - no shame, but not the vibe I look for when I’m getting flowers delivered. Quinn was communicative and even sent me photos of the bouquet - two things you won’t get ordering from a no-name online service (speaking from experience). I can honestly say I'm always scared to order offline because I don't know what I'm going to be getting delivered or if the flowers are going to be nice.
