Negative experience: My order was delivered on time, but the item that I received was drastically different from what was ordered. While the order received was nice, it wasn’t at all what I wanted.

Negative experience: The person I was sending flowers to never received the flowers. There was no way to contact the delivery driver or confirm any sort of details of who they gave the flowers to. I did get a second delivery free of charge but now it will be coming a day late and I have no way to know if the same thing will happen again. Not satisfied.

Negative experience: The arrangement I selected for my sister's birthday included a puppy dog to be immediately noticeable and recognizable. That was not so. My sister did not recognize it was a dog when she thanked me. I asked if see received an arrangement with a dog. She said no and had her send me a photo. The dog (carnations, I guess) was lopsided and the eyes and nose were not where they needed to be. It did not resemble what I had ordered. It was a sloppy arrangement. Also, the photo of the arrangement when it was delivered was the back side of the arrangement. I guess that was intentional because the arrangement may have been damaged on delivery or not made right initially. Either way, it was bad.

Negative experience: I called to place an order for a simple boutonnière since I could not find what I was looking for online. The lady that answered the phone DID NOT want to take my order. She kept pushing me to place the order online. I kept telling her that I searched, went through the genres, etc. she kept saying it’ll take 30 mins to place the order over the phone.. the amount of time I was on the phone with her AND searching the actual 1800flowers MESA site. She could have take my order. Absolutely horrible

Negative experience: If I could give a negative waiting I definitely would... paid for express delivery before 2pm... extra $10 fee... they called my wife and told her they'd be there before 5.. ( later it gets interesting) so I call from work at around 330 because the wife hadn't received her flowers... they said they'd (flowers) get there before 5 i said i paid for express delivery

Fantastic experience: I'm a return customer to this shop. I love the walk-in cooler with a wide variety of on-demand arrangements for quick pick-up. Staff are helpful when you request assistance. I have also gone in after seeing an arrangement on their website, which wasn't available at the time in-store, so I ordered it for delivery. Overall, pleasant experiences each time.

Negative experience: A day after Valentine’s Day, a giant 3 dozen bouquet was left on my porch with a plushy. According to the card, It was for a neighbor about a 1/2mike away! I called them and they had a bouquet delivered that didn’t belong to them, so the guy brought them down and exchanged with me. The second bouquet was actually for a woman that lived about 3 miles away. I called her and she came and got them although they were half dead. I never did get the flowers my mom ordered me,but spent half my day get flowers to others for you.

Negative experience: The flowers I received are fine, but they are completely different from what I ordered on Uber Eats. Even the number of roses is different. I feel really sad because I ordered them for my long-distance boyfriend for Valentine’s Day.

Negative experience: Spent 89$ on a vase and flowers to be delivered and the delivery driver DROPPED the vase when handing it to the recipient, after he got his picture of course. All caught on camera, didn't apologize, didnt clean up the mess, didnt notify the sender. HORRIBLE SERVICE. You can actually hear him chuckle when he drops it. My recipient got a broken vase and flowers. He atleast picked up the card for her.... this was a sympathy order!!!!

Negative experience: Horrible first experience. I ordered ~$170 worth of flowers for Mother's Day. I found a code but it did not work. I chatted with customer service who told me the code did not exist despite me sending screenshots of it on their website. I then called and spoke with someone for literally almost 2 hours because they kept arguing with me despite the documentation I had. Finally, he agreed to just charge me and issue a partial refund equal to that of the coupon discount. Well, this refund NEVER came. I called a few times asking about it. They kept telling me to wait wait wait, and that they would send proof of the refund processing, but I never received it. I even opened a dispute with my bank who denied me because they did not pay attention to the documentation where 1800Flowers literally uploaded my expected refund. I will never order from them again.

Negative experience: I can’t believe how bad these flowers were. I got a picture of the delivery to a family member who just lost her spouse and kids father and the flowers are wilted and completely different. They say peach and it is bright yellow and bright pink. Have tried contacting to now avail. So disappointed especially when it is for a very sad moment and they receive flowers like this. Picture is of what is advertised and what was delivered.

Negative experience: SAVE YOUR TIME AND DON’T BUY FROM HERE! I ordered a bouquet of flowers to surprise my girlfriend at work and 6 almost 7 hours later at the time that’s she’s already off of work they never delivered my flowers. I contact 1800flowers to cancel my order or deliver it to my address and they say they can’t make any changes to my order, so I ask to cancel my order and then all of sudden they’re under maintenance and can’t cancel my order. I was basically scammed of $86.

Negative experience: I'd ordered premium flowers. Which is above large size. To deliver to a hospital another state including 2 balloons for "Get well". Extra charges. I am very disappointed with the flower's arrangements and the quality of the flowers. Overall, the price is over $100. I expected a better quality and quantity. I am very disappointed. This was to be delivered to another state. This is what I received from the patient per request by me. SMH....Believable.!

I had a very important funeral to attend the next day and I walked in desperately seeking help... not only did they help me, but they went above and beyond for me! Everyone pitched in and I felt well taken care of! This day and age, customer service is at an all time low, so when those needs are met! I'll never go to another flower arrangement company again! Negative experience: I sent flowers in April 21 and somehow I have been charged $30 a month since then! Dumbo I don't check my CC statement. Be careful. I rarely send flowers and I would not have signed up for this without deceptive marketing.

Negative experience: Wow, the flowers were dead and broken very sad. These were sent to me and I was devastated that they came in this condition for the $$$$ that was spent. They offered a $20 credit… What a joke I had to fight tooth and nail just to get some money refunded to the person who purchased these for me. Really sad. I use them all the time and I won’t ever use them again it’s not allowing me to post photos, but trust me, I received a pile of dead roses that were all broken and wilted.
