Fantastic experience: I ordered a prom corsage from Chandler Florist and was absolutely impressed. The gold rose was stunning—the color was rich, elegant, and beautifully done. The size of the corsage really stood out and made it feel like a statement piece, not something small or ordinary. The attention to detail and overall design were exceptional. It looked even better in person and photographed beautifully. We received so many compliments throughout the night. Fantastic experience: The best florist!! I called this morning to order a nice bouquet of mixed flowers for my daughter‘s birthday. I didn’t choose any of the floral arrangements on their website. I just asked for them to make a nice midsize bouquet with mostly pink flowers. I was so surprised that they sent me a photo of the custom-made bouquet before it went out for delivery and it was just gorgeous. I cannot say enough about the great service I received here! The flowers were fresh and absolutely gorgeous. My daughter said her whole house smells beautiful thank you so much for creating a special custom bouquet for my beautiful daughter. I will be calling you again and if you’re reading this review call now they are the best around.

The flowers were fresh, it was beautifully arranged, and they delivered it right when they said they would. They sent a photo of the arrangement by email before it left the shop and then another email with confirmation of delivery. Terrific service from a local business. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I ordered from Chandler Flowers, and it won't be my last. It was delivered on time and with care. I love the "BloomSnap" they send to see exactly what is being delivered.

Fantastic experience: I needed a very special arrangement for my brother’s celebration of life. He was a major Raiders football fan. I asked them to come up with something black and white with some silver and they did a fantastic job! Also, we flew in that night of the major storm and plans changed, couldn’t get a rental car, so last minute I asked them to deliver the flowers (wewere going to pick them up) and they did that too. They were just fantastic and easy to work with, Great communication and really nice people.

Fantastic experience: 10/10!! I received flowers from my best friend out of state and the arrangement was stunning! Unfortunately half of the flowers started to die about 2 days after I got them, I called and the kind man that works at the shop answered the phone and assured me I'd be taken care of. Within two hours a new delivery by the same gal that dropped off my original arraangment was at my door. She was so apologetic and sweet! I cannot say enough positive things about this place, they have been wonderful humans with a great business. Thank you guys so much!!

Negative experience: Out of state bestie here trying to send her childhood friend flowers to her hospital room due to her just having her first baby. I received picture of her newborn and brought so much joy and tears to my eyes! And all I wanted to do was the same, put a smile on her face and send her the prettiest bouquet. But the $117 I paid for a gorgeous bouquet was nothing like what she actually received. I wanted to cry sad and angry tears. I felt robbed.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great experience with Chandler Flowers. Recently ordered flowers for a funeral of a loved one. I asked to pick up flowers, not for delivery. I mentioned I needed the flowers around 1:15 PM on a Saturday, when I called them I saw online that they had already closed their store, however, they answered the phone, remembered who I was and told me flowers were ready for me to pick up. Not to worry about online info. Most of all, sometimes ordering flowers from a place can be hit or miss, i.e. flowers are not fresh, or don't look anything like what you thought you ordered online based on online photos and flower description. But these flowers were beautiful, fresh and quite a large bouquet for what it cost me, better than I expected and my loved ones appreciated how beautiful the flowers looked. Greeted with a smile when I arrived, thank you again for the great customer service!

Positive experience: Honestly a little disappointed in the arrangement for the price spent. They barely included what I requested. What was provided was pretty, but I'd have expected to pay about half as much. They also said they'd text me a picture of it before delivery, which didn't happen. I'll probably shop around a bit more next time.
